Recently my iPhone 5 started rebooting to a messed up screen that would flash and show different bars and colors. I would either have to wait a bit to restart it and fix it. But now, it got to the point where I can't even get past the Apple splash screen
My iphone 5 was working fine until it recently started to reboot to a messed up splash screen that would flash and have bars across it. When this happened, I couldn't do anything and had to restart it. I was able to start up the phone sometimes, until just recently. Everytime I started up the phone, it would load up the splash screen and then become distorted, flashy, and sometimes colorful and I could not use my phone. To try and fix this, I put it into recovery mode to do a factory restore, but iTunes can't even restore my phone. I even tried DFU mode.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Check this support document for SIM issues http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4148. No one here is Apple, we are users like you. We can only recommend you try Apple again, unless you are close to an Apple store and can make an appointment to go in there.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...

When I try to update the Star Walk app I get a message requiring acceptance of new terms and conditions. It never stops. I accept even email myself a copy but I keep getting the same message. How do I get past the message?

What do I do if I have one Apple ID for my phone and a different one for my mac. I have tried to sync garageband to my mac from my phone but it won't connect. Is it because of the different ID's? If so what can I do to fix it?
You can use one account with iTunes on your Mac, and different account(s) with the Mac App Store (for buying/downloads apps or OS updates for your Mac), iCloud (System Preferences > iCloud) and Messages (Messages > Preferences, or command-comma)

Why can't I get past the restore screen to set up my iPhone?
I had to get a new iPhone 4 today because I dropped the old one in water.
When I go to set up the new phone, I have the option to restore from my backup from about a week ago. So I did that...it restores the phone and then usually it goes to the page where you can see the contents of your iPhone and sync music and apps. I can't get past the restore "Set Up Your iPhone" page. I called Apple Support and they do not understand what I'm trying to say and keep telling me to restore my phone. I DID 5 TIMES! It won't let me go beyond that option screen. HELP ME!Were they able to help you, I am having the same problem -- when I called, they told me to restart my computer (just completed that)... fingers crossed, I will let you know if it works!

W520 won't boot. Can't even get to the BIOS .... help!
I have a 2 months old W520 factory settings. It has been acting up lately when powering up but after holding down the power button for 10 sec or so it would always start. However, that is not even working today.
I took out the battery and plugged it in AC and tried to no avail. I also tried powering it up with battery alone and neither seems to work. So I can't turn on the **bleep** machine now to even see what version the bios is or anything for that matter. Please help .... thanks!

I feel your pain.
It may be your system board is blooey, but we can try a few things before going to your local authorized Lenovo service center - or you may want to head over there right now:

I had a minor warranty issue recently and a local provider turned my machine around in two hours (after the parts came in).
If you want to mess around:
Are you sure your power supply is ok? Is your battery charged?
Have you tried unplugging everything from your machine (except for the AC adapter), including removing the disk drive, any usb devices etc.?
Is your laptop screen completely dead? If so, you might try plugging in an external monitor, just to check.
After that, you may also want to remove the keyboard, take out the backup battery, main battery etc and disconnect the AC overnight.

Air RAID!!! Can't even get off the ground!
I've had a Rorke 144G (4x36) drive array for months and haven't gotten it to capture a blasted thing since I got it. Every time I try, the little beach ball comes up and feezes everything. Can't even force quit. It's on a SCSI port, was partitioned and intialized with Apple Utilities, and works with other files, but I just can't get anything to happen when it's selected as a scratch disk. I'm using KONA LS. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How are you capturing?
If using Capture Now, I can totally understand this problem. Try using Log & Capture.
Also, sometimes an incomplete or flawed Quicktime installation can cause similer problems.
you can do a good reinstall if you go to /library/receipts and delete file that says quicktime followed by an number (e.g. Quicktime701.pkg).
Repair your permissions using Disk Utility.
Download and run the quicktime installer.
Don't forget to repair permissions when you are done.

Someone please help me connect my two devices together so that I don't have to purchase yet another item. Is there an app or something that would allow me to connect my Mac Mini to my iPad 2 wirelessly. I can't get passed the password screen because the wireless Keyboard will no longer connect to my Mac ...helllllppp .... I use it for both my iPad and my Mac mini....does that matter?
If your iPad is close enough to your keyboard and Mini
and if the iPad is merely in standby and not off, the
connection to the iPad is still active. Therefore, the
keyboard will not connect to the Mini.
If the iPad is far enough away to break the Bluetooth
connection or you unpair from the iPad or you turn the
iPad off, then the keyboard should connect just fine with the Mini.
Most Bluetooth HID's (Human Interface Device) can only service
one host at a time. This is by design. -

In the Elements Organizer 13
The key to all this is to click on/select/highlight the Album that you have created in Local Albums.
Then make sure that the Sort By: (in the row below the highlighted "Media" header is set for Album Order.
You should see a number at the top left of each of thumbnails.
Then, click on the thumbnail that you want to move, hold down the click, and drag the thumbnail to the wanted new location
in the line up of thumbnails.
Often I had to press down hard on the drag.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
Also, in Edit Menu/Preferences/Keyword Tags and Albums/Enable Manual Sorting Options, I set all for manual.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

It was working just fine. I had just downloaded a 130 mb album. A few minutes after my MacBook basically stopped working. I could not open applications or close them. I decided to restart my computer and this did not help. I am able to turn my computer on and off but that is it.
Boot in Safe Mode so you can see how much free space there is on the startup disk.
Startup your Mac in Safe Mode
A Safe Mode boot takes longer than a normal boot so be patient.
Once you are in Safe Mode, click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
If there's less than 15% available disk space, you need to delete files to free up space. You can do that in Safe Mode.
Then click Restart from your Apple menu .

I have just changed mt internet provider and cannot get my apple tv to work now!
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Changing your ISP may cause some issues but not so far as I am aware a problem with it connecting to your TV.
Have you changed anything else, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far.

After crash all the recovery files were gone. With a recovery software I could get old versions of recovery files (recovery.bak, recovery.js). I try to implement them in the new profile folder by exchanging the files, but FF34 just ioverwrites them.
