I am working on some of the ERecruitment Form:
My Requirement is as follows:
To enhance the External Candidate Profile to include a page for assigning them to Interest Group and for sending notification through e mail when a requisition is created that is also assigned to the same interest group and that the requisition is posted to the external publication.
Regarding this I need some Inputs from you how I can achieve this Technically i.e what's the Infotypes and tables I have to use for and what the Relationship between them etc.
Can anyone please guide me on this.

We have trasferred the one file from legacy system to SAP, and it was created a session in SM35, it contains 1000 errors.
we don't want correct those errors and these entries should be delated, could you please let me know are these errors can I see in any error table in SAP, is this facility is availbe in SAP or not?

Hi,
1) No updates will have been done for the items with errors.
2) Mark the Batch, then press F2 to call up the analysis. You can check here for the cause.
3) If you are not going to correct the items or the cause so as to post them, just delete the batch.

Regarding Migration from Weblogic 10.3.0 to 10.3.3

We have configured a domain in our weblogic 10.3.0 installation. With in this domain A J2EE application has been deployed with datasources configuration, JAAS configuration.
Is it possible to migrate to Weblogic 10.3.3 without making any changes in our existing application configuration and domain setup?
If yes can any one please tell us what is the procedure?

first of all could you please clarify the need for migration from BO XI 3.0 to 3.1, as you can simply apply SP1 on top of 3.0 and it becomes 3.1.
if you have considered this and still needs to migrate, following are the 3 posible options.
1. Live-Live Migration - Import Wizard is the tool
2. BIAR - Live Migration - Import Wizard is the tool
Please reffer the Import Wizrd User guide for the option 1 and 2 link provided in the above thread.
Also the 3rd option is to perform the Databse and Filesystem copy, find the step below.
Launch CCM from the Destination System
Copy all of the file store from your Source implementation to the file store folder for your Destination implementation
Stop SIA - right click and select properties - Go to the Configuration tab - Click on the button to specify the data source -
Select "Copy Data from another Data Source". This will copy the data from your source to the Destination.

Hi Shankar,
You need to maintain the copy controls from Invoice to Sales document. Because your Invoice type is customized.
You need to copy from F2 to RE and make the changes as per yopur requirement ZEXP to RE . Then try to create the return order with reference to invoice.

Infor regarding Collections from customers

Dear SAP gurus
goodmorning
as I need some information regarding Accounts Receivable.
our client is distributing power to customers and receives the collections from the customers/consumers. Now the issues is that if a customer is not paid the bill amount (became defaultee) for the past two months and also for the current month. In the current month he paid some amount towards the settlement of arrears. We are planing to charge interest for the arrears of bill amout and it should show as open item.
Where should I configure these settings and assign them.
Is it possible to configure at the payment terms and assign a new GL account with the arrears of interest.

I am trying to design Adobe From using "Interactive Form " UI element...When I right click on the Interactive Form UI element and then click on Edit...I see the following message being get displayed

Currently I am trying to develop the Adobe Form using "NETWEAVER DEVELOPER STUDIO 2.0.20" Version.....

Hello Revanth,
You need to remember few important points before using form:
1. Install the Adobe life cycle designer to design an AIF.
2. Configure Adobe Document server in the J2EE Engine or Install ADS in your J2EE engine.
3. Check the credential/Authentication of database used in J2EE Engine.
4. Install Adobe controller framework at the client machine to be able to run the AIF.

Regarding navigation from Interface View

i am trying to pass data from one component to other component via exposing the interface view controller of second component to 1st component via Used Webdynpro Component concept.
I am able to navigate from one component view to 2nd component view with the action of fireplug from 1st to 2nd. but i am not able to do
vise versa.
What i got, after embedding the 2nd view in the 1st component window, inbound plug is created automatically. If in the same view(embedded interface view) i try to place out bound plug i m not able to do. how to get this navigation from 2nd view to 1st view.
Please help me out.

now to do vis versa you have to do all this things for other component. I mean expose 2nd component via Used WD component concept. now embed 1st view in 2nd component window. just reverse of what you did till now.
and take a view set where in first view area show the first navigation, and in the second view area of view set show the second navigation.

You can achive this from Version Management.
Utitlites->Version->Version management.
Select the Request and press the Retrive button..the RFC will be reverted back to the code to the selected request.
Before that take the copy of your code.

Regarding Jumping from One Target to Other Target

I have two Queries which are created on Cube and ODS. Have to Navigate/Jump from Query1 (Cube) to Query2 (ODS).
Query1 one contains char Sales Document and Query2 contains Sales document details. Moreover when i click on Sales document it should display only that particular document details. Is it possible.

Yes this is possible.. for this you would need to connect the output port of the first table view to the input port of the second query and create a on select event. this way you can pass the sales document from the first query and display its details in the second query.

Doubt regarding switchover from logical standby to primary

I am using Oracle 10g databases on Linux environment
I was trying creating a data guard configuration and once I was successfully done I created a logical standby database from the physical standby . Then I was trying to do a switchover .
By mistake I gave the prepare switchover command in the logical standby before executing it in the primary . And then when I gave it in the primary both the status turned to be "PREPARING SWITCHOVER"
In logical standby
SQL> ALTER DATABASE PREPARE TO SWITCHOVER TO PRIMARY;
Database altered.
SQL> SELECT SWITCHOVER_STATUS FROM V$DATABASE;
SWITCHOVER_STATUS
PREPARING SWITCHOVER
In primary
SQL> ALTER DATABASE PREPARE TO SWITCHOVER TO LOGICAL STANDBY;

SQL> select switchover_status from v$database;
SWITCHOVER_STATUS
PREPARING SWITCHOVERNow I am not able to commit any of them to primary or logical standby
In primary
SQL> ALTER DATABASE COMMIT TO SWITCHOVER TO LOGICAL STANDBY;

Regarding downloading from alv report o/p to excel sheet
