The same thing happened to me. I have an athorization on my bank account but no confirmation e-mail.

The first thing I do after placing an order online is to check for a confirmation email, so I can understand questioning the whereabouts of your confirmation email. As you may read in some other threads on the forum, we performed maintenance on BestBuy.com last night and that has delayed the delivery of some confirmation emails.
I pulled up your account using the email address you registered with the forum and can see the order that you placed, so you should receive a confirmation email later today. In the meantime, I will be sending you a private message so that you can check the status of your order online. You can read your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

No Order Confirmation E-mail

Hi, I have not received an order confirmation e-mail for the hard drive I recently purchased. Also, it does not show anything under "Order Status" or "Purchase History." I would greatly appreciate an explanation or assurance that my order went through correctly. Thanks.

Output determination failed for a single customer(order confirm thru mail)

i n sales order while we save a confirmation mail goes to cutomer.but in case of one customer it failed in output in edit option it is showing yellow signal and email id also maintained in cutomer master .for all other customer its ok.i m new to this could you plz suggest me and provide me the settings .

Hi Debesh,
Please go to NACE t-code in order to configure output determination, if customer master is ok for output control . in that screen, Firstly you should select V1 output control for order confirmation ,and go in your output condition records for your output control adn create a condition record for your access sequence (ıthink there is no condition record or correct condition records for your specific customer.)
When creating condition records, you should define customer number+ SP- partner function +message trn. medium-5, dispatch time- periodic job, immediate, or etx...
I hope you will solve this proble after output condition records for your spesific customer correctly.

Order confirmation e-mail?

Hello,
I placed an order yesterday afternoon for a phone upgrade via *611. The women gave me an order confrimation number and said that i would recieve and e-mail with my order details. I have yet to get that e-mail.
I verified with her that she had the right e-mail address.
Not sure what is going on, i've never done the phone upgrade over the phone. Is there a way i can get this info online in my account or will i have to call and see what is gong on?

JJsaw5, thanks for your inquiry and thanks Ann for assisting. Just to clarify, the email that is sent out is an email including your tracking number and order information. This is only sent out after the order is picked up from FedEx. If you ordered a phone that is on backorder or delayed, you will get the email once it has been shipped.

I need to send the order confirmation to E-mail for different customers. The e-mail id is same but i have to send to 300 different customers.
Is there any option available in SAP to do this otherwise i have to trigger the output manually for this 300 customer numbers.

I have a question here with reference to your questions of triggering a Order confirmation E-Mail --> Could you please explain the business reason of triggering E-mail to same recipient multiple times ? Just think over it...Sending E-mails for 300 number of Customer on a single E-mail ID is not making any sense.
You can maintain multiple E-mail ID in Customer master record and as per SAP standard, email will be triggered to only one recipient. Anyway please refer to the below suggestion of your question:-
1:- Please reach out to Technical consultant and try developing a program which will have selection criteria of Sales Order, Customer ID, Output Type and Number of execution as selection screen which in turn will call the driver program and trigger the Email 300 number of times.
Kindly update the forum after you carry out this exercise.

I have functionality requirement... to send out an order confirmation mail to the customer once the sales order is raised.
We are using CRM 4.0.. ISA. I have configured the action profile using the wizard. But while executing the profile.. i ma having an error in the smartform functional module....
Could any one you please suggest me how to configure the order confirmation thru mail.. action profile,,,,

For Action profile you have to creat an Action profile with action definition and processing type which would be Smart form Mail.
For processing type smart form mail you have to add three input fields. i.e.
1.Form Name-- CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01 (For quotation>Order)
2.Source Class-- CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
3.Source Method-- CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM
This code will generate the action with smart form mail.
Do it it will solve ur problem

Sending order confirmation to external app. for stock transport order

Hello,
What I need to do is to send an order confirmation from a STO to an external application. In more practical terms, the scenario is as follows.
We receive orders from an external application and an STO will be created by using SAP Idoc PORDCR04. Then, after running the availabillity check, I need to send an electronical confirmation back from the STO to this application so they can see the order confirmation in their application
How can I do that?

I am having the same issue as the creator of this thread
I just bought the Rocketfish™ - Wii U InvisiShell - Transparent at 12:41am but except I choosed to have it shipped and I have not yet recieved a text or an order confirmation e-mail stating that you recieved my order and my order isn't even showing up in the Order Status when it says Please note: It may take up to 15 minutes for new orders to show up in your account.
What is going on here?

Thank you for taking the time to post to the forum!
How are you to know your order was received if you did not receive a confirmation email? I looked over your account and it appears that we have multiple email addresses on file, which could potentially cause an email to be redirected. I would encourage you to check your email accounts spam/junk folder just to be sure the confirmation email was not sorted into one of those folders.
From what I can see, your order has officially shipped and is currently in-transit. I want for you to be able to monitor your package, so I am going to send you a private message with the UPS tracking number. To check your private messages, you will want to log into the forum and click on the envelope icon at the top of the page.

Mail text in order confirmation output

Hi, SD gurus:
In our SAP system, order confirmation output is currently sent to customer via email with PDF attachement, works perfectly. Email has proper title (order number), order confirmation PDF attachment, but without any content in the mail body.
User has requested to including a following text in the mail content body - "For terms and conditions, please visit our website.....".
I did following: In IMG config -> maintain output type, under output types, folder "maintain title and text", i maintained the above text. However when the order confirmation is sent, it still only has the mail subject, and PDF attachment, the text that i maintained is not appeariing in the mail content body.
Please advise whether i missed anything?

i went to IMG -> xxxxxx -> maintain output type -> go to the order confirmation output type, and then double click "mail title and tex", then click green arrow back, and has the screen to maintain the language, text and document title, i add text "fof terms and conditions, please visit xxx" in the text field. I though this text field is where the mail body text comes from. Is there anything i did wrong?

To create varaibles in Mail Forms for Order Confirmation

Hi All,
I am having an requirement to send an email for order confirmation with some customer dependent data and some product data to be sent along in the mail, This has to be done through action.
I want to use mail forms for this but in this I am not able to create variables in the mail form through which i can pass th value to the variables in the mail form.
Please suggest what to do for variable creation in mail form.........
Is there any standard oder confirmation template available as it is available for campaign??????

Why haven't i received my confirmation e-mail about my order? I ordered yesterday afternoon.

I ordered by phone yesterday afternoon and I have not received a confirmation e-mail about my order. I was just wondering when I would get one. I have a confirmation number and my order is in MyVerizon. Thanks.

I had the same thing happen to me. I called verizon and they said that it is most likely due to the fact that there were so many pre-orders coming in that the system was just taking longer to process. My account wasn't charged until 9/13

Setting Order Confirmations via E-mail in web shop

we have an issue, where we are able to create order from b2c application CRM 2007 , which can be accessed from CRM online. At the end of sales order creation process (Order confirmation screen), getting message "Thank you for your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation soon."I am not receiving any email to BP. Where we have to customize weather in ECC or CRM.
What are the configuration steps, please guide us how to create an E-mail Confirmation.

Sales order confirmation to the customer through email

Hi
I have configured output type z101 for sales document.Here I selected transmission medium 5 for 'External Send' . After that I completed output determination procedure as same steps and testing purpose I opened VA02 and goto Extras> ouput>Header>Edit>
here I entered ouput type ,medium 5(External Send),partner,language.
My issue is
Whenever I created(saved) the sales order then immediately order confirmation goes to the customer emailid. customer email maintained in customer master(xd01).
Please inform the what are the required settings using SCOT Transaction. This is the urgent need.
