Report to show price increase in stock
Hi,
I'm hoping that you may be able to help me with this issue....Despite many efforts to control our inventory in the plants, the value continues to rise. I believe some of this can be attributed to the increase in purchase price of many of the items that we stock. In order to be able to determine how these increases have affected our total inventory value is it possible to run a report that takes into account what our inventory value would have been in 2006 if all the items that we stocked were theoretically at their maximum stock level? Can we then run a report for 2007 and 2008 using the same list of stock numbers (ie: ignoring any new additions to stock). If this is possible it should demonstrate the theoretical increase in price for the majority of items we stocked over that period. If you have an alternative method of determining this then please, I would welcome any suggestions or help that you can offer.

I Think there is no standard report in SAP to check inventory stock more then maximum stock.
You can download your as on date stock from MB5B tcode & download maximum stock item list list from table MARC-MABST in excel format & join it through Vlookup.After that you can get stock list as required by you.
Or you have to develop Z report for that.
If any report is there,I would also interested to know it. -
Report to show salary increase based on rating
Hi,
I want to get a report which will show the final rating of the appraisal for an employee and the salary increase which he has got for the given financial year. There will be only one appraisal cycle so there will be only one final rating which will be stored in the appraisal document only.
Can anyone please let me know how to go about with the report?

Kaustuv Goswami.You have to develop a custom program.. the salary incr part is straightforwrd.. you can get it from Infotype 0008.. the Appraisal Ratings for OSA are stored in HRHAP_FINAL table but cannot be accessed directly..you will firts have to get the appraisal id for the appraisee(pernr) for the relevant Apprasial Template.. you can use the the function modules HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_LIST & 'HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETAIL' for that..
For Old Appraisals, you can use the function modules 'RHPA_APPRAISALS_SEARCH_ENGINE' & 'RHPA_APPRAISAL_READ' and get the rating.

I'm trying to come up with query report to show Inactive Item bought within a specific period and not sold within a specific period by whse and have stock
The report should show Item Number, Item Name ,Item cost,Retail Price [Based on a price list], Qty in Whse, Last Purchase Date, Last sale Date etc.
e.g item bought between 2011-2013 and have not been sold with the same date range or the last 12 months.

Stock report using actual price
HI ALL
We want to have a report which is similar to J3RFLVMOBVED ( Stock on Start、Goods receipt、 Goods issue、Stock on End )
But the value is using standard price.
We already activated material ledger which will calculate actual price and update to periodic unit price field.
Is there any standard report similar to J3RFLVMOBVED but using actual price ?

Dear Experts,
We are implementing for Dairy and here they procure milk and kept in several SILO, at the end of the day they wash SILO with water, but all water is not drained off, so some up to 2-3 thousand liter water remains, and next day when they again load milk in that so water plus milk that stock gets increased, they having a report in which they show that the milk stock is increased due to water, but how should we map this in SAP.

I think you can map this scenario in following way:
Solution 1:
Stock keeping unit would be Silo.
Maintain BOM for Silo UOM
For example 1 silo = 50 Lit
Then BOM would be as follows:
1 Silo = 48 Lit Milk + 2 Lit Water
Solution 2:
Alternate solution would be only if you donu2019t want use Silo as a UOM:
1 Lit process milk = 0.96 Lit Loose / unprocessed milk

This report shows the schedule line items , group schedule line items and rental contact (billing plan) lines when particular checkbox is checked. The checkboxs p_all(non-schedule line) , p_group(group schedule line items) are working in my above alv report and showing result but unfortunately when p_rental is checked it dosent give me result , it says no data selected. This when checked has to show result based on a different set of selections as I have done, but its not shwoing me the result .

There is no standard report available to compare purchase order price cost and standard cost of a material.
You can check if FBL3N helps to resolve your purpose or not. Or else you have to make a customized report with the help of ABAP'er on the informations based on the following tables.

A report that track price changes
My User wanted a report to show the changes in List Price during sales order. They wanted to know what new prices are as compared to the price maintained in the system. This would helped them to review their pricing used by the sales admin.
is there such a standard report?

In your pricing procedure, you need to create one condition that will be automatic, lets call it here of ZAUT (Automatic Price). In the configuration of the condition, set the field 'Manual Entries' with 'D': Not possible to process manually.
Create another condition type, called here of ZMAN (Manual Price). In the configuration of the condition, set the field 'Manual Entries' with 'C': Manual entry has priority.
Both of the conditions will have the same Access Sequence, but the first one will can't be changed.
Associate these conditions to your pricing procedure, and don't forget to set the condition ZAUT obligatory.
By doing this configuration, will you have the price determined by the system (ZAUT) and the other one with the manual entry (ZMAN).
You can create an information structure (LIS report) to acumulate these values with the characteristics that you desire, with a column Automatic Price and other one Praticed Price.
You can still create a query or Z report using the Logical Database VAV (transaction SLDB to check this database).
I think that this is the best way to save the system price and the manual price and do some analysis with the reports.

Report of daywise Material/Vendor closing stock
Dear Friends,
there is a requirement of stock report of closing stocks for each day in a month. Suppose a month has 31 days then the report will show 31 lines for each day closing stock in one go for a single material.
Similar to vendor also. If we select a vendor for a particular period it should show 31 entries for each day's closing stock at vendor level.
Rquest to find some ways for the report.
