Hello Experts,
I have requirement that, we have a Std report which is developed in report painter S_ALR_87013611.
We want to add 2 new columns in the output. Those 2 new columns from a Z table.
Can any body tell how to do this.
Thanks,

Hi,
You have to use the report and get the output then go to settings and report layout and in that Lead column and key and description. This might help you.

  • New column in Standard Report

    HI all!
Can i create new column in standard report of B1.
    Thanks!

    Hi Tien,
What do you mean by standard report? such as the aging report?
Kindly be noted that it is not possible to change System Matrix.
If you mean the print layout of report, you can modify the report template with PLD

Try to find any BADI for the same
Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
    1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
    2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
    3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
    Now
    4) Execute SAP standard transaction
    5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
    6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
    7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.
    OR
Also one more option is to copy ME28 and, make modifications to the copied program.

  • Add new column to System report

    Hi experts!
Can i add new column  to System Report ( Ex: Inventory Status, Agent Report which new Column as "Test") by SDK.)
    Please give me ideas.
    Thanks!

    Tien,
Using SDK its not possible to add a new column to the existing system reports. As a work around what u can do is use the PLD to design a layout with the new column.
    Hope it helps,

  • How to make new column of Interactive Report permanent

    Hi,
after changing the query of an interactive report (adding a new column) you have to add the column from the Actions Menu -> Select Columns function of the report.
But this change isn't permanent. After i logout and login again, or a user goes to the specified report, the column isn't visible.
Is it possible to make this permanent, because the only solution i have found it to recreate the report, which is not a good idea.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Login to Apex builder. Run page where you have IR.
Select columns you like display. Then from action menu save report default layout.

  • How to add a new column in a report

    Hi all,
I originally created a report with form. Then I want to add another column to it, but the column added wont display automatically in the report, instead you
have to go to "action" and manually add the column so it can be diplayed in the report.
How can I permanently and automatically add it please....thanks

    Hi,
You can change the column position in interactive report as well. Once you login to your work space, run the report page. In the control when down arrow, click on select columns. Now you can re-arrange the columns as you like using up and down arrows. You can also move the column to DO NOT DISPLAY section if you want to hide any column in default view. Now click on apply.
Review the report now if it displays correctly then click on the down arrow the control wheel and click on save report. From the dropdown list in the Save field, select "As default report settings". This will save the report for default view.
It should always display same when you open this report page.
    Hope this helps.

  • Table need to be added in report painter library

    HI,
Can't we add any table in report painter library (GR21) like if i add <b>s032</b> it is accepted by library while <b>'MARD'</b> is not accepted it gives error <b>Table MARD is not installed in Report Writer.</b>
what is the difference between s032 and MARD table, as both are transparent table. but one is accepted and other is not.
    Thanks

    Hi
You can't use all tables.see the below lines for it:
Both Report Painter and Report Writer can be used to report on the following tables and tables types:
&#61500;     Evaluation structures set up in the Logistics Information System (LIS). These structures normally begin with an “S” or “ZF.” Several different tables and views within the R/3 System can be added as evaluation structures.
Note: You cannot add cluster tables, such as BSEG.
&#61500;CCSS is used for Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-OPA), Activity Based Costing (CO-ABC) and for cost element reports in Project Systems (PS).
&#61500;GLFUNCT is used for functional area reporting in cost-of-sales accounting.
&#61500;GLPCT and GLPCOP are used for Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA/EC-PCA).
&#61500;FILC is used for Legal Consolidations (FI-LC).
&#61500;COFIT is used for the Controlling Reconciliation Ledger (CO-CEL).
&#61500;ZZ tables are created for the Special Purpose Ledger (FI-SL).
&#61500;FIMC is used for consolidations in the Enterprise Controlling module (EC-LC).
&#61500;GLT0 is used for Financial Accounting (General Ledger) reports by account, company, and business area (FI-GL).
&#61500;KKBC, KKBE, and KKBU are used for the Controlling Product Costing module (CO-Costing).
    reward points if useful

  • Quantity Column in a Report painter

    good day Sap masters,
i need to know how can i get to capture actual quantity data in a report prepared by way of report painter. i have been able to bring the qty column to which i have assigned a predfined Actual Qty characteristic inspite of this the report does not display and figures in the qty column plz guide.
    regards
    sayeed

    Hi Sayeed:
It depends on the library you using for the report.
We have one report painter report where we show quanity column (for hours charged to a WBS). That column is "Characteristics with Basic Key Figures". Then the basis key figure is "SMEG Quantity" with relevant characteristics like Value type 4 (for actuals) etc.
    Please try this way.
    Hope it helps.
    Thanks.

  • DB Adapter-new column added in db to imported table

We have a bpel process, we created a db adapter to select from a table and we did our invoke and assigns (and we are using the output in many places in the process). Now another column was added to the table, and we need it. How can we reimport the table to get the new column w/o breaking everythign else.(assignments, invokes, relationships, attributes). Rox

When changes have been made to your database schema and you need to propagate these to your bpel process which is using toplink for dbAdapter-partnerlinks you need to step through the partnerlink again.
Go to your bpel-project and double clik the partner link again, step through the db adapter wizard and these changes will get forward engineered inside your java wrapper classes.
Difficulties regarding changing schema's in the db adapter mostly come down to probelsm regarding master-detail relationships, changing settings in your toplink mapping file regarding sequencing and removal of stale attributes.
    Kind regards,
    Nathalie

  • New columns added in a table

    Hi,
A table is altered to add some new information (columns, or constraints etc).
Is there a way to check what all new columns are added to the table and at what date?
Does Oracle Keep track of this activity some where in its Data Dictionary?
Version od the Oracle is - 9.2.0.6.0
    Thanks,
    Vineet

LAST_DDL date will also be updated if i do the analyze on the table. No it won't.
    SQL> create table t (n number);
    Table created.
    SQL> alter session set nls_date_format = 'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss';
    Session altered.
    SQL> exec dbms_stats.gather_table_stats(user, 't');
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> select o.last_ddl_time, t.last_analyzed
      2  from user_objects o, user_tables t
      3  where t.table_name = 'T'
      4  and t.table_name = o.object_name
      5  and o.object_type = 'TABLE';
    LAST_DDL_TIME       LAST_ANALYZED
