i cannot re-dowload illustrator without my computer saying the version i am downloading is a fraud. i think it has something to do with adobe application manager. how can i re-download illustrator?

How can I manage to download illustator at Application MAnager?

I have tried to download Illustrator at the Application Manager several times the last days, but I always get an "install faliure" message after 16 to 18% of the download.
The message about the faild downlod is that the file seams to be dammaged. Try later.
Is there a way around this problem?

A workaround might be to download the trial of Illustrator CS6 from Adobe.com and then license it with the "License This Software" button and sign-in with your Adobe ID.

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't work...
To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?

When you say you get an error message running the MacOS x installer disc, is it when you boot on the CD or when you insert the disc in your SuperDrive during an open session? Have you tried booting from the CD and running the Apple Hardware Test? From your list of trouble, it looks like a bad RAM, or maybe a corrup hard drive sector, but it could be something else entirely. Next time you boot, try verbose (press Command-V right after the gong), you'll see every step of boot on screen, it'll give some indication as to what makes your MBP hang up. You can also try to run AppleJack in Single-User mode (first install AppleJack ; download from here : http://applejack.sourceforge.net/ ; install as admin is required ; boot in SU by pressing Command-S at the gong): it's done wonders on my machine more than once...
"Oh, one more thing"... Is there anything connected to your MBP via USB/Firewire/Bluetooth? If so, try and unplug/disconnect everything, then boot up, just so we can rule a bad driver out.

Is photoshop cs6 still available and is Illustator files able to be opened in photoshop CC as well as am I able to download Photoshop CC and keep Photoshop CS6?

I have a logo created in Illustrator cs6 but I am afraid that it won't be compatable with Photoshop CC. Is Photoshop cs6 still available for download. Can Illustrator cs6 files be converted opened in Illustrator CC. I heard there were some conpatablity issues.

You can get Photoshop CS6, CC, and CC 2014 all from the Creative Cloud application.
But I HIGHLY doubt that files that Photoshop CS6 can open would not be compatible with Photoshop CC. Photoshop CC is, when you brush away the clouds, just an evolution of the product that's being licensed a different way. All appearances are it's compatible with files made before.
I know nothing about Adobe Illustrator.

My phone wont let me download apps

I tried updating apps on my iphone. When I click update all it acts like it's going to download. Then it tells me there's an error. I put in my billing information but it still won't download them. I don't know what to do.

When I sync music or podcasts onto my ipod nano (4th generation 16 GB) from my powerbook (OS X 10.4.11) using itunes (9.0.2) it appears, on the summary page of itunes, to be downloading into the correct blue audio folder however once the ipod is ejected no music or podcasts can be found. Once reconnected and on the summary page of itunes, the downloaded files appear to be in the incorrect orange 'other' file.
I have reset and restored the ipod several times. I tried to run disk utilities and got the following message: "Repairing disk failed with error Could not unmount disk"
Can anyone help me? Please?

A simple solution found after many many hours of painstaking troubleshooting:
the problem seemed to be with itunes
trash itunes from the application folder
re-download itunes from apple website
restore ipod in itunes menu
after doing the above I was able to successfully download music again! Previous attempts to restore the ipod failed to solve the problem probably because of an issue with my itunes software.
I hope this saves other people all the time that I lost in the process!

Download error in (osx) adobe desktop app (corrupted download link).

Here is a discription of the problem. Please consider that some of the wording might not be correct, as I do have to translate the error message from German into English.
Using OSX 10.9.2, when clicking inside the adobe desktop app (top of the screen bar) on the tap "apps", the following screen (screenshot) appears, which states, translated from top to bottom:

(link/button) download creative cloud -> This button unfortunatly leads to the following error page "http://www.adobe.com/special/errorpages/404.html"
All apps, like Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. are installed and work just fine. So no problem here. I seem however unable to redownload the desktop app (in order to reinstall). As stated above the provided link inside the desktop app itself is coruppted and within the (online) web-based download centre (user logged in) I am only adviced to use the desktop app. This is a dead end and I do not know what to make of this error, let alone solving it. Please help!

I am sorry Romsinha but this doesn't really help.
I already restarted the desktop app and while I am obviously online and connected the problem (error message) remains the same. Information within the "home" tap is recieved/loaded (little blue spinning wheel) stating that various apps recently have been updated. Yet the same loading wheel within the "apps" tap results in an error. My best guess is that some internal link within the app is corrupted, leading to a source on a server that can not be reached.

I clean uninstalled adobe creative cloud as discribed in the article you provided (using the cleaner tool) and even uninstalled the browser plugin. After downloading and reinstalling creative cloud the problem however remains the same. "Apps" tap still shows the same problem. "Home" tap now displays the following:

Problems Downloading: Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise-Package

I am a Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Administrator. I have gone through the steps of logging in, inputting our serial number, selecting the applications for the package and then downloading the package. The problem is that the download stops at 2%. I even left it running overnight and it is still at 2%. I've tried again this morning, deleted the cache and attempted to create a new package, same result stops at 2%. Does any one have a clue on how to fix this problem?
Packager Computer: Clean install from DVD of Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64, UAC disabled, Firewall disabled, no other applications installed other than the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager

Adobe cloud download products on new computer

I have used ADOBE CLOUD on a laptop for over a year after downloading files to a laptop computer. Now I need to install on a new computer.
Where do I access these file? I do not want a FREE TRIAL, I already pay a monthly membership for small business.
