Recently I have been unable to access the Itunes store.  I am currently using Itunes version 11.0.3.42.  Because I am using an older version of Itunes is that the reason I can't access the Itunes store?

I recently have been unable to access the ITunes store.  I am currently running ITunes version 11.0.3.42.  Do I need to update to the current version of ITunes in order to connect to the ITunes store, or is there another reason I cannot connect?

I overcame this problem in the past by making an ipod version or loading them on to iMovie and then sharing them but this method no longer works. THere is no problem viewing them on my computer and everything else synchs okay to the iPod so what is going on and how can I overcome this problem?

    Double check to make sure podcasts are configured to sync to your device from under the iPod's Podcast configuration tab.
    To access the Podcasts tab for your iPod, plug your iPod in and click on it from under theDevices section in the left hand pane of iTunes.  This will bring you to the Summary tab. Along the top you should see a Podcasts tab, so go ahead and click on it.  Here you can configure how and what podcasts sync to your iPod.
    If you do make any changes to do this tab, make sure to hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to apply the update changes to your device.
    Otherwise, are you getting any error messages when you sync your iPod Classic with iTunes?

    Did you tried resetting the preferences file.
    To do so try the following
    <Make sure you can see the hidden files and folders on your computer.>
    Go to Hidden Files & Folders
    Go to My Computer or Computer and follow this path:
    C: > Users > [user name] > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > Photoshop Elements > x.0 > Editor > Adobe Photoshop Elements x.0 Prefs.psp
    Right click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements x.0 Prefs.psp, and select Delete.
    A new preferences file is created the next time you start Photoshop Elements.
    This preferences file has default values.

  • Recently I have been unable to access our Comcast Xfinity E-mail application in Firefox. It opens but is "frozen" so that I am unable to open e-mail messages or the full inbox.

    I have been using Firefox instead of MS Explorer to access our Comcast E-mail account on my Lenova laptop for several months.
    Firefox was loaded onto my Lenova Laptop during mid-2011.
    I continued to primarily use MS Explorer as my search engine while accessing our Comcast e-mail account until the latter part of 2011. At that time I was urged to try Firefox when I seemed to have slow processing speed in Explorer.
    It worked great, and I was very pleased with the processing speed while using my e-mail application (seemed much faster than MS Explorer).
    A couple weeks ago I first discovered I could not open any of the listed e-mails in the Comcast Inbox, nor am I able to expand to a full view of the inbox instead of the summary view of only the few latest new message titles. New incoming e-mails appear in the listing, but I am unable to open them from my laptop.
    I have no problem with our Comcast E-mail application while using MS Explorer on my laptop (except for slower processing speed).
    We also can access all Comcast e-mail functions from our Dell desktop in both Firefox and Explorer; therefore the cause of the problem doesn't appear to be Comcast.
    Any suggestions on what caused this problem and how to fix it? Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Depending on what country you are in you can always delete the album and download it again from the iTunes Store, since that is now an option with iTunes in the Cloud.

    Try quitting Mail and then reset the iPad. Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
    Enter the name of your wireless network in the search box. You should have one or more "AirPort network password" items with that name. Make a note of the name and password, then delete all the items. Quit Keychain Access. Turn Wi-Fi off and then back on. Reconnect to the network.
    Step 5
    You may need to change other settings on the router. See the guidelines linked below:
    Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    Potential sources of interference
    Step 6
    Make a note of all your settings for Wi-Fi in the Network preference pane, then delete the connection from the connection list and recreate it with the same settings.
