Revision Level not coming
While creating a Material using T-Code MM01 in Basic data 1 there is
one button Create Material Revision Level : change Number
My requirement is ,While creating PO , when u give part number,
Revision Level is given A,B.
Print out of the PO is showing Matrerial number and Revision Level.
Ex M1234 B
But when u create a schedule Monthwise in that case it is not showing
Revision Level.
Ex M1234 ( in this case B is missing )
How to get the Revision Level in schedule.
Hi,
When u press the F1 key on Create Revision Level / display Revision Level
The technical information (F1) is :

User interface SAPLMGMM Active
Menu bar Main Screens (Except Long Text Screens) (Without "Goto")

Revision level not updated in Delivery inspection
Dear QM friends
I am facing the below issue when implementing delivery inspection.
We are maintaining Engineering Change Number concept and it is applicable for Material Master, BOM and Task lists. So our inspection Plan will always maintained with Change Number for all inspection type.
This Change number concept works fine in GR inspection (Inspection type 01) in following way. Revision number was maintained in Schedule Agreement Line Item, additional Data screen (In administration BOX). When GR was made inspection lot generated and shows the Revision number for the material in inspection lot display QA03 (Header). If plan having same change number system assigns the Plan and releases. Also this revision number can be viewed in QA32 screen itself.
This is failing when creating inspection lot for a delivery. Origin 10 and inspection type used was 10. Inspection plan maintained with change number. Schedule agreement (Sale order) having revision number in the same tab of above said. Even though in lot display QA03 it was not appearing. So the same is not coming in QA32 screen. But inspection plan was attached automatically.
We need same change number (Revision level) concept for Delivery inspection also. Kindly help us, i have missed any masters, or config or any steps i have to do to solve this issue.
Thanks n Regards
MadhanAny one kindly help us to resolve the issue.
Thanks & Regards

Revision level not appearing in material tab of purchase order
hi
I have matained revision level in material master but it is not appearing in material tab of purchase order and print preview of purchase order
regards
BadariHi, If u have created proper change no in CC01 with assigned object material with proper validity period u can give revision level to material.
In order to reflect the current revision level on PO printout, the coding in PO print program should be designed accordingly to pick the latest revision level. PO output needs to be re-issued so that the new output can pick the latest information like PO revision level from the master.
Refer below link also for more information,

Hi,
What is the procedure to assign Revisin level to already existing Material .
and tables where Revision level is reflected
ThanksMy requirment is to assign new Revision level to material and change revision level of already existing revision levels of material. and to display Purchase order with material with revision level.
for already existing material with revision level , Purchase Order and Delivery Schedule is showing Revision level.
(Revision level is assigned using CC11 and stored in table AEOI). it is updated to table ekpo.
for PO and Delivery schedule , m picking data field from EKPO-REVLV.
and it is working fine. PO an DS shows REVISION LEVEL field.
( above case was during implementation )
but for last one year no one updated the revision level of material.
now requirement is to update the material with revision level.
But the Problem when i try to assign new revision level to material or want to change the already existing revision level of material then ,it is assigned to material with CC11 and CC12 and shown in table AEOI . but revision value is not updated to table EKPO for field REVLV . so by thins PO and Delivery schedule is coming without revision level.
how to reflect revision level assigned to material to table EKPO ? may be m missing some step ...
i checked OS54 table
my OS54 settings are
REV LEV ACT (active)
Ext. Revision Level (inactive)
Higher REV Level (Active)
Rev Lev Automatically (inactive )
Effect Profile ECN00001
Please give me kind suugestions ....
Thanks -
Hello Experts,
I am writing a select statement to fetch REVLV field from AEOI table by passing AEOI-OBJKT = MATNR from selection screen.
multiple records are coming into internal table.now i need to take latest record for each material.there is a chance of having multiple records on same date.but they are not maintaining Time field.so how can i capture latest revision level.Howdy,
As the table has a sequential ID number (AEOI-AENNR is the Change Number), you can grab the highest Change Number to be the most recent entry.
One note with this though is it won't work if you have multiple application servers and your system uses Parallel Buffering as per OSS note 599157 - so you might want to check with your basis consultant on that.
The only other alternative is to enhance AEOI using include structure CI_AEOI and then find and exit to populate the system time when the record is created.
Cheers

Open PR Material Master Revision Level
Hi,
I am working on upgrade from 4.5b to ecc6.0.In this Project Material Revision Level and Change Number is assigned with Z Program.
The Requirement is the Program has to check the Open PR 's and that particular Material needs to be updated with Change Number and Revision Level.
Now the Functional Specification to be prepared for the Technical Team -Based on the Open PR condition -Now what are the fields to be specified in EBAN table in order to fullfill the open PR.
As per my understanding Open PR means PO is not created and PO is created means that PR is closed.
Or any other fields are to taken into consideration for preparing Functional Specification
Please reply me ..
Thanks for the reply. It is very much possible. You can try this use case. It's pretty simple. But Vice-versa is not possible.

Sales order are not coming in FS10N ?
Issue: How is it possible to see number of sales order in the detail of item in the transaction FS10N?
When i see the Transaction FS10N for 2011 , at item level Sale Documents are Present , but when i Use the Same FS10N for 2012 , Sale Document values are not present ?
Kindly tell me the possiblities why the Sale Document Values are not Coming ? Its Urgent .
Best Regards
Amit AroraDid you install any major upgrades or other system changes recently? I am not saying that that could cause this, but I really cannot think of anything that would suddenly stop populating Sales Document and Sales Document Item when you enter a new fiscal year. Also, are you sure you are looking at the line items that originated in the SD module?

System is not coming up in MSCS environment after offline backup from DB13
Hi All,
SAP system is not coming up after DB offline backup from DB13.
Here are the details of system. SAP XI 3.0 SR1 NW04 running on Microsoft clustered environment windows 2003 and Oracle 9.2.0.6.
My observations:-
1. All the services of cluster admin was up except XE1.World when DB offline backup completed (executed through DB13).
2. services.msc entry OracleXE1920TNSListener (automatic start) and OracleServiceXE1 (automatic start) was down.
and sqlplus "/as sysdba" was failing with ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error.
Please note gw/netstat_once parameter is alredy there with value 0.
Further I would like to add, when I started cluster admin service XE1.World by right click - bring online, services.msc entry OracleServiceXE1 came up, but OracleXE1920TNSListener was still down, then I started listener from cmd mode lsnrctl start.
Kindly suggest.
Thanks & Regards
Praveen Verma

Revision level in purchase order
Hello all,
when creating a purchase order for a material, the revision level from the material master will be automatically added to the Item-Material Data-Revision Level field.
But what happens if in the meantime the revision level is updated on the material master, I guess the PO will not be updated on that field?
The problem is, I need the updated revision level field on the output of the PO, currently I am using the field EKPO-REVLV in the sapscript which refers to the revision level data from the PO.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
AnneHi Prakash,
I have tried to use this field in the form: AEOI-REVLV
This should be the original table.
I am using the standard print program for POs: SAPFM06P
Unfortunatelly, somehow the value does not come up for AEOI-REVLV, but it does come up for EKPO-REVLV.
Thanks,

Cannot find the Revision Level field in the item details
Hi All,
1) I have created a PR with 2 items in the R/3 Backend using the me51n transaction in which for one of the items i have updated the Revision Level field.
2) To transfer the purchase requisitions created in the above step to the SRM system(sourcing cockpit) i executed the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER with transaction SE38.
3) Now when i go to the SRM portal and navigate to find the external requirement in the sourcing cockpit, I am not able to find the Revision Level field entered in the backend.
Can some one help.
Regards
