Removing "Notification Detail Link" in notification mails

Hello.
Is it possible removing the attachment "Notification Detail Link.html" attached in the outgoing notification EMails?
In the case, I have to do the set directly in the Workflow design, or is it a configuration in the Mailer Agent?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
In workflow version 2.6.3, this is available by simple changing the notification preference to be "HTML mail"
"MAILHTM2". If you want it as an attachments, the preference is "HTML mail with attachments"

Attention: If your notification preference is 'HTML Mail with attachments', an HTML-formatted e-mail notification always includes one standard attachment. The attachment is called Notification Detail Link and it provides a direct link to your notification in the Notification Details web page.
If your notification preference is 'HTML mail', then your HTML-formatted e-mail notification does not include this standard attachment. However, if custom attachments have been defined for this individual notification in its workflow process, those attachments will still be included.

BPEL Human Task: how to remove task details section from notification email

This is concerning the human task component of SOA Suite 11g. Upon task assignment, the assignee receives an email notification with an administrator configured text. Below this text the task details are automatically added. How can this be removed? Marking the notification as 'secure' also removes the administrator configured text. But that I'd like to keep. Only the automatically added task details section needs to go. Any hints?

This configuration is available in the following navigation. Workflow Administrator Web Applications > Oracle Applications Manager > Workflow Manager > Service Components > Workflow Notification Mailer > Edit > Advanced > Message Generation section > Templates. You can refer to the "Oracle Workflow Administrator's Guide" > "Modifying Your Message Templates" for more information.
Please note that this applies to ALL the outbound notifications, not specific for Purchasing notifications.

Removing Worklist App link from task notification

Notification Detail Page is not displaying

Hi All,
I have a requirement of creating a read only workflow admin responsibility. For that I have followed the below steps.
1. Set 'Workflow Administrator Web Applications' as the Workflow Administrator from administration tab.
2. Create a grant with the below details.
Grantee Type: All Users
Responsibility: Workflow Administrator Web (New)
Object: Workflow Items
Data Context Type: All Rows
Permission Set: Business workflow item permission set
I have done this for viewing the workflow owned by all users and followed the ID 1328447.1 for doing this.
Now everything is working fine, but Notification Detail page is not displaying. It is loading for a long time and
giving the errors, ('The connection was reset' in Mozilla and 'Page Cannot be Displayed' in IE).
Notification detail page will come when I remove this Grant, but it will display only the workflows owned by
that particular user. So this grant is a mandatory component for me.
The issue is there even for the admin responsibility(Workflow Administrator Web Applications) when assigning
this grant.
Can anyone help me on this to resolve this issue.

Notification - URL link

I am trying to send a URL link through notification. I can open the link in custom workflow, but when I am trying to use the same thing in seeded workflow(iProcurement responsibility - Clause details) it is not working.
I am sending the link as URL attribute and even I tested using text attribute.

OIM Email Notification issue with custom E-mail user attribute

We have a requirement where we need to send e-mail notification programmatically after a OIM account is created for the user through trusted reconciliation. Post process event handler is being used for this. We have created our own Custom Notification Event, created new Notification Template of the type Custom Notification Event.
For storing e-mail address for every OIM user we are using custom attribute "Email Home". Now the problem is NotificationService is by default picking e-mail address from OTB attribute "Email". Is there a simple way to pick the E-mail address from custom attribute? Below is sample code that we are working on. Any ideas on this would be very helpful.

i need to send mail from po department to finance department
once finance department approves , then mail back to po department that your notificaiton approved.

as part of this we did IMAP set up
and used the following code. and getting the notifications from Oracle to my mail box.
my main issue is when user approves the wf notifications, it is not showing my specified email address in the attribute #WFM_REPLYTO, always it is showing the IMAP set up wfdev address
what is the value i need to use for this #WFM_REPLYTO
eventhough i am sending the to_address email id to the following attribute(wf_engine.setitemattrtext), the workflow approval not working for that email id.
only if i am using the '[email protected]' in the imap set up, then only approval is working.

i'm sending some text and link in the same message body(i'm passing the link as a text only ).......in the notification page i'm unable to get that link in the link format like [www.oracle.com]...it is simply shown as a text format like www.oracle.com

Check if your workflow attribute to which you are assigning value is of type URL or not. If not the it would only get displayed as text and not as a Hyperlink.

Mail notifications not working in Notification Centre iOS5

Hi
I am using an iPhone 4 and recently updated to iOS5. Most of my notifications in the new Notification Centre work fine, except my Mail. Whenever I send a test email, it never pops up as a banner at the top of the screen, as it would like an ordinary iMessage. I have turned Mail 'On' in the Notification Centre, and after a couple tests I did get the feature to work, although the mail notification only popped up like 5 minutes after I initially sent it. For the most part, however, if I send a test email, I never receive the pop up notification. The only way I can receive mail is by manually going into the Mail app, as we all did before iOS5.
Please can someone offer some assistance here?

I have a 3GS, and am having the same problem! I updated to iOS5 (with a multitude of other issues), and everything with mail was fine..it was only a couple weeks ago that I noticed I wasn't receiving notification of new emails in any email accounts. You're not alone!

Notification will not work for Mail

Downloaded Mountain Lion; everything appeared to go well with install. When I first launched Mail, there didn't seem to be any issues (had to convert messages into new format, etc.) However, Notifications for Mail is not working. When a new message is sent, it will not appear as a banner, alert, etc in the corner. I've checked System Preferences to ensure that Notifications for Mail is on; I've also checked Mail Preferences to ensure that new messages are going to the notification center. Any thoughts? Other notifications seem to be working (I think).
Running on a 15-inch Mid-2009 MacBook Pro, 8 GB RAM, 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.

UPDATE: It does appear that if you send yourself an email (even from another account) and both emails are within Mail, you will not get a notification. It will download in Mail; it will be readable, but there will be no notification from the new notification center.
All of my other Mail notifications (e.g. emails from other people or accounts) have been coming through with no issues.
Is this a bug? Or was this intended? We shall see.
