I want to register as payment paypal because I have no credit card but I always responds:
"This recipient Requires That You have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction."
I can sign up without credit card.

What funding sources are you hoping to use to pay for the sale? What funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account? ************************************************ I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

Apple's website told me that there should be a 'None' button next to the credit crads, but I don't have one. PLEASE HELP ME!

Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when creating the account ? I tried them 3 days ago in response to another thread and got the 'none' option.
i.e. I created it on my computer's iTunes. I first logged out of my existing account, found a free app in the store, clicked on its free 'price', click on 'create Apple id' on the popup, agreed to the terms and filled in my details and got 'none' on the payments screen. I was then able to click on the verify link in the email and download a free app with it. Is that how you created your account ?

Can I buy online using PayPal without credit card?

Hello! So I recently want to buy a few items online but I don't have credit card. I saw that they have PayPal option hence created an account here. Just when I thought everything was falling into its place, PayPal asked for credit card details before purchasing. Really beats the purpose... Does anyone have a solution for this? I thought PayPal is the option if one does not have credit card. Hoping for your quickest reply and thank you so much. Also, I cannot verify my account because I apparently need a credit card to do it. Thanks!

The whole point of paypal is that you fund your paypal payment via a bank account / debit card or credit card and that info is kept confidential and its a lot quicker to pay as you don't have to keep entering card details. How do you expect to pay if you don't link a funding source?? Also a lot of sellers are not registered businesses and so cannot accept credit and debit card payments etc but they can accept paypal payments. That applies to most ebay sellers so without paypal you would not be able to pay safely to them with a card. Paypal also gives you buyer protection you would not have with paying them via bank transfer or cheque if they could not accept a card. As a buyer you only need to link a debit or credit card at the moment and once verified you can then pay anyone that accepts paypal including all ebay sellers. ***************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

Is there a way of registering an account without credit card or paypal?

A gift certificate or other gift would be the only other way. Apple is required by the content owners to verify user residency in the country of the Store, so a credit card or prepaid item of some time purchased in the appropriate country is required.
BTW, Paypal isn't even an option outside of the US at this time.

I don't know what "something" you were trying to redeem, but if it was a valid iTunes Store give, go to the main iTunes Store page (within iTunes), click on the "Redeem" link on the right side of the page, and enter in the code from your card. You'll be able to create an iTunes Store account without needing a credit card.

You have to enter your credit card number and some amount would be debited from your account(60 rs in india)
After registration, You can Go to
1 Settings
2.Itunes&App Store
3.Click on your apple id .
4.Select View Apple ID
5.Slecet Payment Info
And You can find NONE here.
Please select NONE to delete your credit card numbe r from the list
But While registering you cant find NONE, you have to enter the cc number.

You would have to purchase a 3rd party program ( not supported by Apple).
The ipod is not a storage/backup device.
Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.

How to register itunes without credit card information.

I have upgraded my os to Ios5 in my ipod touch. Now, to download FREE apps, system is asking me to register in itunes with a credit card. In the previous version we had a option to choose "NONE" or provide a credit card. Do you know, how to bypass the credit card info. I am not comfortable in giving away credit card infor for free apps.
2. I also lost my paid apps after upgrading the os. Should I restore to version 4. to solve these two issues?

Follow the explicit instructions in the article from which the question was posted. An iTunes account cannot be changed from having a credit card as payment method to "None", it must be created without the credit card.
