RHINTE30

Hi
We are told by our solution partners that after running RHINTE30 only the object name will sync up in IT0001. Any changes to cost center ( our requirement) will not sync in 0001. The cost centers are related to the Org Unit in our case. We are told that the RHINTE will need to be customized.
Need assistance on this.

If your integration is on, most everything happens automatically (and certainly cost center change is automatically reflected in IT0001). There is however one reason to run RHINTE30 even with integration on: If you want a copy of IT1000 with a name change (eg on an org.unit) to reflect with a break in IT0001. For this you can set a PLOGI-switch, but it requires RHINTE30 to run. I have never come across a reason to modify RHINTE30.

Rhinte30 updation in It0001 failure

Hi All,
Rhinte30 has been scheduled for each night as a background job in production server.
Recently we have noticed that IT 0001 updation is failing for multiple employees.
We did the below checks to investigate :
T77S0 has the needed settings
PLOGI        ORGA        X                  Integration Switch: Organizational Assignment
PLOGI        PLOGI        01                Integration Plan Version / Active Plan Version
PLOGI        PRELU                           Integration: PA update online or batch
PLOGI        SPLIT          X                Integration: New IT 0001 record at name change
SM35 doesn’t have any failure log of those employees so Rhintecheck was executed to get below types of reasons for failure.
Profit center XXXX/XXXXXX does not exist for 01.10.2012
Incorrect job for person XXXXXXXX in period 01.04.2008 - 31.12.9999
Cost center XXXX/XXXXXXX blocked against direct postings on 01.05.2013
Profit center was set to XXXXXX
Incorrect organizational unit for person XXXXXXXX in period 01.10.2008 - 31.12.9999
Incorrect cost center in IT1 for person XXXXXXXX in period 01.04.2008 - 31.12.9999
Incorrect position assignment of person XXXXXXXX in the period 01.10.2012 - 31.12.9999
The CO account assignment object belongs to company code XXXX not XXXX
Experts I need your help in understanding :
1) Can I get a reasoning and corrective step to avoid each of above 8 reasons for failure .
2) If Rhinte30 is executed to update IT 1 position & org units why I ‘m getting errors as :
-Incorrect organizational unit for person XXXXXXXX in period 01.10.2008 - 31.12.9999
- Incorrect position assignment of person XXXXXXXX in the period 01.10.2012 - 31.12.9999 etc

Regarding your second question; you may need to run RHINTE10 for newly added org units and positions in OM as they may not be residing in PA tables T528B, T528T, T527X.

RHINTE30 is showing up a wrong job code in IT0001

Hi All,
Issue u2013 RHINTE30 is showing up a job code in IT0001 which is not even maintained at position level ever .
We have situation where RHINTE30 keep on updating IT0001 with a Job code, which is not even associated with the position ever. We have checked all HRP1000 and HRP1001 entries associated with that position but the Job code showing in IT0001 was never ever associated with that position.
So not sure how RHINTE30 picking up wrong job code.

I have checked in the system for user exits ZXPADU01 and ZXPADU02 but there is no defaulting happening for IT0001.
Also, I can not delete the created record coz the issue is occurring in Production system.
Please let me know is there anything that I am missing to check ??
I am trying to replicate it other system but not able to replicate completely.

Error when running RHINTE30

Hi Gurus,
Need your assistance on our issue.
1. Have updated the cost center assignment relationship in OM
2. Ran RHINTE30 to reflect to PA
3. When checking in PA20 the record is somewhat ruined, the position ID is still reflected but the Org Unit and cost center is zero/blank.
4. Have tried to an RHINTE30 again and an error prompted "Please check organizational assignment of personnel".
Is there other way to update the PA record to reflect the correct Org of the personnel?
How can i check the error that prompted in RHINTE30? What relatinoships need checking?

RHINTE30 Merging identical IT0001 records

Hi Experts,
We have RHINTE30 scheduled in the system and we are getting concern on RHINTE30 behavior of merging identical IT0001 records. As by merging, we are loosing history of changes.
Is there a way we can use this report to removing the inconsistency without merging identical IT0001 record.

Hi,
in my opinion is this formation worthless from audit perspective, because they don't know the relevant before/after values.
From from audit perspective the better way is to activate "log data changes" in the technical settings of tables.

PA/OM Integration (RHINTE10 & RHINTE30) - Non Input Fields on IT1 like Job

Hello,
Is there a way to have the job created by RHINTE30 to run successfully in the background for non input field updates? Recently we used LSMW to mass update Job to Position relationships. But Job is not an Input Field on IT1. In some countries its not displayed as well. If RHINTE30 is run in the foreground, we gt the error message and we can bypass it and still load it; but running it in background will cause it to skip over thus not changing any record at all. Is there a way around this?

ITSPLIT-Getting error in RHINTE30

Hi
I am getting certain error message while running RHINTE30 program for a list of employees as "u201CPerson is not integratedu201D. and surprisingly the start date is missing for all the personnel number in the log. I am using a variant where open personnel no as well as display personnel number both are checked and disabled.
Could you share your expert knowledge had similar experiences like this.

Hi Zamy,
the infotype 0001 is not updated automatically because an online update is not provided. This is due to performance issue.
What happens is that the system collects the affected personnel numbers in a table and processes them using the report RHINTE30 and selecting the option: 'Open personnel numbers only'. For more information on this topic, please take a look at the documentation of the flag group 'PLOGI'. Please set PLOGI SPLIT to 'X' and test RHINTE30 for the employee affected.

If the value entered here is 'BTCI' and integration has been activated (see PLOGI PLOGI), you prevent changes made in Organizational Management from being written directly to Personnel Administration ("Organizational Assignment" infotype 0001). The personnel numbers affected by the change are simply collected so that they can be written to the batch input at a
later stage. See also the documentation on report RHINTE30.
If the value entered here is ' ' or '0', the change will be transferred immediately.
If the value entered here is a numeric value, the system checks to find out how many personnel numbers are affected by a change made in Organizational Management. If the number of personnel numbers is larger than the numeric value entered, the system proceeds as for the entry 'BTCI', otherwise as for ' ' or '0'.
In addition, please check to run RHINTE30 with the following parameters for one of the personnel number :
Flag "Open personnel numbers only" deactivated
Start date = begin date of infotype 0001
Flag "Display personnel numbers" activated
Flag "Test" deactivated

Process (SM35) RTHINTE10 and RHINTE30 data automatically

Dear forum,
I am working on automating the process of RHINTE10 and RHINTE30 (PA / OM Sync). I have been able to create the batchjobs running RHINTE programs including variables. Now I need to automate the last step of the process, I do this by running the acquired data in transaction SM35. Is there a way to make this entire process automatic?

Hi Soeren,
I am assuming that you have scheduled job RSBDCSUB either as the last step of the same job or another job using After Job Condition.
In that case, you can give condition such as
Session = ABPJ*
From Date = Today,
To Date = Today.
That will process all the Sessions created today.
Looking at your BDC name "ABPJ 080500" Im assuming 080500 is the time at which the BDC was created.
You can also use this as part of your input criteria(That is if you have more than one BDC per day. Rarely the case). Something like
Session = ABPJ 08*

RHINTE30 for updation of PA infotype

Hi All,
I am trying to update the personnel area(PA) and personnel sub area(PSA) for an employee in IT000,1 if PA or PSA of its Organizational unit is changed in which employee lies.
I execute the report with PERNR as a parameter but the report executed without making any changes to the Infotype 0001.
I have checked the integration settings between PA and OM. PLOG feature settings are also done.
Could any one please let me know what could be reason for this.

As far as I know, RHINTE10 is used to create the objects in PA which are already created in OM to make the data synchronized. Keep my updated if I am wrong!!
But my problem is related to an existing Organizational Unit or Position which is already present in both OM and PA. I changed the Personnel area and PSA for an Org Unit but it's not reflecting for the employee associated to this Org Unit.

OM problem in transporting the request

Diagnosis
The system has transported a relationship to the specified object of an object currently being activated. However, the relationship cannot be activated.
The problem is usually caused by the related object not being available in the target system.
System Response
The object is transported correctly but without the specified relationship.
Procedure
Make sure that the related object is available in the target system, or that it is included in the same transport request as the current object, before you repeat the transport.
If the related object is not required or must not be available in the target system, no further action is required on your part.

You can try with OM reports like,
RHINTE00 - transfer organizational Assignment.
RHINTE10 - prepare Integration.
RHINTE20 - Create missing Objects
RHINTE30 - ransfer Org.assignment in batch input folder for infotype 0001
These reports may help you to find the relationship where you can have so many selection options.
I think defiitly these will help you.

Org Unit blank

Hi,
The org unit detail is blank in the assigment page of a requisition.
Scenario: On Recruiters Dashboard under My Open Requisitions, select a requisition and press Assignment button. Assignments for the Requisitions page should be displayed in a new window. In header, Requisition name, Hiring Manager name, Status of the Requisition, Org. Unit, Recruiter and the Release date should be displayed. Here Org unit, details are blank.
Why org unit details are not displayed? We are working on EHP5.

Try checking the tbale V_T77s0 for below integration switches
PLOGI ORGA --> Should be X
PLOGI PLOGI --> Should be 1
PLOGI PERLI --> Should be 99999999
If still the problem exists,
Try to run the below reports once
RHINTE10 uses for integration between OM & PA. (OM should install going for PA)
RHINTE00 uses for integration between PA & OM.(PA should install going for OM)
RHINTE20 uses to run consistency check between OM & PA.
RHINTE30 uses for integration between PD & PA.(PD should install going for PA).
PLOGI feature if it is "X" then it means OM AND PA integrated and vice versa.

Org. Unit & Job Code not diplayed in IT0001

Dear Consultants
I have a problem which is the Org. unit and job codes are not displayed in IT0001 although I did the following:
-     Integration between PA and OM in T. Code OOPS was set in PLOGI ORGA first.
-     Structure was created using PPOCE and PPOME then we hire employees through PA40 through LSMW.
-     The employee hire date and the date of creating O,S, and C is the same.
-     The data of Company code Personnel area and sub area was recorded in account assignment tab in Organization and Staffing when creating the structure and positions.
-      After loading the Employee data I run the report RHINTE00 and the employees displayed in PPOME.
-     Then I run report RHINTECHECK and there are no issues.
-     Then when I see that Org. Unite code and Job Code are not displayed in IT0001 I report RHINTE30 but he said (Personnel numbers for which an update is not necessary) and still Org. unit and job code is not there in IT0001.
Is there anything else I can do to solve that problem?
