Rounding error between FI and CO-PA

Dear All,
We are currently in the process of migrating our NZ business on to our SAP application of ECC6. In CO-PA the Operating Concern Currency is set to AUD and in addition Company Code Currency has also been activated.
When a billing document is created for NZ the SD values and FI values correlate, however for the CO-PA document there is a rounding difference of 1 cent when the Company Code Currency amount is checked. Therefore when reconciling CO-PA with FI we come across quite a number of reconciliation differences for each document where the rounding difference has occurred.
I have read OSS message 429517, and according to this note a rounding difference should not be occurring. This is because in determining the company code value in CO-PA the values should be copied from FI.
Any thoughts on this?
Regards.

I've solved this via user-exit COPA0002.

    Hi!
We recently underwent currency conversion. After the conversion, we noticed that Real Time Integration document that is generated due to Assessment Run (KSU5) produces a document which are off by cents between LC1 and LC2 ,even though both have the same currency
LC1 = EUR (Currency Type 10 - Company Code Currency)
LC2 = EUR (Currency Type 60 - Global Company Currency)
    Document being generated
Document Currency = USD (Controlling Area Currency)

  • TIFF round trip between A3 and PS CS5

Hello, I have one question that's been bugging me for the last few days.
I set Aperture 3 to use 16 bit TIFF files for round tripping between A3 and Photoshop CS5. When PS opens it actually calls Camera Raw. I then open the file do the adjustments in PS and save the final image. However, when I go back to Aperture, Aperture does not update the preview of the final image. If I set Aperture to use PSD files the round trip works great, but with the PSD file I cannot invoke Camera Raw from within CS5 when using smart objects.
Has anyone experienced this before? am I doing something wrong?
    Thanks!!!
    Mariano

Photoshop in the normal course would not call Camera Raw for dealing with the TIFFs sent for external editing -- have you set something in Photoshop CS5 to cause all TIFFs to be opened that way?
Since Aperture adjustments will do everything the camera raw display can to in Photoshop, it seems little benefit would come from then using the camera raw display in Photoshop for anything coming from Aperture for editing?
I use TIFF as the format to send to PS CS5 for editing and all is working fine, btw.

    Thank you for your suggestion!

First, thank you for your notice of my problems.
Yes. When I ping from both directions, I'm seeing the CRC error only in the switch. And I have cleared the counters in both ends.
And I try to connect to another port of the router, It exists the same problem.
I'm seeing both of the input errors and CRC errors.

  • 10Gig (tengigabit) CRC Errors between N5K500 and 3750X

    Dear Forum,
We have an issue with a 10 Gig connection between a Nexus 5548 and a 3750X 10Gig. There is also a HSRP group running over this link with aggressive timeouts which recently behaves somewhat unstable. We noticed a bunch of CRC errors on this link on the 3750X side (about 300 per hour) and assume that these are related to the HSRP troubles once or twice a day.
Originally the connection was made with a twinax cable. We already changed to MMF fiber with SR SFP+'s. The 10Gig Uplink Module in the 3750x has been replaced already. All to no avail. Now it's up to replace the 3750 (receives CRC) or the Nexus Chassis (sending device)
I was wondering if there is some experience on the list what is the most probably cause and solution here.
    Thanks in advance,
    Michael.

  • Debugging Deserialization Errors Between AIR and BlazeDS on ColdFusion using ORM

Now that I am using CF + ORM for most of my Flex and AIR projects, I've had a much more difficult time with the deserialization of objects from AS to CF. The errors thrown by BlazeDS are not helpful at all, and not indicative of the true issue. cfgatewayadapter.jar is a closed source, and make it even more difficult, because it is the culprit in these issues. These issues can sometimes take a full day or two to resolve because the only way I've seen to debug is to start removing code line by line until the thing works. Huge waste of time.
The problem stems from the fact that during deserlization CF barfs when something doesnt match. Instead of throwing a useful error, it proclaims the CFC doesnt exist serverside. The developer then has to go through each componenty property-by-property to try to determine where the problem is.
What we need is something more specific to what the actual problem is. I've not found an adequate way to debug this, and it's causing me to seriously considering changing the backend to Groovy + Granite so I can get the control I need. Really, Adobe just needs to open up the source on cfgatewayadapter or put some time into refining it so that it throws accurate errors.
Examing the error below, one would think that the CFC does not exist. However, if you run the same examples from CFML and pass it an instance of StreamProvider it works fine.
    [BlazeDS]Error deserializing client message.
coldfusion.runtime.CfJspPage$NoSuchTemplateException: Could not find the ColdFusion component or interface StreamProvider.

does MySQL work by itself? did you try connecting to your
    databases with
    phpMyAdmin or alike?
also, make sure you do not have several
    mysql-connector-xxxxxx.***.bin
(whatever their names are, you know, the jdbc driver files)
    of different
versions - make sure there is only ONE, preferably the latest
    one,
anywhere on your server. remove any other ones.
if i remember correctly, the exception you get in the error
    is usually
caused by incorrect/old mysql connector drivers...

  • Connection Error between ITS and SAP: R/3 system

    Dear All,
Recently we have migrated our Backend SAP: R/3 Servers to AIX/Oracle platform. The server landscape is running on two application servers and one central instance with load balancing.
We have changed all RFC destinations from the SAP:R/3 and ITS side and tested the connection.
We are not able to login to backend SAP:R/3 server through ITS.
    The following error appears
    "Fatal Error!
The ITS failed to handle this request
The HTMLBusiness interpreter failed to interpret the template.
    The internal error message is:
0x2101: Interpreter: The specified input file does not exist."
What other changes from ITS side we have to look into or check?
    Regards
    saikat180965

    Hi saikat180965,
Might be the problem is being caused by missing templates. Please have a look in the ITS traces to get more information about the missing file.
    Regards,
    Dieter

Please help me to resolve this issue.
    Regards,
    suren

    Hi suren,
Error 1256 is logged as the replication status per partition as a result of the destination DC cancelling the sync request from the source DC due to a connectivity failure previously encountered.
Please refer to the articles below to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Pb of input/output error between iPod and my PBG4

    Hi
    I have a iPod Nano 2Go and I get all of the problems listed here : wether I try to restore or use the Disk mode, nothing worked ;
all that I could get was a message of error : one saying "1418 error" and other saying "input output error". I tried everything
all I only did was disconnect the ipod when I didn't have to do it.
I have this ipod since last month, and I am really disapointed of that problem
the worst is that Apple doesn't seem to care about it.
Is anyone getting any idea about that...???
    Thanks
    Kriss / F.Guiana

I suggest that take a read the following first, and find a PC connect your iPod with it and follow the instruction

  • The round trip between Aperture and Adobe Photoshop elements is not cooperating  I have performed all the suggestions.  Any others?  Not sure about saving.

i tried all the suggestions on line.  none of them are working.  Any other suggestions?

i tried all the suggestions on line.  none of them are working.  Any other suggestions?
    Marianne,
how can we possibly answer that? Nobody will know "all the suggestions online". So how are we to know, what you already tried?
What exactly is not working with your round trip? And what did you try already?
    What is your Aperture version?
    Regards

  • Errors between Mac and Windows Word Users

I am trying to exchange the same Word document with a Windows user that has the newest version of Word.
I use Word 2008 for the Mac. When my Windows Word colleague sends me a document, and I open it with Mac Word 2008, it has @ symbols, A's and = signs that should not be there.
I suspect that these might be some formatting tricks the writer is using (but not sure). My Windows colleague is willing to not use the offending functions, but I don't know what to ask him to not to do.

It is sent as a .docx The sender is using Windows XP and Word 2003. I have Mac OS 10.5.8 and Mac word 2008.
    He sends me: Test
    I get: ATest@
Most of the sentences in the document are fine but there are many errors nevertheless. The errors are more likely where parentheses or underlines are used.
Some errors occur where no parentheses or underlines are used.

  • Band width error between Macbook and Macbook Pro

My sister has a powermac g4, I have a macbook (1st release). We use video ichat at least one each fortnight with no problems (after changing the QT, ichat and firewall settings as advised on this site).
Last week she upgraded to a macbook pro. We ran through the quicktime settings, the ichat settings and the firewall setting just as we did before. Unfortunately we cannot connect with video or audio. We just get the 'not enough bandwidth error'.
Bandwidth is not a problem quite clearly.
Any further advice would be appreciated.

    Hi Jamie,
Ok So the System Preferences > Quicktime is done on the new computer.
The Bandwidth Limit in iChat is set to NONE.
The Mac firewall matches the old computer settings.
That leaves whether or not the modem is using Port Forwarding and if she still has the other computer connected and their relevant IP addresses.
Can you confirm whether her modem is using Port Forwarding and what IP it is pointing to ?
Also I see nothing to suggest in your post that it has anything to do with Airport devices or their updates (being from Amsterdam, Jan must be flying on his own again )

  • Sync error between btinternet and windows 8.1 mail...

Using HP laptop with Windows 8.1 system. Mail app was working OK yesterday, e-mails from btinternet source routinely received and sent, no problems. Today windows mail app details error message ; btinternet not available not possible to sync accounts. Yet android phone has no problems syncing accounts. Noted that phone server details now indicate mail.btinternet.com for both incoming / outgoing settings, yet laptop showing, winmetro.imap.mail.yahoo.com and winmetro.smtp.mail.yahoo.com, changing laptop settings to those for phone has no effect. Error message then becomes user name and account not recognised. Any solutions appreciated.

    The BT email settings are:
    Incoming mail server settings
    POP server: mail.btinternet.com
    Use SSL
    Port: 995
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings
    SMTP server: mail.btinternet.com
    Use SSL
    Port: 465
    Use authentication
Email Address: Your BT Yahoo or BT Mail Mail address (for example, "[email protected]")
Password: Your BT Yahoo or BT Mail password
If you are using IMAP change the incoming port to 993.
