Report for issuing componets to subcontracting materials

Hi
I am trynig to develop a report for issung components  to subcontacrting maerial
as per our scenerio... every day we are creating purchase orders item cat L for subcontract material
                                  then issue the materials against to subcon. pur.order...then do GR with 101..
as per our requirement...
report input entries..like   1. subcon material code
                             2.  from date --- to --- todate
out put..for report..like.... total consumption of components with line item wise (as per bom) with that pertical period..
for this any std. report is there  ?
or  if  go for zreport....pls guide to me..
any one can suggest to me

HI,
Certain set of inforamtion can be availed in MB51 and using 541 Mvt type..
But it is better that you develop a zreport to get the information what you wanted if you are not satisfied with the MB51 report from standard SAP.
Try MBLB also

    Do you change child qty consumption in p.o BOM ?
    Check it in mb51 541 mvmt for material for issued component quantity.
    Also check reports MBLB,ME2O.

  • Standard report for issued components

    Dear Experts,
                          In my master recipe i am using a component which is also produced through the process as a co-product, the component appears in equal quantities, once with a positive and then with negative sign (for the co-product). But the problem is in consumption reports like MCRE the 2 quantities cancel out each other giving consumption of the component as zero. I want the system to consider only the positive quantity issued through 261 movement and not consider the negative quantity which is actually received during GR. The issued batch and the received batches are different.
                          Is this standard SAP behaviour or shall i need to change any master data or any configuration to get the right report? Please suggest.

    Go to COOIS
    select the list documented Goods movement and execute based on your selection criteria
    In that report select the 261 and 262 movement only add the required field and save the layout as raw material consumption
    and set the layout as default
    when ever you see the documented goods movement in coois
    System will display only 261& 262 movement only

    I want a report by which get the data as "Quantity issued by the Plant in a certain period"
    Is there any report or table by which we can find it.
    We can use MB51 but I don't know which are the Movement Types to be included.

    Find below some of the regular Movement type used:
    221 Goods issue for a project
    231 Goods issue for a customer order (without SD)
    241 Goods issue for an asset
    251 Goods issue for sales (without customer order)
    261 Goods issue for an order
    281 Goods issue for a network
    291 Goods issue for any arbitrary account assignment

  • Report for CS15 tcode with multiple material nos. in selection screen.

    I want to develop a report for cs15 but with multiple materials.
    Like in cs15 we enter the material and its plant, then click on multi level check box and get the output. But cs15 works only for a single material. I want to develop a report in which i'll give multiple material nos. and then i should get the output for each material entered just as the output that would appear in cs15 for that material.
    How do i do it.
    I have tried but i'm not able to track back.

          try develop a interactive report which lists all the materials in the first screen and when you double click on each of the material then call transaction CS15 output by skipping the first screen .Use set parameter to pass the material .

    Thanks for your input. I am using CN52N report.
    I this I have selected Req Qty, Qty Received, Qty Withdrawn, Shortfall Qty. I am getting figures in  Req Qty, Qty Withdrawn, Shortfall Qty but I am not able to get Qty Received figure. Let me know how I can get it i.e. for this any Note is required or any other configuration??
    If I can get this figure than I can use this report for requirement.

  • Need the report  for staged materials in production order

    My user is staging the materials multiple times for the one production order.Due this reason multiple TR were generated .Because of Multiple TR , user is generating  multiple TO for issuing the material to a production order.
    Is there any way to stop the  staging process for the materials already staged.I would like to know whether there is any report which give the details of staged materials and corresponding TR & TO for a production order.

  • Z report for materials that are lying as rejected material - sent to vendor

    Dear All,
    i have to create a report where my client is suppose to generate a report of :
    scenario:  all materials that are rejected in quality inspection is to be sent back  to vendor. now what happens is sometimes 50 materials are rejected in one month and 100 in second month. so total 150 materials should be sent but due to human error 75 materials are not sent. So a complete report of the same of which material were sent and which not .

    lets simplify,  just my client want to see a report of list of materioals that have been rejected and not sent to vendor. I real time scenarios materials get rejected in Q- inspection. Now the rejected materials are sent back to the vendor. What happens is due to human error they kept lying in the plant premises for quite a long time that were supposed to be sent back. So ex:  x kg of materials were rejected in the month of june.That means X kg has to ben sent back to the vendor to be rectified. Now if y kg was sent where x>y , that means x-y should be lying in the plant that is not sent . A report for the same.

  • Report for Materials' movements related to SUBVENDORS

    Dear Experts,
    I am searching for a standard report (like MBLB) showing all the materials' movements related to a specific SUBVENDORS. the problem is that MBLB is showing - before the BATCHES the materials is distributed on - and double clicking on the batches the details of all the movements. I'd need a report showing directly all the movements (without showing the batches).
    Is there anything by standard?

    This doesn't do any good. it just gives the vendor information. I'm not looking for this. I'm looking for a report or a t code which gives what the opening stock levels, receipts of stock, usage of stock and ending balance of stock for consignment materials for a given time period for a plant

    I CREATE material A...with out seleting QM view
    I create one more material B.... with select QM view
    both r ROH material type..
    when i caeate GR for material A. with stoc type 'QYALITY INSPECTION.. for this material system does not creat quality LOT....
    when i create GR for material B with stock type 'QYALITY INSPECTION.... for this material system created lot..
    but are GR done by 101 movement..
    but i want report for materials which are stock type QI...but does not display Material which r lot created...?
    is it possible..

    It you are maintaining both assembly scrap  & component scrap both in MM you can read MARC table by creating simple query.
    Read Field MARC-AUSSS & MARC-KAUSF.
    If you are maintaining component scrap in BOM item read STPO-AUSCH.
