Root CA certs repository of Linux FlashPlayer plugin

Hello.
My application uses RTMPS.
This is not browser's SSL but FlashPlayer's native SSL.
Windows client works good.
But Linux client cannot connect the server.
This is server log.
SSL state (accept): before/accept initialization
SSL state (accept): SSLv3 read client hello A
SSL state (accept): SSLv3 write server hello A
SSL state (accept): SSLv3 write certificate A
SSL state (accept): SSLv3 write server done A
SSL state (accept): SSLv3 flush data
SSL alert (read): fatal: unknown CA

I know FlashPlayer supports 2 types of SSL connection method.
One method is SSL by the browser which hosts FlashPlayer plugin.
And the other method is direct SSL by FlashPlayer its own.
When I use browser's SSL, the root CA certs repository is the brower's one.
This is obvious.
On the other hand, when I use direct SSL, what is used as root CA certs repository?
On Windows, the IE's repository is used even though the FlashPlayer plugin is running on FireFox.
But, what is used on Linux?
