Quicktime movies on my website have stopped working w/ Safari.

The Quicktime movies on my website have stopped working with Safari. They work on Goggle Chrome and they worked before, but as of today, I get a "?" when I click on a video. Can anyone help?

The thing is, although upgrading the OS might work, I am more concerned with that the another one of my websites I've made (only a few days latter, www.marblemason.co.uk) does work in Safari 5.1.10.
In both cases they where made using Adobe Muse!
I know that most of my customers and potential customers are normally in there 50s +, and will not be interested in contantley upgrading there OS.

Flash 11.5 update causes my website to stop working.

Since the latest update, portions of my flash based website have stopped working. When you enter my site, a slideshow begins to play. Since the update, the slideshow stops after the first image. Same if you enter the galleries. Choose a gallery and only the first image loads. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support but they say I have to update my website. My fault, really? I'm unable to rewrite my website. I tried it in Firefox and IE9. Works perfectly after downgrading to 11.1.102.63 . Please tell me there is a fix for this.

The issue appears to be limited to older Flash 8/ActionScript 2 content. If you have access to the ActionScript source, there are a couple workarounds here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4841531#4841531#4841531.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore).

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the errant extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.

Yes, you should be on Quicktime version 7.7. by now. Have you ever used Software Update?

Hardbuttons on Lumia 2520 tablet have stopped work...

Owned my tablet for about a week with absolutely no problems but then after trying to update software the update failed and so the tablet went to revert changes. Everything was fine until in the evening when I decided to install the update again and it did so successfully, however, after the update my lock, volume, and Windows buttons have stopped working.
The Windows button still vibrates but does nothing else. The lock button when held down long enough still restarts the tablet further leading me to believe this is a software fault not a hardware one.
Since the problem has arisen I have searched the internet for help but to no avail. I have of course tried numerous soft resets and even a complete hard reset. The problem has not gone away.
On some other websites other users have had this exact problem too.
This is just such a shame. Otherwise it is a great product and was really enjoying owning it but like so many of my Nokia things recently something catastrophic goes wrong!
This has effectively made the Lumia 2520 completely unusable as a tablet.

Apps running on wifi have stopped working on my iphone 5

I have an iPhone 5 which is currently running on iOS 7.1.2.
Now the problem is that since the past 4-5 days, all apps that require wifi for its connectivity (twitter, instagram, facebook, 9gag etc) have stopped working. Phone connects to the wifi at home but when i try accessing any of these apps, it tells me that I am not connected to the internet and that I need an internet connection. (the only such app working alright at the moment is Whatsapp).
Since this morning, my phone has sorta become too slow as well, with the screen totally freezing at times.
I can't seem to connect to the iPhone store either or update any of the apps/phone to the new version 8 of iOS.
All the other iphone at home seem to be working fine however.
Is there any way to fix it?

Hi Go to Settings Reset Network Settings After Reset you need to enter your Router Wireless Key Also before you do this turn off your Router for 30 seconds When router is back on do the Reset above Also later go on Website look for your make of Router check For Firmware upgrade. Cheers Brian

I have an hp pavilion dv6910us and the speakers have stopped working and no longer show as installed as a device. I have tried reinstalling the audio device driver, but the hp website does not list a driver for my specific laptop.
Right now it shows that I have a bluetooth audio device installed. I have never installed this device and don't know where it came from.

I had the exact same problem, updating updating the Mbox 2 drivers on the Avid website has fixed the problem.

Filters have stopped working

I'm having a problem where all of my filters have stopped working. When I try to drag them from the Effects tab, I get a small hand with a slash through it on my cursor. I reinstalled my software from the cloud but it's still having the same problem. I was working on a file that was originally exported from a Final Cut 7 XML. The filters worked initially and then suddenly stopped working. Ive tried opening other projects and creating a new project with different clips and the effects are still unavailable. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Did you check the settings Chris mentioned? Your issue sounds like there might be a video card or driver issue, which can disable the GPU related features and give you a lesser version of the blur filters. See this link for some troubleshooting suggestions. See if issues with the video card have disabled - Edit>preferences>performance use graphics processor. Also check the advanced settings drawing modes. Be sure you have the current driver (system is updated and current on mac or go to the video manufacturer's website for pc) . That is often the cure.
You might want to copy your system information (photoshop help>system info) here for us to look at.

LR3 - my brushes have stopped working

My brushes have stopped working for some reason. Spot removal still works fine..
I have tried the following:
I cleared the history.
I cleaned out the cache.
I have tried an update from the adobe website (now at LR 3.6)
I have restarted the computer after every try.
I'm stuck now. Any ideas?

Do you have either the Flow or the Density sliders (or both) set to a very low number? If so, increase the value.

Standalone (.exe) Flash 8 apps have stopped working with blank white screen

We have some standalone executable flash applications coded with Flash 8. These are the Microsoft Office 2007 command reference guides produced by Microsoft. Recently they have stopped working and now just display as a blank white screen when run.
As they are self contained Flash 8 movies, I'm unsure what would cause this.
Any ideas please? Could they be converted to a later version somehow? Or converted back to SWF so they can be recompiled back to exe with a later version of Flash? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Keyboard and trackpad have stopped working

Hi there
My girlfriend and I have 3 yr old MBP's and her keyboard and trackpad have stopped working. She can plug in an external USB mouse and it moves around, but she can't type her password into the log in. hence she's stuck.
We have tried powering down and up 3 times, even taken out the battery.
Can anyone suggest help?

She needs a new top case. On older systems, the keyboard, trackpad, and even power button are all controlled via a single cable. Odds are, if you wait long enough, the power button will stop working too.
I'd estimate the repair cost at probably around $250-$300, so she might just want to be looking for a new laptop. You can also hit ebay and craigslist to see what you can find, just be careful with the screws for the top case. You get the wrong screw in a couple of the holes, they will never come back out until you break something.

Help please - have a Nano and a Shuffle and neither are working! The Nano wheel appears to have stopped working - I can't get it to do anything. I've done the reset,it worked the first time but not since. And the shuffle won't sync with my library!

I have an iPod shuffle 4th generation and an iPod Nano 5th generation . The Nano wheel appears to have stopped working - I can't get it to play or anything. I've done the reset and it worked the first time, but now the only way I can get it to play anything is to shake it and go with the shuffle choices - I can't change volume, song, pause or turn it off.
So, I decided to start using the Shuffle which I was given as a present last year. I've plugged it into my laptop (running windows 8 and newest version of iTunes). It appears in iTunes on the left hand side, but when I click to sync (whether I tick sync all or choose artists) it says synched but has no music. It seems to not be linked to the music library - when I tick synch all songs, next to the "sync music" it says 0 songs?
Any help to fix either would be really appreciated - I'm without any music at the moment and I'm going away this weekend!

No, just uninstall the MobileMe control panel. All Mobileme services have been discontinued, so the control panel is not doing you any good being in there at present.
