Return Po cancellation

Hi Gurus,
While deleting the line items of the Return Po, the error" Evaluated receipt settlement open, deletion not possible" is coming. We had checked the vendor master purchasing data and observed Automatic evaluated receipt settlement for return items was not ticked .
request to help in this issue why we are getting this error even ERS is not activated to the vendor
Regards
subbu

Hi,
Please delete GR posted in return PO.
Run /nMRRL to post credit memo. As there is no GR available in the PO credit memo will get posted with amnt = zero.
And then try marking the line item for deletion.
Please see if it works/ helps.
Thanks And Regards,
Krupesh Kothari.

  • FI documents during sales return & invoice cancellation

    Dear All,
We are using two document types RA for sales return & RC for cancellation of Invoice. These documents are getting posted in Domestic Sales account.  We need to track them seperately and posted to two seperate GL A/cs. Do we need to have seperate document types for them apart from normal sales document ? What will be the account assignment to be done to have these postings done to new gl accounts ?
    Regards,
    Sadashivan

    Hi Kesh,
The document type is common for sales as well as sales return.  Further, we are creating a new GL account for Sales Return now.  At present Sales and Sales return are commonly posted in domestic sale account. I wish to clarify that as the sales are captured through account assignment VKOA - ERL, the sales return has to be assigned through OBYC - VAX.  Is it correct ?  Like wise for cancellation of invoice is there any account assignment so that whenever the invoice is cancelled automatically posted to new gl account - "sales invoices cancelled "? That is instead of debiting sales we will be debiting sales invoice cancelled a/c credit customer a/c.

  • Vendor Return delivery Cancellation

    Dear Guruu2019s,
I have one problem regarding return delivery (122) cancellation.
One of our QA guy wrongly posted return delivery to vendor through QA11u2026
Now how to reverse it, Before QM module we had reversing through MBST codes..
After QM module system is not allowing to do cancellation of return delivery (122) document from
    MBST.
    Waiting for ur replies.

    1) Create own report program refer to source code which is attached in SAP note 175842.
    (The object name is 'RQEVAC50'.)
    2) Assign the transaction 'QA11' as allowed transaction into movement type '123' at transaction OMJJ.
    (This is configuration.)
    3) Execute above program and input the inspection lot number then execute.
(Stock which was transferred from QI to other will be reversed to QI stock again.)
    4) Post stock again at transaction QA11 or QA12.

  • Return STO cancellation

    Hi Guys
The intercompany sto created and completed the GR for the qty
For some reasons return sto created for 100qty and did the PGR
the return stock with that batch is consumed, so no stock with that batch
Suddenly they do not want the return sto at all
Now i want to cancel the return sto process in total, which is PGR'd
Can you tell me the possibilities available in this scenario.
    Thanks

    Hi,
I find this topic interesting. Currently, we are going though a process design of interco-STO returns and I wanted to get some additional guidance from you if you don't mind.
We find the way the shipping and receiving plants appear in the STO return delivery (and the bill-of-lading) confusing.
To explain: first we move goods from plant A to plant B using a cross-cc STO. Then we enter a new document still with the plant/vendor A in the STO header and plant B as the receivng plant and we check the Returns indicator. In the PO Shipping tab as well in all subsequent shipping documents, including output, the two parties are basically reversed. The system info doesn't represent the actual direction of goods movement at all.  Never mind that the IM movement types are executed in the correct direction.
We'd prefer the STO returns process to a process where we simply create a new PO in the opposite direction because of the financial postings which are much cleaner when the return process is used. Very confounding.
Thank you for any insight or opinion,
    Miroslav

  • Points not returned upon cancelation.

I cancelled an order over a week ago and got back most points but some are still missing.  Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hi fordmoo,
It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return/exchange or cancellation.  If it has been more than 6 business days since you cancelled your order and the full point value has not reposted, please send me a private message with the order number and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button located within my signature.

  • How to differentiate cancellation and return

    HI All
if Material document with movement type 201 is cancelled it will take 202 automatically and at the same time users when ever they want return the material to stores from cost center can use  202, by using MBSM we can find list of cancelled documents  similarly  is there any standard report to find the list of Returned goods via mvt 202,
    thanks in advance

    hi
i think what options priyanka have been given are correct
while making the return u should tag that with some remark like some TEXT
like for returns give RETURN in text field
then u can create a report  from which u can find it out
but  finding out the returns and cancellation is difficult in this case
    or
what u can do is copy the movemnt 202 with some other and use that for the RETURNS
so from this u can differentiate the eturns and the cancellation
    regards

  • How long does it take for points from a canceled order to be returned?

I used a My Best Buy certificate on an order, but decided to cancel it. How long will it take for the points to show back up?

    Good morning DesertLynx83,

  • Cancelled an order which I used a rewards certificate only a partial return of points

I placed an order online and used a $20 certificate for it. I decided to cancel the order but have so far only recieved a partial return of my points. In my purchase history it shows I received back in 1 500 point chunk and 1 250 point chunk I already had about 400 points left over so Best Buy just used that and reissued a rewards certificate. I am still missing  250 points from my total. I'd like to get my 250 point refund soon in order to complete my refund of points, Thanks

    Hi tomp94,
Thank you for taking the time to connect with us on the forum.
It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation.  I am showing that your order was cancelled on 1/11/2015, so the 6th business day would be 1/19/2015 (today).  If you do not see the remaining 250 points repost to your account by the end of the day, then send me a private message and I will make sure they are added.  You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button found within my signature.

  • Returning the material to Vendor after doing MIRO

    Hi Freinds,
I have a scenario. Please help me out.
I have sent a PO to a vendor & accordingly the vendor has supplied the material. Then after doing MIGO & MIRO, I realised that some materials are defective.
So I have to return the material to the same vendor. How it can be done?
    Waiting for your response.
    With Regards
    Saeed Arif

If Excisable Material and Complete quantity return -
                                    1) Cancelation of MIGO document(MBST)(MOV-102)
                                    2) Do Excise posting again with reference to Vendor Excise invoice(J1IEX)
                                    3) Cancel Excise Invoice (J1IEX)
                                    4) Cancel Invoice document(MR8M).
    If it is partial quantity
                                    1) MIGO (MOV-122)
                                    2) MIRO (Credit Memo).

  • Missing points after return

    Hi,
I haven't received my points back from a return I made a few weeks ago and I want to purchase something at Bestbuy with the rewards certificate. I believe it was a 10 dollar reward certificate, I was just wondering if anyone can check on that for me. Thank you

    Good morning monisan,
Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
It should generally take between 3 and 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return or cancellation.  From what I can see, you recently processed a return involving a $5 certificate, so 250 points should have reposted to your account.  To go over your account with you and ensure it is up-to-date, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon located at the top of the page.

  • Canceled order and didn't receive the full reward certificate amount back

I canceled an order over a week ago and the next day recieved 250 points back on my account but another 250 points that was used on the preorder hasn't been credited back to me.  Any reason this has happened?  I'd like to get the points back to make a purchase soon.

Good morning fordmoo, and welcome to the forum,
It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return or cancellation.  If it has been more than 6 business days since you cancelled the order and only half of the point value has not reposted, then I would be happy to see what I can do to help ensure any remaining points are added to your account.
While using the email address you registered with the forum to look over your account, I was unable to find the order in-question that was recently cancelled.  To gather a bit more information and go over your My Best Buy™ account with you, I am going to send you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon located at the top of the page.

  • Sales order cancellation with points comsuption

    issue is the following :
As a consumer, i create a sales order in WCEM with points consumption :
i "give" 8 points to get my stuff -> fine.
Then, i decide to cancel this order, still in WCEM, as delivery is late ..
-> i don't have any member activity being triggered to get back my points ..
should i find a way to create a "Points return" activity ? how ? with an action ?
    Thanks for any feedback
    Regards

    Hi Thierry,
This is a common requirement in most of the FMCG industries wherein sales and returns works together. For one of my implementation project, we had the similar requirement. This can be achieved through redemption. Create a redemption type as "returns" or "cancellation". When ever you have returns you can create cancellation redemption transactions so that points accumulated during earn will get redeemed for a particular membership. This will also help you to reporting purpose.
    I hope it helps.

  • What is the use of Return indicator in Service entry sheets

    Hi,
I would like to know the use of Return Indicator ?, and When actually we can use this. Please advise.
    Thanks
    Udaya

    Hi
The Return Active indicator enables you to specify that a return is possible when time sheets are converted into external services (i.e. incorporated in service entry sheets).
If you have selected the activation indicator for the return, you can retrospectively change a time or quantity in a time sheet that you have already incorporated in a service entry sheet. As soon as you convert this changed time sheet into external services, the system generates generates both a service entry sheet with the new data and a return document cancelling the original data. The system sets the Return Indicator in this document.
Where you can use this Indicator
In a time sheet for which you have already created a service entry sheet you subsequently change a specified time or quantity and reconvert the time sheet into an entry sheet for externally performed services. The system then creates both an entry sheet with the new data and an entry sheet in which the original data is cancelled and the returns indicator is selected.
The return indicator cannot be selected manually, but is set only by the system after the conversion of a changed time sheet into external services.
To facilitate the return of time sheets during the service entry process, you must select the relevant Activation Indicator in Customizing for External Services Management.
Source Determination and Default Values -> Specify for Client -> Returns Active.

  • Return order change.

    Hi Experts... Please help
Requirement:- When a return or cancellation order gets created against the
original sales order, the line items gets populated along with material and
quantities from the original sales order. In this case, there is a possibility
that the user might PGI the sales order quantity which could be different from
the original delivered quantity. The objective in here is to bring the actual
PGI quantity in the sales order instead of quantity entered in the sales order
in order to avoid any human error while performing the PGI..
Here the material used in the sales order is having Material Determination.
Please provide some solution to solve this issue....

    Its my clients current requirement
In certain cases, you have to convince the client and explain that is how SAP works and brief the process what they need to do from SAP point of view.  The requirement what you had indicated can be achieved via customization for such type of requirements, if you go for an enhancement, it will affect the system performance at a later date.
