Hi,
Below mentioned is the problem we are facing,
In the Customer Line Item Display (FBL5N) it is vital for us to be able to view the customer's purchase order number as well as the sales order number for each billing document listed by customer.
We need to be able to extract this information for each customer and import to an excel spread sheet for analysis, specifically for our larger customers that have over 500 plus lines.
Kindly advise how to go about the same.

Please also check note 152335. There, you will find a more detailed
explanation of the issue.
The only way to see some information regarding related PO-es in a Vendor
line items is a workaround. For example, it is possible to create
a substitution in order to fill in one of not currently used fields
like Reference, Text, etc.

Hi Sunny,
Yes they are same. You will be creating a purchase order in ME21n. After creating purchase order you will shown a number for that order.

I do not have good idea on the data model. I was asked to pull Sales order info & corresponding Return order (RMA) information. Appreciate if someone can provide me the query.

I believe you have to use the link_to_line_id column in oe_order_lines_all.
For a return line, that column points to the original (i.e shipment) sales order line id.

you can use FBL1N,
From there you can view following things:
1. Vendor Invoice = Reference
2. Document type = KR and RE for Invoices
3. Po Number
4. Amount
you can enable there many fields as per your requirement.

Hi,
LFA1-LIFNR has a link to EKKO-LIFNR.
Pick the respective EBELN and link with Sales table VBAK and VBAP with PO refrence number. Pick the sales order number VBELN for that document and query VBFA ( slaes document flow table ) and find the respective invoice number.

You can use table MSEG for that purpose. Try BUDAT-MKPF as one of the selection parameters and use
MBLNR-MKPF = MBLNR-MSEG
MJHAR-MKPF = MJHAR-MSEG
Sort the results in ERFMG-MSEG and ERFME-MSEG using
BWART-MSEG = 101 minus 102 (for production)
SOBKS-MSEG = E
BWART-MSEG = 601 minus 602 (for sales).
Above stuff might be useful to you for your development requirement provided you are having Sales Order specific production.

It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

What TC do you have? Model number direct from the base is a big help, it will be A1 followed by 3 numbers.. eg
A1409 Gen 4.. The new AC is A1470
How is it setup?
I need the whole network setup. what modem/router, how is the TC connected etc??
