REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-300: Parallel query is not supported on temporary LOBs

Hi,
In Oracle Apps R12 , trying to run Oracle 10g report from Apps , report is erroring out with following error log.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output
REP-50159: Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output
REP-50127: file : Cannot write into file o856261.out
Any idea how this can be resolved.

Typically, what I have found is that there is a problem with the location of the output file. Check Disk Space, write-access where o856261.out is being created. Also, check to see if o856261.out exists and is flagged as READ-ONLY.

Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.
Was this working before? If yes, any changes have been done recently?
What is the type of this concurrent program? Is it Text (which is by default) or it was changed to something else?
Can you reproduce the issue with other concurrent programs?

When I run my report, I get the following error:

OS- Windows XP
Trying to run the report in reports builder.
If I generate PDF then I'm able to see the output but when I do Ctrl + R to run the report it gives those errors.
There is a code in when-button-pressed trigger of a button in form, which calls this report:

REP-0069 error when using static includes.

I am trying to use static include files in my report JSP file. Such as...
<%@ include file="ServerName.jsp" %>
Although they seem to work when I run the report, Report Builder doesn't like them. When I open the report in Report Builder I get an REP-0069 error. When I then try to display the data model it is blank. If I remove the static include the report opens fine. Beans also have this same problem.
Dynamic includes don't generate an message. However, scriptlette variables set in the included file are not visiable to the including file.

I tried this with Reports 9.0.2 latest patch. When a open a .jsp report where I have put a statis include tag, I get a builder crash. I am filing a bug on this. Please let me know your mail address, I would update you once the issue is resolved.

Reports error rep-1223

I am using Developer suite 9i reports. In the running of one report, i am getting the message rep-1223 "Invalid page size". I do not know, how to see help on the error message. Even i have the old Reports developer 2.5, but in that also, i forgot how to see the error message. Could i get help on how to see the menu sequence help to see the error message.

Reports error REP-0002 Unable to retrieve a string

I am continuing to receive this error in the production database. All I need to do is to recompile the report in the production database and use the new reports runtime.
Does any one know why is this happening and is there any solution for it.
REP-0002: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.
I am using Reports 3.0 and Windows NT.

1) Check that the user running the report has execute permissions on any stored

2) Run the report as an .RDF not an .REP , that is remove or rename the .REP

3) Compile the report against the same instance it is being run against.

I am getting the following error when I switch to the Web Source View in Reports Builder.
REP-0069 internal error
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.jsp.parse.JspParseTagFile: method <init> (Ljava.io.BufferedReader;)V not found
Do I need to add an import of the oracle.jsp.parse.*; classes directly into the JSP?
I added the C:\Oracle\Ora9iDS\j2ee\home\lib\ojsp.jar file to my registry key REPORTS_CLASSPATH but I am still getting the error.

There seems to be some conflict with the jar file from where the JspParseTagFile.class file is picked up from.
In installation , there are two jar files that have the class file being referenced.
$ORACLE_HOME\\j2ee\home\lib\ojsp.jar { The reports ojsp.jar file }
$ORACLE_HOME\jdev\lib\ojsp.jar { The JDeveloper ojsp.jar file }
Both of these files have a class called JspParseTagFile.class
Although not quite an appropriate fix for this issue , re-installation of Oracle 9iDS in a seperate ORACLE_HOME without the JDeveloper upgrades , allows Reports Builder to function normally.

URGENT jsp report wont open in 9i builder - REP-0002 or REP-6102

Hi
I cant open a jsp file that has been opening fine all week. I was adding to the report when the display went very strange so I reverted - then it crashed and I got a REP-6102 failed to start the XML parser (its not an xml report). Now I either get REP-0002 Unable to retrieve a message string or REP-6102 as above. Tried converting to RDF and get REP-6102.
Im only building locally at the moment.
Log file produced this in the reports\log directory:

Please can somebody help.

When you create a .jsp report, Reports inserts an XML report definition in the <rw:objects> tag. This is why it appears to need an XML parser before it can open up a .jsp file.
You could try just taking this XML and saving it as a .xml file (ie: remove everything from the .jsp except the content of the <rw:objects> tag). This would at least tell you if the problem is in the XML of the JSP section of the file.
If you can open up the contents of the xml report then you could try opening the .jsp file up in JDeveloper and see if there are any inconsistencies in the file - ie: unmatched tags.
If you get an "unable to start the XML parser" error trying to open up the xml file, try creating a simple report and saving and loading to XML.

Report error problem

Hi,
could anyone help me with Oracle Reports error please?
When I run Oracle Report Request from EBS I got:
REP-0300: ORACLE error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-300: ORACLE error occurred.
It was working ok for now, but for 1 report (about I know now) it gets error.
It is run with args like:

But when I use Oracle Reports Builder to manually generate xml data it works fine

Customized XML Report error in Arabic Instance

Dear All,
A Customized XML Report works perfectly without error in English Instance, where as in the Arabic Instance it throws the below error.
In the English Instance, if we select both languages in language settings in SRS window while submitting the report, only Language( American English, Territory:AMERICA ) is working , Language (Arabic, Territory:UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) is having error.
Application Ver: 12.1.3
Module: custom
Today I registered one new report it works perfectly in both instances. (Arabic/English), the settings of DD, Template are same for both.
Kindly suggest me where can be the error.
