Report for duplicate PO and Sales Order

Hi All,
I need to find out two reorts for below purpose:
1) Report that will give me list of all PO's which has duplicate sales order against them .
2) Report that will give me list of  all sales order which has duplicate PO's .
I know there is a report SDD1, but it is not giving required reports.

    If you want the DELIVERY DOCUMENT individally you can get it from the LIKP-VBELN
    In the same way the SALES DOCUMENT from VBAK--VBELN
    If want to get the DELIVERY DOCUMENT AND SALES DOCMENT from the VBFA with the Sbsequent document category
    M is the subsequent category for BILLING

  • Report for forecast, currenct stock, sales orders, confirmed production

    Follwing is the mail from user.
    Please confirm what are the report should I refer to to fulfill user requirement.
    I don't want to download the data from the tables directly.
    Can I please request for a report to be compiled and extracted from SAP showing the following data for the entire co code 1200 SKU range :
    Forecast - forecast data for the up coming 2 week period
    Sales Order - sales order data currently available for the upcoming 2 week period
    In transit - data showing all volumes in transit into ABO from all supplier sources, but predominantly from XXXXXX
    Production (Confirmed) - forecasting data that has been confirmed and signed off for production for the upcoming 2 week period
    Stock on Hand - Current stock on hand in ABO and the SA and WA warehouses
    Can I also request for this report be run and cascaded, capturing data available at 6:00am each day.

    Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
    1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
    2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
    3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
    Now
    4) Execute SAP standard transaction
    5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
    6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
    7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.

    If i have assigned account assignment in PO means then while GR my material value is going to consumption. I dont want to book consumption at GR level i want to do consumption at delivery level. Also i want to procure material for particular WBS and Sales order.
    How to process the same. Kindly give some idea.

    If you wanna toprocure the material wrt to WBS element or sales order the you have to make use of the Account assignment category P- projects ( That can be WBS elements /network ) And sales order C or any specific account assignment category created by you.
    Example :
    Sceneraio- When you are creating a slea order in SAP by T.code VA01 then at time of saving the SO the system is creation the WBS automatically ( that has to be mapped in SAP) .The Sales order number and the WBS element are  same .When you are cretating PO for  the Material wrt to  this WBS element then the system at time of the GR will be posting the consumption account which is booked to WBS element that in turn against the particular sales order.
    In SPRO - customizing i for the account assingment category P  in the Consumption Value is V
    Which is posted to consumption at time GR. Please  try create new account assignment category
    Consumption Value is E i.e accounting by sales order .

    I have tested this on ASCP and I am agree with you. I am pasting one para from document...
    "Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning calculates the ATP quantity of an item for each day of planned production by adding planned production during the period (planned orders and scheduled receipts) to the quantity on hand, and then subtracting all committed demand for the period (sales orders, component demand from planned orders, discrete jobs, and repetitive schedules).
    Note: Committed demand does not include forecasted demand or manually entered master demand schedule entries. Also, the amount available during each period is not cumulative. Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning does not consider ATP quantities from prior periods as supply in future periods. "

    anyone know of a report where i can see the quantity that is left from partially delivered orders. basically, if i place an order for 100 units and delivery only 50, i wanted a report that showed me the sales order that was partially delivery with the amount that is left to deliver. va05 tells me what order is partially delivered but it doesn't tell me how much of that order is left to deliver, need a report or list to do that.

    In VA05 only you can check , by adding the feild in the drilldown option . and include the quantity feild also and then you can run the report VA05 and then you can check the quantity feild.

    I need some help related to the automatic account postings (for Intercompany Purchase order and Sales order)which i can set for the follwoing scenarios. I have looked on the forms and searched alot but not able to a single solution to solve both the pupose. if one scenario works the other doesnt. Please advise.
    I have created the master data
    Customer receiving--G001
    Sales Org.--GXIN
    Distr. Channel- 01
    Division - 00 
    Company code receiving - G1
    customer supplying- V001
    company code for supplying- V1
    2 different scenarios
    1- Intercompany Purchase order in which a Customer receiving- G001, gets stock replenishment NB purchase order from supplying company V1- GI  and GR of stock is done. Biling document for customer receiving G001 is created. But now I need a way to do the opposite side posting at the supplying customer -V001-- this I do using an Idoc which creates a Invoice receipt for creditor(supplying customer) V001.
    2. Sales order-- A customer X001 of company code G1 buys stock from the company code V1. the customer G001 of company code G1 bills the customer X001, but the intercompany billing doc/ invoice is created for the customer G001 by company code V1.  then now i want an automatic account posting to be created at the supplying customer V001 via idoc.
    Can this be achivable via Idoc with automatic account postings.   
    Please let me know if it doesnt make sense. thanks to all in advance

    Hi all,
    For the Sales order and automatic posting we have created an output type ZR4N- this is creating a batch input session which can be triggered to be processed autmatically.
    For the intercompany Purchase order -from Invoice we are creating a different output RD04 (sap standard) which creates invoice receipt at the vendor side.
    Rest of the settings are defined using SAP standard functionality within transaction OBCA, OBCB, OBCC, OBCD,OBCE

  • Displaying stock and sales orders for aggregated product in Product View

    Hello,
    We have successfully created an SNP aggregated planning scenario which uses CTM to plan purchase requisitions and planned orders at the aggregated product level.  The disaggregation to the sub-product level is working as well.
    We have one issue.
    We would like to be able to use the Product View (SAPAPO/RRP3) to view the sales order and stock information for both the aggregated products and the sub-products. 
    Currently, the sub-products (which are the materials in the stock and sales orders functions in ECC) show the disaggregated planned orders and purchase Reqs, and the sales order and stock information in the Product View.
    The aggregated-products (which aren't included in the ECC sales order and stock functions), only show the aggregated planned orders and purchase Reqs. 
    Is there a Product View configuration which will show the aggregated stock and sales orders in the aggregated product view?

    spro > sap guide > APO > supply planning > PPDS > settings for order view/product view
    Under this, you can configure your customised product view structure.

  • Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
    For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
    Report should be something like this
    Sales Order    Item   Schedule Line    Delivery    Del Item   Confirmed Order Qty
    O1                 10      1                       D1           10            5
    O1                 10       2                      D2            10            5
    O1                 10       3                      D3            10            4
    How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
    We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?

    I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
    Sale order   Item    Schedule line  qty
    SO1            Item1     Sch1            10
    SO2            Item1      Sch2           10
    Delivery Item QTy
    DO1       IT1   15
    DO2       IT1    5
    In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
    So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

    One of our user wants to use MRP. what he wants is that he puts sales forecast in the system and in the basis of that sales forecast, 2 reports should be generated from system , one will tell that when production should be started to meet sales forecast for every finished good and 2nd report will tell that when sales orders should be created for raw materials to achieve sales forecast for every finished good.
    Is that possible?? Please tell me in steps that how I should I proceed? what changes should be done in SPRO and in master data?

    As such, this is a basic functioanlity of MRP.
    Once you enter a forecast & take a MRP run system proposes, when to start the production based on the production leadtime &  purc.reqns for the raw materials based on the procurement lead time.
    And the same can be viewed from various reports..FOr example MD04.
    For this to work the MRP configurations should be valid.
    Could you please confine your question to a specific query..?
