Hi Experts,
I have a requirement.
The client have job refrrels in their company.
An employee in the compnay can refer their friends and get cash voucher.
So while creating an applicant where can the maintain the employee who refered the applicant be maintained.

Yes you can assign this. When you enter the apllicant details in the Intial Data entry, you can find a field as "REFERENCE AVAILABLE" Click on it and it gets activated. The details about this is:
Reference indicator
The reference indicator denotes that an applicant has been recommended by an employee of the company.
Dependencies
You can store the name of the employee in question in a text that is not used in evaluations. To do this, please proceed as follows:
1. Choose Applicant master data -> Maintain.
The Maintain applicant master data screen appears.
2. Enter the applicant number and in the Information type field, enter infotype 4000.
3. Choose Edit -> Change.
The Change applicant action (infotype 4000) screen appears.
4. Select Edit -> Maintain text.
The Text screen appears.
5. Enter the employee's name and any other information you wish and save your entries.
The Change applicant actions (infotype 4000) screen appears.
6. Save.
Result:
The name of the employee recommending the applicant is stored in the system together with any other information you entered.

    We are on E-Rec 604 with seperated standlone e-rec system.
    I did the initial transfer of the Org Management and employees data through PFAL from ECC to E-Recruit and all were ok.
    Now we are planning the job for future changes.
    The job in e-recruiting is ok, using RBDMIDOC and RBDAPP01.
    But I have some doubts with the job in HR system. I think I have to use those steps in the job:
    RBDMIDOC
    RSEOUT00
    RBDMOIND
    RBDCPCLR
    It´s true?.
    And in this case, with those steps the new employees in HR system will be created as internal candidates in E-Recruiting without problems?.
    Could somebody help me, please?.

    Dear Esther,
    In HR system, you only need to schedule these reports to transfer HR data from change pointers :
    RBDMIDOC to created idocs from change pointers
    RSEOUT00 to send idocs to the target system
    RHALESMD : is used to generate Idocs that have already been processed or failed when report RBDMIDOC was running so
    still with change pointers unprocessed in table BDCPV

  • E-Recruiting 604 Doubt about the planning of the background job.

    We are on E-Rec 604 with seperated standlone e-rec system.
    I did the initial transfer of the Org Management data through PFAL from ECC to E-Recruit and all were ok.
    Now I have to planed the job for the future changes.
    This is my doubt, I just have to plan the program RBDMIDOC in the HR system, or should I add something more?.
    Please somebody could guide me?.

    Hello Esther,
    there are some more configuration steps for the regular update after the initial load.
    Probably already done by you is the activation of the change pointers for the message type otherwise RBDMIDOC won't create any IDoc.
    Additional settings to the ALE you should apply to the system:
    -  In the e-recruiting system, go to the partner profile settings for the ALE. Open the inbound parameters for the message type and switch radio button in the "process by function module" section from trigger immediatly to trigger by background program.
    - Create a variant for report RBDAPP01 on the e-rec system setting the package size to 1
    - Plan the report RBDAPP01 as job on the e-recruiting system to process the incomming IDocs
    Ensure in the job scheduling of RBDMIDOC and RBDAPP01 that both are running before midnight and the RBDMIDOC is running before RBDAPP01 of course.
    Additional E-Recruiting settings you have to do:
    - schedule HRALXSYNC on the e-rec system as daily job
    - Ensure that the e-rec periodical service PROCESS_CAND_STATUS_CHANGE (class CL_HRRCF_UPDATE_P_STAT) is activated in the e-rec customizing under E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> Periodical Services

  • CP and BP is not being created in E-Recruitment after PFAL

    Dear Experts,
    I need your valuable insight into the below issue:
    We are implementing SAP E-Recruitment in our company and we have a stand alone system for e-rec, i.e. I2-B scenario. Release 604. 
    We defined the process model, filter groups as described in note and many threads here. We are able to transfer (distribute) objects O, S, C, Q and QK using PFAL. When I am trying to distribute object P (IT0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0009, 0105 and 1001), object P is getting created with PA infotypes but system does not create the CP, BP and NA objects in E-Rec. My understanding after reading the documentation and some threads on SCN is that system should create these objects (CP, BP and NA) on distributing Object P from ECC.
    Do we need to Run the HRALXSYNC program in E-Recruitment to create these objects? We thought of running this program as well but the Employee Check box in the selection screen of the program is disabled. Even after implementing BADI  HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI it remains disabled.
    Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated...

    Thank you for the quick response.
    I had considered maintaing the number ranges for CP in E-Recruitment, but had two concerns/doubts about it:
    1. We have already generated CP in ECC for all Persons and the numbers are taken from an internal range Subgroup ($$$$) and CPs have their own IDs starting with 5XXXXXXX. Now if I maintain a number range in E-Rec, different from this, would that be an issue? I understand that we need to have the same CP ID in both the systems (ECC and E-Rec). Kindly clarify.
    2. We have not maintained any number ranges for other objects (O, S, C, Q, & QK) in E-Rec system. But system has created these objects in E-Recruitment on running PFAL.
    Currently we are doing all these settngs in Sandbox system only.
    Kindly advise....

  • E-Recruiting: Exposure to External Candidates

    Hi Experts,
    We're currently in the initial phase of implementing e-Recruiting 6.0 (Integrated scenario) at a telecom client on a global scale. Following is the doubt:
    Can we do away with exposing the client's e-Recruiting system to the external world/internet. Client has decided not to expose the e-Rec. system to the external world/internet. Question is so how will the external candidates search, register & apply for the jobs? A workaround is to have the external candidates' data which is currently being captured on their existing career site (non-SAP legacy) & pull the data to e-Recruiting. On this, I'm not sure how will the mapping be achieved.
    Is this scenario possible through some std. functionality (we're not using PI/XI). If this solution is a Z solution, what are the efforts required for custom development? How will we intergrate SAP KRPO for storing the documents & TREX indexing etc.

    Hope you are doing good.
    Some pointers to exposing your PA-ER System to external candidates, This is standard security process.
    Concept of DMZone:
    External candidates: to register and search for vacancies available in the company, the web applications residing on the E-Recruitment system (ECC System) should be made available via internet.
    Additional security to the Intranet ERP system: ERP system has to be separated from the external users using reverse proxy server configured in the DMZone (neutral zone in between Intranet and External network, which is protected by firewall) of the company, So , externally would not have direct access to the E-Recruitment system.
    Exposing the IP address of E-Recruitment system: we expose the IP address of reverse proxy server for public access. Then the reverse proxy server would be configured in such a way that all the requests for E-Recruitment applications would come to the standard HTTP port XX of the reverse proxy server and the reverse proxy would take care of forwarding the requests and (transparently) sending them back as if it was the content server itself.
    ISA Server 200X: the reverse proxy server has many additional features and, most of the customers prefer to implement their reverse proxy scenarios on ISA Server series.

  • Recruiting problem with the candidate search by trex with questionnaires

    Hi Gurus,
    I am trying to search candidates using trex in recruiting by candidate_questionnaires but the trex does not show any result. How can I solve it?
    When candidates register theirselves on internet, they complete questionnaires that I have added in the apllication wizard.
    But the problem starts when I want to search candidates by the answers that they have complete in this questionnaire. So I select the criteria search candidate questionnaire, then I select the questionnaire and then the answer and I run the searh. I know that the results shown are always about others requisitions and not the one that I am doing the search. But in my case candidates are assigned in other requisition with the same process template so I do not know where is the problem, because other sort of search works fine. This is the only one that it does not work.
    In addition, I have run the report RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS but the result is that all the parameters are fine except that I have not implement the badi HRAHAP00_FOLLOW_UP_SES. May I have to implement?
    Moreover I have seen that when I select the answer to search, any operator (element of selection mask) is assigned but I have read that it is correct because I am using the search profile "int_cand" with the category "candidate_document" that it use in the mask search candidate_questionnaire.
    In conclusion, I don't know how I can solve this problem with trex? Any idea?

    what are the business packages which have Recruit standard content.

    Career and Job  
    Technical name: com.sap.pct.erp.ess.area_career_job
    Use
    Employees can use the applications in this area to:
    ·        Maintain their candidate profile
    ·        Display an overview of the data in the candidate profile
    ·        Release candidate profile
    ·        Apply directly to a job posting
    ·        Search for suitable jobs
    ·        Display a list of job postings that they have stored as favorites
    ·        Send applications
    ·        Store personal settings
    ·        Maintain their skills profile
    I guess install the BP, setup ER and see whats available
    The specific ESS view could be a mix of WD JAVA iviews or apps, BSP and WD ABAP depending on the ESS and ER version
    Certainly it is possible to incorporate more PA-ER BSP or WD ABAP applications into the ESS role via a custom iview and role

    However I want call the applications of E-RC that work with WD ABAP. The problem is that I don't know What is the name of the applications WD for the services of above, for include this applications in the Role de ESS.

    I think equivalent  E-recruitment WDA applications are also visible in SICF under the following path
    /default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf*
    /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/hrrcf_wd*   
    If you do a test service the URL will be displayed in the browser address field
    As I understand it SAP have not delivered ESS Career and Job workset for use with new EHP WD ABAP E-recruitment applications however it should be possible to integrate WDA applications into the ESS role -anywhere really either via custom iviews/pages or just custom HpF service links or indeed maybe even using the same Career and Job workset and service links (altered to point to WD ABAP URLs)

  • E-Rec 6.04 Doubts with transaction pa48.

    Hi,
    We are on E-Rec 604 with seperated standalone e-rec system.
    When I run pa48 transaction y realized that I have two doubts.
    First of them is that if there is a customizing table to change the action type wich propose for the two options, New hire and Internal movility.
    I know that using the combo I can change if I need another action type, but I suppose that there must be one table to customize that so I can´t find it.
    The other problem is that when I chosse a candidate for a New Hire in the secuence of infotipes in the action type 01 (New Hire) there is the 0006 infotipe in the secuence and in our client this infotipe should not be appear. When I go to see the infogroup that is used in this action type the infotype 0006 doesn´t in the list, so I imagine that there is any dynamic action which is the responsible of that... But I can´t find it... And we want to delete it...
    Could someone guide me, please?.

    Hello Esther,
    The action type defaulted in PA48 is always the first one from table T572F.
    IT0006 is a pre-requisite infotype in E-Recruiting, so we send the address from the external candidate to HR and request it also if the internal candidates are then transported to E-Recruiting back.

  • E-Recruitment . Reuisition  history

    Hi ,
    I am having doubt in the E-recruiting .I am creating Requisition and at the time of Relasing the requisition we have suppressed the workflow and updating the status of the Requisition as Released  in the infotype  5125 .
    My doubt is when i am checking the print preview of of the requisition it is opening the PDF and in the Requistion History in the last of the PDF it is displaying  the status as draft for the Reuisition but in the infotype it showing release .
    Is this history  it is fetching from some other table or any other infotype is there which we need to maintain during releasing the requisition .

    The issue could be in how you are updating HRP5125 when updating the status from Draft to Released. Are you using a class or you are doing a direct infotype update. When updating the objects status in e-Recruiting it is advisable to use the available classes and methods - hoping this is not what you've already done. In that case for example you may try and use class CHANGE_REQ_STATUS of method CL_HRRCF_REQ_MGMT_PL to update the status instead of updating 5125 directly.
