Any body can help me out for finding where the PO RELEASE CODE IS UPDATED IN WHICH TABLE . I can get the release code in ekko table . so i need to find out the release code where it is getting updated

Hi,
You can't get the PO No. from condition table, because condition table only records the relationship between material number and purchasing price. The correct seeking procedure is:
1. PO No.
2. Vendor and material number;
3. Find the condition record from table KONH and KONP

Check the table AUFM.
Give the order number in AUFNR.
For movement type 261 (GI) & 101 (GR), you can get the material document number (MBLNR), Material (MATNR), Qty (MENGE) & UoM (MEINS).

As i am trying to post a goods receipt for 101/102 movement type in MIGO transaction.
But it is giving error as 'Batch characterstics values are not classified'.
If i give Batch Type- as PRODUCTION(P) in batch classification.
It will get posted.

When an invoice has been posted for a GR. The invoice will be pending for payment. And when the payment is made to the vendor .Which table is updated, as i need to create a functional spec for triggering a message automatically to initate vendor payment if it is due for a month. I want the table name?

Hi,
The payment document posted is again a accounting document, the table is BKPF - Header and BSEG - Item.
In order to know if a LIV accounting document is cleared i.e payment made could be checked in the field
BSEG-REBZG. this field would carry the payment document number, which is again a accounting document ( table bkpf-bseg).

There's direct T code in SAP COOIS.
First check with this T code,whether your requirement is getting fulfilled.
If not go for a report generation using the tables.

This itself it your item quantity. check for one of your order. first get header guid from CRMD_ORDERADM_H from order number, then go to CRMD_ORDERADM_I and get item guid providing header guid. take this item guid and go to table CRMD_SCHEDLIN and provide that item guid and it gives you item quantity which itself is schedule line quantity.
Alternatively you can use CRM_ORDER_READ function module as well to get details of item.

for this enter the sales order number in KDAUF or* MAT_KDAUF* fields in MSEG table
Also try with LIPS delivery item table and LIKP table

Hi,
In order to see the tables behind this or that SAP action, you can do the following. Open in a separate session transaction ST05 and activate the trace. Then, run the program in question. When finished, go to ST05 session, deactivate the trace and display it. You will see all the queries processed by SAP.

depends a bit on the STO process you use.
Are you doing deliveries, or just MM postings? is it intercompany or intracompany?
