Reports to track changes on Deliveries and Sales order
Hi All
Do you perhaps know of a specific report that could possibly track changes made to a Sales order and delivery at line item level.
The problem is change log only logs the deletion of the line item but not the actual material number.
Do we have to enhance existing reports to achieve visibility for deletion of line items.

Thank you very much for that feedback the thing is that you can search that on an order per order basis and even when you get to the change log you will not be able to see what material number was deleted.
That is the problem.
Has anyone experienced this wher the requirement was to have a report to run so see what changes have been made to orders or deliveries that they could view wholistically.

Hello all...I am making some changes to the existing program which uses call transaction to VL02 and VA02 doe deleting deliveries and sales orders. This program is running for ever. So I want to use BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE and BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE instead of call transaction. Invoice of deliveries and Sales order
Hello Everyone
I have the following scenario, maybe you can help me.
I make a sales order for a customer, and then i make partial deliveries based on the sales order.
I don't make deliveries for the complete sales order.
I would like to make One invoice, that includes all the articles of the original sales order (including all the deliveries, and the articles that haven't been delivered)

As per your Scenario, you have one Sales Order and based on that Sales Order you have more than on Deliveries.
And you want to make one single A/R Invoice for all the deliveries you made to the customer. Am i correct?
For this you have to go to A/R Invoice, select the customer code and then click the "Copy From" button and select "Deliveries". New window opens and in that window list of Deliveries for that customer will be displayed. Now select the Deliveries for which you have make invoices (To select more than one Delivery from list press Control button in keyboard and select the delivery for which you want to create invoice).
Now in you A/R Invoice the items of the selected deliveries will be displayed and now you can save the invoice.

Liquidity Report not picking up Noted item and Sales orders

I created planning levels from source as PSK, yet the liquidity is not picking up these items from sales orders and purchase orders. Also while creating noted items, i have given planning levels in the configurarion and the same is not picking up in the liquidity too

IT is working for group created for direct FI entrly and linked the same with PSK and the same is working fine.

wants a report to track changes to infotypes prior to running the payroll interface. The attached report looks like it should work but it returns nothing. Is there config that turns on "Track Changes": for select infotypes? If so, can they be activated for key infotypes so this report will run?

Field Group Characteristics
Using these three options you define which infotypes you wish to log, then which fields, then you define which groups of fields are to be saved. Click each link, or see the sections below:
Infotypes to be logged
Here you define which PA infotype numbers you require logging. Select New Entries and enter a transaction class (A for Pers Admin, B for recruitment), then enter the infotype number and save.
Field Group Definition
When changes are made to a logged infotype, the field contents before and after are recorded. This is the very reason for logging the infotype, but there is an overhead in performance and disk space used so it needs to be given consideration. Typically you will want to record fields that are pay relevant.
Using the field group definition, you specify which fields you wish to record changes in. When any of the fields in the group are changed, all the fields in the group are saved. You can use an asterisk to log all the fields of the infotype but this is not recommended for space and performance, also there are many fields on an infotype that you will not be using, that will be saved also. Ideally you will pick individual fields of the infotype and enter them like so:
The field group number is a freely defined number you allocate to the group, it will be used in the next step. For normal use, simply pick any number not already used in that infotype. All fields with the same field group number are recorded in the log, even if they have not changed.
Click New Entries and enter the infotype number, field group number and field names that you wish to record.
Field Group Characteristics
When you have set up the field group numbers, use the field group characteristics to activate the logging of those fields. You can also specify a supplementary field group; this means that the contents of another field group can also be saved at the same time, even though the contents have not changed. In practise it is not used much. Simply select new entries, enter the transaction class, infotype, and in the DocFieldGr enter the number you assigned to the field names that you want to store, then enter L for Long Term Documents (short are not supported)
The Audit Report
To access the report showing the logged infotype changes, use the HR report tree available from various menu paths, including:
Main Menu Human Resources Pers Management Administration Info System Reports - Documents Infotype change logged changes in infotype data. (RPUAUD00).
When you run the report, select the infotypes you require, and select and execute.

Note: Committed demand does not include forecasted demand or manually entered master demand schedule entries. Also, the amount available during each period is not cumulative. Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning does not consider ATP quantities from prior periods as supply in future periods. "

Seggragating Deliveries created for STO and Sales Order
Hi Friends,
I have a requirement..
I am looking for list of deliveries in LIPS table. But I find that this table lists all deliveries created for STOs as well as Sales order. My requirement is to select only those deliveries which are created for Sales orders. Can anybody tell me how to seggragate the deliveries for sales order from deliveries created for STOs? Any other table should I look for deliveries created only for sales order?

If you need table level data then you can go with method suggested by Andy Slania or if you have access to SQVI, you can join VBFA and LIKP tables and decide on your choice of search and list display. You can save the query for future use.

Change Quotation and sales order creation
Dear All,
I have some requirements from my company that I have to adopt to SAP. My company is a reseller of IT materials.
Our sales people are using an excel file to make the quotation to a customer. This excel file contains a couple of sheets (one for each manufacturer. example IBM, HP, Microsoft etc). Is there any way to make my quotation and sales order look like this?
Also since all the data for the initial creation of the quotation are stored in these files, is there any way to automate the creation of the quotation by transfering all the data from the excel file to the SAP ERP?Hi there,
Try this:
Define a new BAPI which will read all the info in the excel. Internally it will call VA01 & read the information from excel & post it into a quotation.
For this you will need to define the import / table parameters. Each field in the excel is mapped to a field in the import / table.
Excel will have different sheets each with different vendors. But it is not possible in SAP. For each vendor you will need to create different quotation.
Consider that each your vendor supplies 10 products. Enter all that info in an excel sheet.
Then for each different vendor, create a separate quotation giving the details of all products he supplies. Explain the requirement to your ABAPer. He will help you with the BAPI part.
When you create a sales order with reference to a quotation, you may change the quantities. You will retain the products which are required & delete the rest. .

Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line
Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
Report should be something like this
Sales Order Item Schedule Line Delivery Del Item Confirmed Order Qty
O1 10 1 D1 10 5
O1 10 2 D2 10 5
O1 10 3 D3 10 4
How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?

I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
Sale order Item Schedule line qty
SO1 Item1 Sch1 10
SO2 Item1 Sch2 10
Delivery Item QTy
DO1 IT1 15
DO2 IT1 5
In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

SD: Change distribution channel in sales order.

AnisahNo, it is not possible to change it now. Best option will be to cancel the delivery and sales order if this order is big one because if you have sales/management reporting based on distribution channel then it will be shown uder foreign channel rather than domestic.
If order is small and goods have already left the factory then you can leave this as it is and may be you don't want go through all the pains. -
Error Message V1810 - Make to Order No Change delivery plant in Sales Order
Hello, for a client where I'm setting the flow intercompany , but i have an error on the Sales Order when I must be change delivery plant.
Scenario: Make to Order, Product configuration, Sales Order BOM created by CS60
Step:
1 - I create sales order fo company X delivery plant 1000
2 - Creates Order BOM on plant 2000 Company Y
3 - creates MRP Planned Order
4 - Convert Planned Order to Production Order
For different issues can happen that you decide to ship the goods to a different plant than the X. Production Plant remains 2000.
If I try to change the plant on the Order system stops me with the following error:
Message V1810 - Plant can no longer be changed
Diagnosis
The plant can no longer be changed in the Following situations:
The item has been assigned to a project.
There is a production order for the order item but it is not a staticassembly order.
Already have accrued costs.
For the very complex structure of the product I can not delete the production order and sales order BOM.
How do I handle these cases?
Can anyone help me?

1.then why you want to change the plant? in which element you are trying to do in sales order or production order?

How to get COUNT of Invoice No and Sales Order No from Multiprovider

I have a scenario like below. I have 2 info cubes (1) Billing Item Info cube (2) Sales Order Item Infocube which stores Item level data in infocube. I created Multiprovider for these Sales Order Item Cube and Billing Item Info cube.
Now in My Multiprovider, Invoice No and Sales Order No gets repeated no of times because one Invoice and One order will have no of Materials. I have a requirement to count Total No of Billing Document and Total No of Sales Document for a Day in the BEx Report. I was thinking to use COUNT function but if Sales Document or Billing Document gets repeated then it will count those records which i don't want. correct me if i am wrong.
How to get Total no of Billing Document and Total no of Sales Document from a Multiprovider where i have Item level data is stored ?
