Dear Ajay
You requirement is to enter the mesuring counter reading against Vehicle (Fleet object) through maintenance order right??
You can enter the the measuring counter reading against the vehicle through maintenance order at two points.
1. At the time of order confirmation using iw41/IW42 transaction.
2. At the time of TECO using IW32 transaction. When we try to TECO the order the small screen is coming. on this screen measurement document button is there. click on it. Then you will be on enter measurement document screen. Just enter there the counter reading which will get updated against the Vehicle.
I hope this will satisfy your requirement.

  • Reference Object Screen For Vehicle in Maintenance Order

    SAP Gurus,
How could I display the reference object screen for vehicle specific data (O150) in my Maintenance Order. I have been able to display it in Maintenance Notification but how could the fields plate number etc defined in reference object screen for Fleet objects be displayed in Order.
    Regards,
    Muhammad Usman Kahoot

    Muhammad Usman Kahoot,
When you create the Order from the notification, there shouldn't be a problem with the reference object screen, you should be able to see the Fleet object reference field, even if the screen reference object type for the order type is set to blank in config.
If you are creating a order directly using transaction IW31,Make sure to assign the Equipment only reference object screen (0150) to the order type using transaction OIOA.This will bring in the fleet reference object field defined as well.

  • Services for Object in Maintenance order can not link

    Hello,
"Services for object" in Maintenance Order can not link to share point.
Linking documents from the C drive or Global drive is successful but if SHAREPOINT is used, it fails
When trying to link to a Word document on our Sharepoint... It fails... when I'm in an order... it gives me an error... (displayed on the attached Word file...) and when I'm working within a document... (CVN02) it merely links to my C:\ drive which won't work...
We need to link to our "master" Sharepoint (web based) documents.
    Please suggest the solution.
    Thanks

    Anil,
Couldn't you add the web address as the attachment?

  • 4.6C method for creating a Maintenance Order

    Hi,
We have a requirement to create and update maintenance orders on a 4.6C system.  The scenario is that we need to programmatically mimic what users can do in IW31 and IW32.  The BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module is not available on this system (SAP delivered that BAPI in a later version.)  We've looked at IBIP but it does not offer structures for order data.  Using "call transaction" and BDC data structures directly seems to be an option but difficult to implement and prone to error.
What other options exist for creating/updating maintenance orders on a 4.6C system?  Thanks in advance for any information or examples you can provide.
    -Jason

Ok.  I've actually figured out how this works.
I'll post what I've found out in case it helps anyone else.
The parameters seem to be: ( with my example data in brackets)
    I_AUFNR – order number
    I_VAPLZ – work center ( MAINT.)
    I_VAWRK – plant ( 0001)
    I_PLNTY – Task list type = ( A )
    I_PLNNR – Task list group ( 55)
    I_PLNAL – Task list group counter ( 1)
The problem I have is that this bapi is not released, and it is not remote enabled.
Are there any released BAPIs that would do the same thing?
Or would I need to write my own remote-enabled BAPI that calls this one, and then try to call my BAPI ( using .NET Connector ) ?
    Thanks,
    Derek

  • Colective Settlement and "CLSD"Status for Production and Maintenance Orders

    Hi dear experts,
Is that possible to use transaction KO8G for collective settlement of Production Orders? Apparently it only works for Maintenance Orders.
The same applies for transaction CO99 for getting "Closed" status in Orders. Apparently it does not take the Production Orders, even if the selection "With CO Production Orders" is active. Is there any additional configuration we should do?!
We would like to do settlement (and mass set "Close" status after) for Production and Maintenance Orders at the same time.
    Thanks in advance,
    Lígia Moreira

    Hi,
You can use CO88 for settlement of production orders. Normally, CO99 should take production orders if the flag is switched. Do you receive any error when you do it?

  • Need help on to set User status for Operations in Maintenance order

    Hi experts,
i am new to PM module.
i need to do BDC for IW31. i want to know some inforamtion
on user status for each opertaion.
my problem is ,, what is user status.
why it is saying order is not yet released when saving and status can not set.
in this cases how can i do BDC.

User status are something set in the configuration and specific to the company which SAP hasn't given in the system status.
May be in your system user status are configured to set only  after the release of the order.
For doing the userstatus you may need to release the order, you can release the order thru bdc and then do bdc for user status. Also see below link

  • Webclient Interaction record for R/3 sales order

    Hi,
we need to capture the interaction record for each and every call related to order. we don't want to use the webclient or pcui sales order becuase of their limitations... we want all the feature of R/3 sales order like extended material search, purchase order type.... kind of fields and search help on them.
so what is the best way to approach if we want the order to be created in R/3 and capture the interaction record? would a regular BOR call from webclient for R/3 Sales Order would do it?
    thanks,

I would suggest we still use the Interaction Record Functionality in IC Web . So thi is what I am suggesting :
    1.  Customer calls in for placing a Order
    2. CSR receives the call ( CTI  ) and Confirms the Account . Once Clicked on Confirm , you can auto navigate to Interaction Record View
    3. CSR can capture whatever details , INtereaction Record Specific ( Like IR Type -> Order etc )  ,  and Save to create the IR .
    4. Once Saved , You can dynamically make available , Button or Navigational Link 'Create Order' ( Will Only appear if IR Type is 'Order' etc )  .
Now Clickin on Create Order , you have different options
    i) Launch into ECC ( VA01 ) using Transaction launcher to Create the Order
ii) If you are on CRM 5.0 , make use of the new CRM Sales Order Creation ( This Basically provides a very Intuitive BSP View , however the Orders are getting created in ECC Itself , No Replication required )
    Hope this helps.

  • Using info records for the Automatic Purcase Order

We are currently using a contract number linked to a vendor and internal part number to have a part go out as an automatic purchase orders.  All parts are batched and then at noon every day a purchase order is automatically generated to the associated supplier.  This leads me to my question.  Is there a way to use an info record to set up a part to go out on an automatic purchase order?
I am new to SAP so please respond in a way that a new user can understand.
I thank you for your time.
    Mark

    Hi Mark,
You need to consider following points for Automatic PO Generation -
    1. Select Automatic PO indicator in Material Master under "Purchasing" view under "Purchasing Values"
T Code - MM02 for change in Material Master
    2. Select Automatic PO indicator in Vendor Master under "Purchasing Data" under "Control Data"
T Code - XK02 for change in Vendor Master
    3. If you have only single Vendor and ordering on same vendor regularly, select Regular Vendor indicator in Info Record under General Data.
T Code - ME12 for change in Info Record.
In case you face any issue during Automatic PO creation, do post details of issue.
Hope above information will be helpful to you.

  • Multiple output records for delivery type access order sequence

    Hello,
This is a question about output delivery type for outbound deliveries.
I have created one delivery type YF and two output condition types YDL1  and assigned access sequence (by sales org/customer) and YDL2 (by  shipping point) in NACE V2 shipping. I have also created their corresponding condition records: salesorg/cust and shipping point in VV21.
When I created my outbound delivery YF from sales order and saved it. System finds both output condition types. First YDL1 and then YDL2 as expected because condition records have been maintained. However, I need to change this order so that YDL2 is the default one and YDL1 is found next.
Could somebody help me how do I change this order?
    Thank you in advanced.

    Hello,
    what do you mean with
I need to change this order so that YDL2 is the default one
When two or more output types are determined, they have the same "rank".
If you mean that you want to sort the output types to have one printed before the other one, please refer to point 3. of OSS Note 960611

  • Set Deletion Flag for the Preventive Maintenance Order

    Hi,
I need to set the Deletion flag for the Service Order. Deletion flag available in the screen disabled. Please suggest.
also I need know under which I shall be able to set such deletions.
    Thank you,
    Vijaya

    Hi Vijaya,
Pls refer the help.sap.com related to deletion flag for PM/CS Orders. Some of the check criteria mentioned below for your reference.
Before a deletion flag is set, the following requirements must be met:
u2022 Any manually added purchase requisitions or purchase orders for the order must be deleted first.
The balance of the actual costs for the order must be zero. This means that the deletion flag can only be activated if the order has already been settled, or if no actual costs were incurred for the order.
u2022 Commitments relating to the order must be deleted.
u2022 Unprocessed and incorrect goods movements must be processed.
When the deletion flag is activated, all remaining capacity requirements are deleted. A deletion indicator is also set in any open material reservations.
An order that has been flagged for deletion cannot be changed. However, you can cancel the deletion flag.
    Thanks

Pls set the Order as Techically completed (TECO) and check the deletion flag set.

  • Maintenance history for Routine Maintenance Orders

Hi I want to know where the work order history to be entered for the Functional Location for future reference and analysis for a routine maintenance order. Normally for routine maintenance we dont raise notification and directly order is created from the maintenance plan/item. Please reply.

Depends on how you plan to use that history. If you need to do data analysis of this history then may be you should use the notification by creating it. If it is just to record info then I feel that entering the explanation in the long text during time confirmation or in the order header etc.. should be good. I feel the first option is good. Try it. If u find it too cumbersome then shift over to the second. Right now I can only think of these two.
    thanks
