no. Can you rephrase your first question? I am the admin. ITunes asks me for a password when I open it and it works now but I cannot install software from Adobe or Microsoft. I am talking about updates. Apple updates do not require password now.

Have you tried a soft-reset (i.e. reboot) to see if that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear.

I had this problem for a long time, untill i realised that it was my own mistake, i had been putting the wrong password in. CAPS could also be the issue...
check if you can connect online with the same password in itunes.

why not delete the account in your mail app and add it again.
that way, you can add your new password when you re-enter your account in your mail app/program.

No. If you failed to turn off Find my iPhone BEFORE you upgraded to iOS 7, you will need the original Apple ID and password. If you upgraded to iOS 7 you will need this info; there is no way around this. If it is the device passcode you will need to restore your iPhone in order to reset that, which in the end will require your Apple ID and password in order to activate the phone once it is restored.
Why don't you have the original Apple ID? Where did you get the phone?

If you are getting a message that says you have a valid Apple ID but not an iCloud ID, it's because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

This is quite strange, as MAS is really the same store as iTS. It's the same account.
This issue has to be something else going on with your system, and not at the Store's end.
How about make a new user account for testing. And see what happens when you try to use your Apple ID through there.

Boot from your install disk and when you reach the Install screen choose Change Password from the Utilities menu.

You'll have to get it serviced or replaced again, contact Apple, usually a replaced device is under warranty for 90 days as well.

If you forgot the lock screen password:
Connect in recovery mode and restore, you'll get the option to reset the passcode during this process:
iOS: Unable to update or restore and iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
Go to Setting/General/Reset and reset your network connections, to be able to put in your password again.
If you can't, set it up as new device, without using the latest backup:
How to back up your data and set up as a new device
If your backup is encrypted, you'll have to set it up as new device without using the backup as well.
