Regarding Workflow mailer error

Hi
Could anyone teach me how to troubleshooting these errors in log of mailer?
My customer made mailer available through OAM and could send notification.
However, a lot of errors were found in log of mailer.

I have checked the below notes,but I'm not clear.

NEED INFO REGARDING WORKFLOW MAILER &MAPI

Need information
our workflow mailer is configured with LOTUS NOTES now we wanna to
move to OUTLOOK and we use IMAP4 protocol now we wanna to
replace this with MAPI.
So please let me know how to configure in OUTLOOK and also
MAPI is a oracle certificated protocol and how to configure it.

Urgent!!!!Regarding Workflow mailer of iStore

Hi All,
I need to modify the body content of iStore user registration workflow email .
I tried to modify the file IBENOTIF,then after I generated email from istore, then it showed the old format..
How can I get new format of body content of email?
Please let me know is there any steps if I am missing?

This can be achieved as below:
1. Create new message in IBENOTIF workflow. The id of this message should be prefixed by ACCTREG. As an example, the id could be ACCTREGB2B_MSG1. (Can't remember the exact details on prefix, search metalink)
2. Using iStore Administrator, modify the "User Registration" notification to create a mapping of user type with your new message. Please note that your message will appear in this list only if it conforms to the naming convention described in step 1.
It has been some time back I tried this so some of the information mentioned here might be incorrect. Please try and see.

I have Oracle 11, which we tried configuring to use TLS encryption but it failed. So I installed IIS relay, to avoid enabling TLS on oracle.
Once I did this we did a simple email test and it was successful. We then tried a live Workflow process,
According to the workflow/diagram above, every stage should send an Email and Oracle Notification, after an LPO is raised. What is interesting is Approver1 and 2 get both Email and oracle notification. However, The LPO raiser only gets an email notification, but not an oracle notification.
Note: IIS relay does not support IMAP, hence is IMAP inbound not configured.

Regarding Workflow - eApprovel mail

Hello Experts,
I am new at SAP workflow..
This is regarding Workflow issue,
before upgradation (4.6 to 6.0) means in 4.6,
prior to upgrade the eApproval mail showed the approver and the status of PO in the approval cycle like below
Vendor : vendor name

now after upgradation (in 6.0)
eApproval mail message is only showing the PO number and the PO line items
At present the workflow mail does not contain the current status of the PO
means it showing like this

002 Contract Investigations                      30,000 EA         1.00 USD
At present the workflow mail does not contain the current status of the PO,
can you please tell me what needs to be done and what changes to be made...in 6.0,can you please help me on this

Workflow Notification mailer Error - Urgent !!!

Hi Guys
i am trying to configure Wrkflow Mailer Account on R12.1 . But the validation fails for Imap account check.
The client got : Imap : 192.168.1.2: 993 (SSL) SMTP is 192.168.1.2. Mails are getting sent to the user box ,bit inbound processing is failing as its not accepting the Imap account.
ALready Oracle TAR is on going ,but so far no luck from Oracle side too.
The Imap account is getting connect when i use Linux mail client.
I got the SSL certificate for the mail exchange server , what i can go for?

Pl post the contents of the workflow mailer log. Pl also run the Diagnostics test outlines in MOS Doc 748421.1 (Oracle Workflow ATG Support: R12 Java Mailer Setup Diagnostic Test)

Issue in workflow mailer configuration

Hi all,
I have to configure notification mailer, for that I have an IP address of smtp server and an email username and password. Using these 3 details I can configure the mail in MS Outlook and send/recieve mails. When I give the same details in Notification mailer page, I am getting relaying denied error. Please help me in resolving this.
Our environment is R12.1.3 on AIX 6.1

We Followed the above mentioned docuement but its not fixed. And atlast we resolved and fixed issue by following steps.
1) Downed the Apps services.
2) Runned the cmclean.sql as a apps user.
3) Rebounce the DB.
4) Started the every services.
Select Name Status State Node Actual Processes Target Processes
1 Workflow Document Web Services Service UpActivated ERPTEST01 *1 1*
2 Workflow Agent Listener Service Up Activated ERPTEST01 1 1
3 Workflow Mailer Service Up Activated ERPTEST01 1 1
Now the Notification Mailer is Up and running with out any issues

Workflow mailer,The Service Component Container is not running.

Dear,
We ar on 11.5.10,
We make clone our pord instance and try to up work flow notification but when we do this system ever time raise an error "The Service Component Container is not running.".
any body idea.

Workflow mailer goes down frequently

Dear All
workflow mailer goes down twice a day. we are using E- Buisness veriosn 11.5.10.2. we faced the similr problem some time back but it was resolved unknowingly.

Workflow Mailer Delays Sending Messages

Greetings,
We recently installed Workflow 2.6.3.5, and have noticed a very strange problem. The Workflow Mailer will propagate messages starting at 1 second, then 2 seconds, then 4 seconds, then 8 seconds, steadily increasing to 240 seconds. Then the messages will propagate for some time at 240 seconds. Then the sequencing resets back to one second, and increases to 240 seconds.
We've opened a TAR on metalink, but Oracle has been veryslow to respond. As a result of the delay in propagation we have almost 2000 messages in our WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue that need to be sent.
Has anyone seen this problem and can recommend a solution?

Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?
Please go through the steps in (Note: 753845.1 - How to Perform a Meaningful SMTP Telnet Test to Troubleshoot Java Mailer Issues) and see if it helps.

How to configure oracle alerts to use Workflow mailer?

Hello Guys:
We were trying to setup oracle alerts using workflow mailer. I have created a dedicated mailer for handling oracle alerts related mail.
Here is what I need to clarify:
1. Having setup a new mailer for Oracle alert do I have to still configure the Options in Oracle Alerts. This is where you choose which type of mail u want to use ( like Unix mail,Windows NT mail )
2.How do I tell oracle alert to use the new mailer that I created exclusively for this? While creating the mailer at some point I remember putting ALR in configuration form.
I am on 11.5.10 CU2. I am on 11i.ATG_PF.H

Based on the note I realised that my oracle alerts will user unix sendmail. But then If u go to " Oracle Alert Options "
-- > Mail systems -- I check Unix send mail
-- > Mail server options ( Do I have to fill this section? )
My guess is that the send mail will post the email to a IMAP account ( I created oraclealert account ) and IMAP account will push the alert email to Recipient
Mail Database/Server Name --- imap.mydomain.com
Mail Priority --- Normal
Accounts
Application Installation username Password
Blank ** Blank ** oraclealert pwd
Blank ** Blank ** oraclealert pwd
** - It wont allow me to choose an application.
Is there a simple test to make sure that my oracle alert is working or not? I appreciate your help.
