Renovation Order Calculation Variable Cost about Material

Hi
I created PM Renovation Order (SPRO) and it function, but I have problem with calculation variable Cost about Material. If I move material from valuation broken to repaired, so average cost is always 0. What is exigency to set, so cost averaged. At order are cost material I work.
Thank you
Martin

hi
ensure that valuation type(Repaired) should be in "to" area in the refurbishment order.
Example:
In the refurbishment order,
From  plant 8000   storage loc ST01   valuation type(Defective)
To      plant 8000   storage loc ST01   valuation type(Repaired)
do the goods receipt in IW8W and order settlement and check the price

  • Internal Order for Miscellaneous cost to material

    Dear Experts,
    I need your suggestion on below point.
    We have some miscellaneous cost which needs to be settled to material.
    Example: If the value of the 10 qty of material is 100 and miscellaneous cost for all this material is 10 then as per the requirement the material price needs to be 110(11 each).
    To meet this need I planned to use internal Order with the settlement category as MATERIEL(MAT) and maintain the material in the settlement profile.
    I am getting the below error when I try to maintain the settlement rule.
    'Distribution rule for Material can only be created automatically Message no. KD063'
    Also this is not a production scenario - we donu2019t have PP.
    I am also not very sure on my approach.. Any suggestion on my solution approach?
    Appreciate your time on this.

  • Table store Cost of Good Sold (Variable cost) like CK13n

    Hi,
    I need to extract the Cost of Good Sold (Variable cost ) by material as show in CK13n, what is the table I should go for ?
    I have already check KEKO & KEPH but it does not have the same figure

    Dear,
    All the data Profit Center related data for Materials is available in GLPCA.
    Cost of Goods Sold will not be directly avaialabe as a field in this table. You will have to calculate based on the business logic.

  • Fixed & Variable cost of the Material at CK11N

    Hello Experts,
    Before posting this thread, i have gone through several threads about my query.  Still I have a doubt.
    Material Cost always should be Variable.  Cost Component Structure OKTZ also the Inventory Valuation would be Variable Cost as per as Std SAP.
    But where as the Raw Material Price control would be "S" & the Cost Component Structure of OKTZ having Inventory Valuation Fixed + Variable Cost then what would be the effect..?
    I have run a SCE for a Material & both Material having standard price 140.6 & 1.09. Then how come the Fixed Value shows here as 10.37 & 0.9 & How can it be divided into Total & Fixed Value..?
    Regards
    Raj

    Dear Raj,
    Please check the following settings in OKTZ:
    Materials are of 3 types:
    Finished: Valuation (Fixed + Variable)
    Semi Finished:Valuation (Fixed + Variable)
    Raw Materials: Variable
    Why Inventory Valuation (Fixed + Variable) for Finished Goods:
    It contains material price as well as overheads.
    Overheads may contain fixed portion also in addition to variable nature.
    So Finished goods valuation should be (Fixed + Variable).
    For Raw materials valuation  should always variable:
    You can make the settings in OKTZ as mentioned below:
    Please check these settings and change the settings accordingly.
    Hope this will helps you.

  • To see the cost of production order  after settlement to header material

    hello guys,
       In make to stock,we settle the total cost of prodution order on header material,right(if we keep as the default rule( distribution rule in order type)?
         If i want to see that cost of production order which we settled against the header material,where should i check it?should i check in material account or somewhere else?
             Thanking you guys in advance.

    Dear,
    There is a little missunderstanding in your thought.
    If the material of price control S, When you do the GR, the STD cost of material is deducted from production order cost, then when you settle the production order, the variance is settled to variance account/PD account. hence the production order cost balance is zero.
    Example- Production order cost is 60000
    After GR the production order cost balance is 60000-50000 = 10000.
    After settlement production order cost balance is zero.
    Now your question is where can i see the production order cost?
    You can see the production order cost in the production order itself.
    In the production order...cost disply option just filter the origin with test settlement and GR.
    Then total up the cost, then you can see the cost as 60000.
    please come back if you need more help.

  • When sales order is created ,costing of a material cann't be created automa

    dear suppporter:
      when sales order is created ,costing of a material cann't be created automatically.if i cost the material in va02 ,the cost can be generated.please help me analyse it .
    best regards.

    There is Tick in Delivery block 01 Deliveries: Blocking Reasons/Criteria
    I have observed in testing Before you save a sales order, you look at the schedule line overview, you can see what the system would Proposed confirm date and confirmed qty, if the block were  not set. However, as soon as you save the sales order,(warring message Oldest open items over due will appear) the confirmed quantities are automatically reset to zero because sales order is Blocked. Here the goods remain available for other customers.
    Note : When you release the sales order the automatically in sales order confirmed qty and proposed date will come.
    Here the problem is  when they do MRP run after sales order saved with block Planned order is creating.

  • Cost of material in sales order.

    Dear SD Gurus,
    1. How do I see that the cost of material captured in Sales order?
    2. How do i check whether it's correctly following the FIFO method?
    Regards,
    Dsingh.

    Hello,
    1. Cost of Material is visible if you insert SAP Standard Condition Type VPRS in Pricing Procedure. It will bring Cost of material from Material Master Record - Accounting Screen. +
    2. Regarding FIFO, check this: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/47/61071349f011d1894c0000e829fbbd/frameset.htm

  • Material cost as variable cost

    While viewing the cost analysis of the standard cost estimate of a material after costing run, we find that the material cost is coming as a fixed value.  No value in the variable column.  Material cost is always a variable cost, right ?  But how this is coming ?

    Hi ,
    Please check wether BOM has a fixed quantity tick on that material .
    For that go to BOM , and click on the item and see the details for the material . In Basic Data tab  , you have the fixed quantity indicator.

  • Fixed Cost & Variable cost in Production Order

    Hi  ,
           I have maintained the fixed cost & Variable cost in  KP 26 for the activity type .
    for 1 hr
    Fixed cost : 1
    Variable cost :1
    Operation duration is 1 hr , when i check the Planned cost it shows total plan cost is 6.92 ,
    Fixed cost as 3.46 and variable cost as 3.46 ,
    How the system calculates 6.82 ,
    I have maintained the valuation Variant for the activity type is Plan price for the period .
    As per my understanding system has to calculate the Planned cost as 2 (1 for fixed + 1 for Variable )
    Can anybody explain me why the system calculated the price as 6.82 ...
    Thanks in Advance ...

    Dear,
    Please check the following :
    1.Goto CR02-Slect the Costing tab -Check the Formula Key assinged in the Work Centre costing tab .??
    2.Please note that variable cost is dependant on quantity, where as fixed cost is independent of quantity.
    For example, if you have updated Rs.300 in variable and Rs.200 in Fixed cost fields and you quanity of activity type consumed is 100 minutes.Your fixed cost will be Rs.200 and variable cost will Rs.300/minute * 100 = Rs.30000
    3.What s the currency in Controlling area ??

  • Calculated Std cost est vs Material Master Std cost price

    Hi all,
    Why will a calculated std cost est not be equal to my standard price in my costing 2 view on the material master? For ex:
    I calc a price for material 1 = R11.50
    The price in the material master (MBEW-STPRS) is R10.80.
    I can see that the difference is some activities for one of the operations in my production process, but it does not show on my material master.
    Can anyone suggest a solution?
    Thanks,
    Hein

    The planned price can be copied from CO-PC, or entered manually depending on your settings in CO. If you open the standard material cost and release it the two price of planning price and standard price will be same.
    As to the price of PO that is another price, actual cost happened.
    FYI.
    If no marked standard cost estimate exists, you can enter a price in this field manually. This makes it possible for the system to find a price when costing an assembly via the valuation strategy, even if no standard cost estimate with status KA (correct) exists for a BOM material (such as a raw material or semifinished product).
    If you subsequently create and flag a cost estimate for this material, the results of this cost estimate are adopted as the future planned price, and the manual entry overwritten. It can then no longer be changed. Therefore, you are recommended to use the Planned price 1, Planned price 2, and Planned price 3 fields to maintain the planned prices of material components and to define them in the valuation strategy.

  • Order of variables in calculation manager 11.1.2.2 rulesets

    Hi,
    We are in the process of migrating all our 11.1.2.1 HBR Sequences to 11.1.2.2 Rulesets. While migrating the sequences to rule sets I came across an issue where the order of the variables displayed in the Ruleset designer "Variables" tab doesn't match the order of the rules in the rulesets. This is not the case with the HBR sequences in EAS where the variables are associated with rules with valid Index.
    Eg:
    EAS
    Order of rules in the Sequence: RuleA, RuleB, RuleC
    Order of variable in the Launch Variables Tab: VarA1,VarA2,VarB1,VarB2,VarC1 ( Assuming that VarA1,VarA2 and VarB1,VarB2 and VarC1 are variables associated to rules A,B and C respectively.
    Calc Manager
    Order of rules in the Sequence: RuleA, RuleB, RuleC
    Order of Variables in the Variables tab: VarC1,VarA1,VarA2,VarB1,VarB2 ( Random)
    My case is more complex because I'm running the same rule for different values for a particular runtime prompt 38 times and they have to run in a order. Now I couldn't associate the rule with the variable that I'm changing.
    I tried creating the sequence from scratch rather than importing it from 11.1.2.1 but no luck. Please help!

    Raj,
    I opened up the .xml file from the Ruleset export and the "Seq_index"( which specifies the rule to which the variable belongs) and "seq" number (which specifies the variable order) are in the correct order as the rules order in the ruleset. But still the variables are not displayed in correct order in the "Variables" tab of the ruleset.
    Eg.
    Rule order in the rule set: R1,R2,R3
    <variable_references>
    <variable_reference id="3772" name="*R1v1*">
    <property name="seq"> *2* </property>
    <property name="seq_index"> *1* </property>
    </variable_reference>
    <variable_reference id="3770" name="*R1v2*">
    <property name="seq"> *3* </property>
    <property name="seq_index"> *1* </property>
    </variable_reference>
    <variable_reference id="3771" name="*R2v1*">
    <property name="seq"> *4* </property>
    <property name="seq_index"> *2* </property>
    </variable_reference>
    <variable_reference id="3773" name="*R2v2*">
    <property name="seq"> *5* </property>
    <property name="seq_index"> *2* </property>
    </variable_reference>
    <variable_reference id="3774" name="*R3v1*">
    <property name="seq"> *6* </property>
    <property name="seq_index"> *3* </property>
    </variable_reference>
    Displayed order of variables in calcmanager: R2v1,R2v2,R1v1,R1v2,R3v1 (Note that the variables belonging to the same rule are showing up in correct order).
    It will be very difficult to me to modify the seq# and index in the xml file as I have 40 rulesets with each having 20 rules and around 5 variables for each rule.
    Thanks,
    Swaraj.

  • How to get report for cost estimates material cost only

    Hi Gurus,
    We have requirement in sales order costing that we need to develope report which shows only Material cost for all BOM levels.
    Normally at lower levels cost of Material and activity cost will be treated as Material cost for next level. Here I want to consider only material cost not activity cost at lower levels
    Pls suggest the logic and tables for exploding BOM and fetching material cost only.
    Thanks
    Sneha

    Sneha
    If you tick the "Roll up" indicatorfor each cost component  in Cost Comp Str OKTZ, then overheads do  not get added to the material cost... This is my understanding about it.. Is it behaving some thing different in your case??

  • Calculation Overhead on input material wise

    Dear Experts,
    We have an issue of Overhead calculation, the overhead calculated on cost element defined as base in costing sheet, can we calculate overhead on input material wise, suppose 6 material consumed in a production order I want to calculate overhead on only 4 material but the valuation class of all 6 input material are same.
    kindly help to solve the issue,
    Thanks & Rgards,

    Use "Qty based Overhead". Many of the dependencies have already been defined by the std SAP delivered system.

  • T030 - Planning Order - association to Cost element

    Hi everybody
    I'd like to ask which association in T030 does the system when calculating Planned costs for  production orders. I've 2 valorization classes for materials: 1 for stock materials and 1 for direct procurement on order. I would like to associate internal cost element (85...) to stock material valorization class and fiscal cost element (4...) to direct procurement material valorization class. Which operations of T030 do I have to consider? I thought it was GBB VBR, but then does not work totally.
    Thanks in advance for any suggestion!

    Thanks, but I'm trying to integrate the planning that happens in a PM order with the cost center.  I was able to get planned costs from the orders via S_ALR_87012993.
    the lack of planned settlement in a PM order is annoying.  We do a lot of work on PM orders and settle actual costs to cost centers.  It would be nice to use that same functionality (Operations, Components, task lists) to be able to plan costs and settle the planned costs to cost centers.  Internal Orders can settle planned costs to cost centers, why not PM orders?
    I believe the KSPP transaction helps to link the two objects somehow, but I can't get it to work.  If anybody has any insights, that would be great.
    Or should I be pursuing something else?
    Thanks.
    Dan.

  • Product Costs Split is required, that is fixed and Variable costs

    Hi All,
    In a Sales Order screen (VA03), if we check the Costing, by clicking on EXTRAS -> COSTING, we get Total Costs, Fixed Costs  and Variable Costs.
    Can someone please help me in getting these costs, I have used Table KEKO,
    In KEKO (filtered based on Material, Plant, Sales Document, Item) and executed it, taken the resultant ProdCstgNo (KALNR)
    In KEPH used that KALNR, as a result I am getting 4 records, However 2 records are not correct, and 2 are correct.
    In correct ones I have to add few costs to get FIXED COSTS and few costs to get VARIABLE COSTS.
    My question is, which filter should I use to get the correct record (probably just one record) ?
    Can I in some table get the summed up VARIABLE COSTS and FIXED COSTS, rather that I have to add them seperately ?
    Please help, will award points promptly. Thanks

    Hi,
    In KEKO (filtered based on Material, Plant, Sales Document, Item) and executed it, taken the resultantProdCstgNo (KALNR)

    The table you mentioned CKMLKEPH is used for Material Ledger actual cost components.
