Record Options in View menu is not visible / available

Hi,
I've installed Labview 2.5 many times on my computer and I can't reach "Record Options" in the menu "View".
What can I do to have "Record Options" ?

you have LabVIEW Signal Express 2.5? I’ll be really surprised if you have LabVIEW
2.5 on your computer. Let me know this precision.

Export option in Apps menu is not working

Hi all
Since yesterday,it seems our export on Oracle apps is not workin.
Both exports on Application and export when doing File-Export from Concurrent Request are not working.
The action seems initiated but no error and no popup window is displayed.
Usually a popup window should tell us to open or save file.But this is not the case.

Set poster frame not an option in View menu

Do you need QuickTime Pro just to be able to set a poster frame for a particular .MOV file? I have read on the internet that other people find this option in the View menu, but it doesn't show up for me. I have Lion installed.

I have an amazingly simple solution that worked for me:
Open the video in quicktime and press cmd+c on the frame of your choice. Then right click the video file in he finder and choose "Get Info" press cmd+v and the poster frame will be fixed.
I do not have Quicktime Pro, so this will work on hopefully any version of Quicktime.
It appears that different people have different definitions of a "Poster Frame." This gentleman is referring to the icon image displayed at the Finder level rather than a true "Poster Frame" as can be designated by QT 7 Pro, iWeb, or iTunes apps. The icon display to which he is referring can be created by either by pasting a copied frame to the "Info" window as described above or by dragging and dropping an image file (of compatible dimensions and format) directly to the "Info" widow icon area.
As to the creation of a designated "Poster Frame," if you do not have QT 7 Pro or no longer use iWeb, then your can create a "Poster Frame" using iTunes. Simply open the file in the iTunes player, locate the frame you want designated as the "Poster Frame," control-click the player window to open the context menu, and select the "Set Poster Frame" option. If the video does not already have a "Cover Art" image associated with it, the designated poster frame will be used as the cover art image but not adopted as the file icon image. If the file already has an external image associated with it as cover art, then the cover art image is used for both the cover art and the file icon image but the "Poster Frame" will still be recognized by applications that recognize/use this designation.

Proof Setup not an option in View menu

I just downloaded PS Elements 12 (using the 30 trail version prior to purchase) and am unable to find the Proof Setup option in the VIew menu to soft proof my images prior to enlargement. Any suggestions? Thanks

Photo gallery menu button not visible (black on bl...

Lately (I don't know when it changed because before it was not like this) there is some strange behavior on my N8 when viewing photos in the gallery.
If I chose a photo to view and then tap on screen to get the options I don't see the two buttons at the bottom of the screen (Options and Back buttons). I found out that the buttons are present but they are in black - meaning they are not visible if there is no picture covering those parts of the screen (see attached photos). They are only visible if the background is very bright (white).
Is there any settings to change this annoyance?
P.S. The same is true if I open pictures in Photo Editor.

Okay, I've tried .ac3 audio and I get the same result.
I had a friend of mine try this test. He had two different Progressive scan DVD players. It played perect on one and showed these errors on the other (the audio not playing and the text appearing in a different font). He said it had somthing to do with the progressive scan settings of the player. One player could switch to this type of DVD and the other one could only do it manually in the menu screen. He said that even hollywood DVDs do this on these types of DVD players. Since I have NEVER seen this problem before what could he be talking about? And why would previous versions of DVD's that I have made in DVD Studio Pro 1, 1.5 and 2 work fine on these same DVD players?
This is driving me nuts. Why would one DVD player play the DVD perfect and another one play the video fine, but mess up the audio and text buttons on the menu?
Other people I have talked to stay that it may be the media it is burned to, but I'm using the same DVD media that I have always used?
Please help!

SAP standard Menu : few menu paths not visible in Production but dev

Hi All,
We have a problem where in we can see the following menu path visible in standard menu in developement system; while the same menu path ( and few others also ) not visible in production system for same user ( i.e. having similar authorizations )
the path is : SAP Menu --> Accounting --> Financial Supply Chain Management --> Cash and Liquidity Management
Our system is : ECC 6.0
Every user should be able to view SAP standard menu inspite of the fact that he might have authorization to certain transactions only; hence this should not be an authorization issue ( as per my view ).
So can anybody help/ suggest in this regard?

First tab of Lable Based Menu is not visible in Preview Mode

I have added one Lable Based Menu in my application. If i apply the dynamic visibility to it, in preview mode 1st tab is not visible all other tabs are visible.
Ex. In Lable Based Menu, I have three label :- Distribution Center, Zoo, Bird Park. I have applied dynamic visibility to this component. In preview mode, I am not able to visible the first label (i.e. Distribution Center) while all other labes are working properly.
While i remove the dynamic visibility, All the labes are visible. But my application is not like that so i could not adapt that solution.

Please let me know if you have applied Fix pacK3 for Xcelsius.
I have seen this issue in FP2, which got fixed in FP3. The workaround you can try is including a blank cell.

Reader XI Version 11.0.07 running on Windows XP SP2/3 -- can't split .pdf file ; Tools -- Pages menu not visible/available

My ( free ) download of Adobe Reader XI doesn't permit me to split a ( scanned ) .pdf file into two separate .pdf files , as I would like .
The on-line Help advises me to go into Tools --> Pages to do this .
But my Tools menu does not have Pages , within it .
Do I need to download an older ( free ) revision ; i.e., Adobe Reader X ?

No, you need to purchase Acrobat to be able to do that. The free Reader can't perform such editing tasks.

Spry menu bar not visible in live view

I was just working on the css for my spry menu bar and went to check it out in the live view, but it is no longer visible. I checked it out in Safari and Firefox to no avail. My guess is that you have a dark background in which case the menu items will not be seen.
I suggest you have a look here first http://www.dwcourse.com/dreamweaver/ten-commandments-spry-menubars.php#one, then resurrect the original SpryMenuBarVertical.css and change as required.

Okay, somewhat stupid question.... I imported a dvd menu from after effects... i am not able to view it on the canvas in DVDSP. I can only view it in the simulator. what am i doing wrong?

goto cont adminportal content-- go to ur default frame work page-- desktop innerpage-- open --- see detailed navigation iview is checked for visible or not

Drop Down Menu List Not Visible

Hi
I am using a Horizon menu across top of page for user to
select from a list of pages to go to but for some reason the menu
drop down list is not fully visible but rather appears behind other
elements on the page such as a flash video and a google ad . does
anyone know what is causing this or what setting i should set to
force the drop down menu to appear over the rest of the elements in
the page as you would want it do.

OEM - Data Guard Menu is not visible

Hello guys,
at the moment i am trying to install and configure Oracle Dataguard in our test environment.
Because of some easy managing of Data Guard i want to use the OEM Data Guard interface in the OEM. So i configured my local OEM on my test database and started it.
I login with SYSDBA privileges to the local OEM on my test server, but i don't see any Data Guard menu.
I go to Maintenance -> High Availability and the last point that i can see is "File System Backup and Restore" .. but the help of the OEM says:
File System Backup and Restore -- Backup or restore the database file system.
Data Guard -- Use Data Guard to protect critical data by automating the creation, management, and monitoring aspects of standby database environments. I don't see any Data Guard menu point in my OEM.
The documentation of the Data Guard .. says the same:

To use DGMGRL, the best practice is to install the Oracle Enterprise Edition or Personal Edition database software on each location you expect to include in broker configurations. You must install Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control to use the Enterprise Manager Web-based user interface for Data Guard.
The DGMGRL is available. Am i doing something wrong?
UPDATE!!: The problem is solved.. i justed mixed up the ports between database and grid control :-\ .. it is working now

Menu is not visible after logging into the portal(SSO)...please help.

I am facing one EP issue...its like once the user logs in to the portal through SSO...he is not able to see any menu on the left side of the page. Actually there is a Detailed Navigation Tab on Left side which contains links to other servers.
Since there is no Detailed navigation tab on his page this particular user is not able to navigate to other servers...
Please letme know where to look for as I am very very new to EP...please give in your valuable inputs...

Export option in Apps menu is not working in Windows-XP OS

We have standard export option (File -> Export) in 11i oracle applications to download records from tabular block to spread sheet. We are facing problem with Windows XP OS, it will run upto export but the "fnd_gfm.tsv" is not opening (the file disappear after process is completed). any one can help me to overcome this problem.

Please verify the following, and check then:
- Add the application URL to the trusted sites list (From IE, go to Tools > Intetrnet Options > Security > Trusted Sites).
- Turn off any pop-up blockers (IE, Google, MSN, AOL, Yahoo, .. etc).
- From Windows Explorer, go to (Tools > Folder Options > File Type), make sure that files with tsv extension opens with Microsoft Office Excel.
