now there is an autofill with my email address & password yet it is not vaild.
i tried gmail 2-step verification and i think something went wrong.
i tired using another account and it worked well
is there anyway to delete the auotfill of my email

Blackberry HUB "Show Read Filed Emails" ON AND OFF button SERIOUS Gmail PROBLEM NEED BUG FIX ASAP!

Its been for years (starting from 10OS Version 10.2 ) I couldn't see filed/labeled emails in my Z30/Z10 Blackberry HUB of my Gmail account, but I just downloaded Blackberry Blend and it started to show all my filed/labeled emails, but I still cant see them in my Blackberry HUB! Maybe you can tell me how to make Read Filed Emails visible in Blackberry HUB too?
Blackberry HUB >> Settings >> Display and Actions:
Show Read Filed Emails is ON
Show Sent Emails is ON
Both are turned on, but I still cant see them like on Blackberry Blend.. On search field then I type specific email from filed/label from my Gmail account I immediately finds it, but then I go back to Blackberry HUB all I can see just emails from inbox and single sent emails and YES "SYNC ALL EMAIL FOLDERS" IS SET TO ON AND "SYNC TIMEFRAME" IS SET TO FOREVER (''Sync All Email Folders'' is set ON and ''Sync Timeframe'' is set FOREVER).

I want to see all emails in devices Blackberry HUB like in Blackberry Blend desktop! What should I do to make it happen?
I find out that then I click on the Blackberry HUB > Settings > Display and Actions: "Show Read Filed Emails" to ON or OFF again and again, view in Blackberry Blend immediately changes in order I did ON or OFF, that's pretty amazing, but Blackberry HUB DOESN'T RESPOND AT ALL! View is the same doesn't matter if I change it ON or OFF.
View in Blackberry Blend starts to look the same like in phones Blackberry HUB then I click "Show Read Filed Emails" OFF, it looks like Blackberry HUB doesn't respond to ''Show Read Filed Emails'' ON and OFF button at all, ITS ALWAYS OFF! What should I do next??
I'm using Blackberry Z30, but I have Z10 too and it also doesn't work and it looks like this "Show Read Filed Emails" not working button bug is on all 10 OS devices except Blackberry Blend desktop version which works perfectly confirms it.

As you can see then ''Show Read Filed Emails'' is ON, Blackberry Blend changes and I can see all my emails (and there are a lot of unread ones! (sorry I blurred some of my emails for privacy)), but in my devices Blackberry HUB there is no changes and its displaying the same thing like ''Show Read Filed Emails'' was OFF. I miss a lot of emails and its really annoying and I think you understand why.. Blackberry Blend desktop version is a savior today, but THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION!
Any FIX suggestions ASAP?

I tried a lot of times to delete and sign in again and again, but it looks like only Blackberry Blend respond to every setting changes! Blackberry HUB doesn't respond AT ALL! Devices Blackberry HUB only show INBOX and SENT MESSAGES all the time, but if "Display Style" in Blackberry HUB is set to "Conversation" SENT MESSAGES disappear from devices Blackberry HUB too (in Blackberry Blend is everything FINE!) if they are part of CONVERSATION FILED/LABELS EMAILS!!
All issues I been searching all this years and everyone was blaming Gmail, but it looks like ALL THIS YEARS THIS WAS Blackberry HUB "Show Read Filed Emails" ON and OFF button BUG/PROBLEM which doesn't work on devices Blackberry HUB and today Blackberry Blend desktop version CONFIRMS IT!!

Apple Mail and Gmail problems

I put all 3 of my gmail accounts into apple mail but now apple mail will not stop retrieving my old messages from gmail one at a time and I keep hearing that weird chime. How do I fix this?

Is it still downloading the messages? Not quite clear on what the problem is - or why it's a problem.

After updating my iPad to v. 4.3.3 my Gmail account won't let me open Word docs or PDFs. Have re-started iPad, have used more than one web browser - same problem. Any suggestions? Thank in advance!

Gmail problems on iPad

I'm configuring exchange account (company server) and gmail account, it works fine on my iPad when I'm using 3G network. When I connect my iPad with my office WiFi it stops working, the loading symbol keep spinning all the time.
The suspect is my office has a proxy that blocks connection port except port 80 (http).
The problem fixed by removing gmail account. So the mail client seems having problem accessing the gmail server and it affects exchange mail client too. Is it an iPad bug??

It works fine from my browser. It seems gmail needs specific incoming and outgoing port that not using port 80.

E72 and Gmail problem (I can't receive new mail)

I hava Gmail account set up in my Nokia E72. I can send mail and I can receive mail which is dated till 23.02.2010. Mail that came in my inbox after that date and new mail I can not receive on E72. What could be a problem?

You could try re-sync-ing your Nokia Messaging account to see if that works. I forgot the exact term though but it's somewhere in the options...or settings... It will basically remove all the email data in your phone and re-sync to your connected mailboxes fresh.
You will not be able to download a separate Mail for Exchange application to install in your Nokia E72 because the MFE functionality is integrated (built-in) with the Nokia Email Client that is part of your phone OS.
In other words, your Nokia E72 came pre-loaded with the ability to use MFE. When you set up an email account, there should have been an option for you to select "MFE" which will work, if your email account provider has an Exchange server for you to connect to.
Sometimes, with generic email addresses which is by default a POP3 type connection for example, you may have to manually set up the MFE connection. So the way I do it is to trick the phone into thinking my email address is non-standard by typing [email protected]... This will prompt the phone to ask me for an email type.
The only way to "update" your MFE is if the latest software update for your phone has improvements to the email client software.
As for third party mail software, it will vary because phones don't have the same operating system. There's no universal compatibility with one software. Every mobile software developed must be tweaked to work with different models and brands.
It's not an easy thing to do and consumes time & money. So most developers will focus on the devices that are the most popular among consumers... If Nokia E72 isn't listed as a compatible device, then you will not be able to use free mail software. You can email the software company that develops the mail software you are interested in to see if they have plans to include E72 as part of their compatible devices

Safari/GMail problem

For the past two days, whenever I boot Safari and try to go to GMail to retrieve my email, Safari crashes and a trouble report is generated to send to Apple. Otherwise, Safari runs just fine, as it always has, and I can access GMail using Chrome.
I'm running an early 2009 24-inch iMac with 8gb of RAM and the latest version of OS X -- 10.8.5.
Is anyone else having this problem? If yes, have you figured out a solution?

Safari gmail problems

Just started having problems with Safari v5.0.5 and my gmail web account. When I get new email i will open it. That's fine. But the email will stay as new even after I've read it or deleted it. If I open gmail with Google Chrome this doesn't happen.
Any ideas?

Tried deleting the gmail cookies. No luck. Still getting this problem on and off. Happens sometimes then a few hours later gone.
Might have something to do with installing Safari 5.1 then removing it because of spinning pinwheels all the time and reinstalling Safari 5.0.5.

Safari/Gmail problems after upgrade to 10.6.3

Hi All,
I posted this in the Snow Leopard forum with no responses so far; it seems to specifically be a problem with Safari, since upgrading to 10.6.3, so I'm posting here also.
I did the upgrade through Software update. All seemed well until I tried logging in to my Gmail/Google account using Safari.
After entering my login info I got a redirect to a Google page telling me my browser cookie settings weren't correct and to clear the cache.
I cleared the browser cache, checked cookie settings, repaired permissions and rebooted.
Yet, I still can't login using Safari.
The login screen keeps reloading and asking for my password.
I can log in with Chrome and FireFox. And Mail seems to be working well (set up to retrieve my Gmail messages). But I need to have web access to various Google services.
Has anyone else experience this after upgrading to 10.6.3? Any ideas on how to fix this?

From the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Preferences then select the Autofill tab. Click the Edit button next to Other forms. Delete .google.com then click Done. Relaunch Safari. Try accessing Gmail. If you still have problems...
Open Keychain Access (Applications/Utilities) Select Passwords on the left then delete your Google Gmail keychain on the right. Also delete the "Safari Forms Autofill" keychain. Quit Keychain Access. Relaunch Safari. Navigate to your Gmail page, enter your username and password. Click Yes when prompted.

GMAIL Problems with Iphone

I keep getting an error that says gmail cannot get mail because username and password not accepted. However I do get my email about 50% of the time, I seem to get that error whenever I have only 1-2 bars. Whenever I am home on my wi-fi network I get all my email no problem.
Also iphone is trying to download all my messages off the server and last time I looked it says I have over 2 billion messages in my inbox, I have nothing close to that in my inbox.

cant help you on the first one, but on the second one, go to gmail.com and click settings. click "forwarding and pop" and click "disable pop," then save, then click "mail from now on." it cuts down the load. also, on the phone, go to settings, mail, gmail, advanced, and make sure "recent mode" is on. you should be good.

Safari and Gmail Problem

I recently purchased an iMac, and have Leopard installed. I created separate accounts for my family members on the computer before realizing that Gmail only worked on the administrator account. On every other account when I attemtped to view Gmail, the browser showed this error message:
Safari can’t open the page “http://mail.google.com/mail?hl=en&tab=wm” because it could not connect to the server “mail.google.com”.
I have Safari 3.0.4 and am baffled at why Gmail only works on the administrator account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I had partial success with this. In the Parental Controls pane, you can add sites that are explicitly allowed. So I added
http://mail.google.com
and later another Google site (don't recall the URL) that was also claimed to be unreachable. That enabled Gmail to be read. However, when we tried sending a message, Gmail claimed to be suffering "technical problems". Maybe some other site needs to be added to the list.

Gmail Problem on iphone 4S

Hi All,
I encountered the following problem when setting up gmail on my new iPhone 4S:
a. Successfully setting up Yahoo mail
b. Successfully setting up Gmail
c. I set the number of messages to display to 1000
d. Noticed the Archive option for Gmail on my iphone was off
e. Noticed the number of unread mail on my gmail account kept incrementing, all the way to 23,000
f. Went back to my Mac and accessed my gmail through Safari, noticing the total number of email in my inbox was only 11,000
g. Not sure where the remaining 12,000 mail items were coming from
i. Thought I did something wrong, deleted the Gmail account on my iphone
j. Added the Gmail account back in
k. Same thing happened all over again

sometime caused by dropped of internet network connection while email service pulling emails from email provider, usually its resolved after a consistent internet connections.
suggest to off & on the iphone, else remove and re-add the email account.

GMail problems with Safari

Greetings.
GMail won't address properly in Safari (it's fine in Firefox). Address autofill doesn't work; bcc link disappears when selected and no box appears; ditto for cc. I understand I may solve the problem by trashing the plist; however, I don't know how to get to Library under my user name in Lion.

I don't know how to get to Library under my user name in Lion.
Go to ~/Library/Preferences. Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop.
Quit then relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, move the .plist file to the Trash.
~ (Tilde) character represents your Home folder.
For LIon: To find the Home folder in OS X Lion, open the Finder, hold the Option key, and choose Go > Library
When you have problems wtih Safari "autofill" go to Safari > Preferences then select the Autofill tab. Make sure: Using info from my Address Book card is selected.
Jerry... are you aware you can avoid having to use web based email via a browser? You can setup your Gmail account using the Mac Mail app that's pre installed on your Mac.
Launch Mail (The icon is in your Dock) then from the menu bar (top of your screen) click Mail > Preferences then select the Accounts tab then the Account Information tab.
Click: +
Enter your name, Gmail user name and password the click Create.
If you have unread mail messages you'll see a red bade on the Mail icon in the Dock. Same for creating a new mail message.
No more having to access your Gmail via a browser.

Gmail problems on wifi

Hi I have problem with my Gmail account when using only wifi. As I am out of my country often I have to use wifi for data transfer. I have Q10 with all the latest updates. Everything else is working fine ( facebook, whatsapp, browsing...). I can't receive or send any emails, and in settings I got this message: the server smtp.google.com for your account is not responding...
Any idea??

It sounds like there is firewall in your WiFi router.
Can you try this while connected to a different wifi router, perhaps a totally open hotspot such as McDonalds or Starbucks?
