S_TCODE object is not coming in role after adding profile of another role.

Dear Gurus,
I have added profile of a existed role to a newly created role in pfcg (edit->insert authorisation-> from profile), but I can't see the S_TCODE object of that role of the added profile.
For some roles, it appears, but for some, it don't come.
Please let me know the reason behind this, so that I can go forward.

Hi,
S_TCODE will be added in your authorization profile when you add some T-Codes in Menu Tab of that role in PFCG.
This may be the case for your role.  In this case it will not be copied with profile. It will be added only if you add the T-Code in Menu Tab.
The other case is if you directly insert it in bthe authorization objects. In this case it will be copied with profile.
Please revert.

  • Creating single role by copying profiles from other roles

    HI ,
    I am creating a single role from 4 roles. Ihave copied the authorizations of 4 roles and added into the new role. This is done by copying the profiles.
    Problems Faced :-->
    1. )In table AGR_TCODES i am not able to see the Tcodes for this new single role present in  the new role, whereas if i goto object S_TCODE i am able to see tcodes and have that access.
    2.) Some of the objects are not copied into this new role. Even from the roles whose all other objects are copied into this role.
    Can anybody help me on this and also if someone knows what other problems can be faced by doing this.

    Hi Rajesh,
    If you have created a role by copying authorizations, then it is possible to get the t-codes provided your role contains the auth.obj S_TCODE which you might have copied manually from one or two among the 4 roles.
    If S_TCODE exists in your role then you can find out the t-codes belonging to this role through SUIM->Transactions->Executable for Roles-> Insert your role name
    or
    Go to SE16-> Table AGR_1251->
    In the field AGR_NAME, give the role name
    In the field OBJECT, enter S_TCODE and then
    Execute.
    Q.My second question THere is one role created by some user I am checking it in AGR_Tcodes and SUIM ....I am finding that the no. of Tcodes in both cases donot match....Can anybody tell where i can look for this and what is the possible reason.
    Possible reasons for this could be that some of the t-codes have been entered into the role manually and not through the menu in PFCG and as mentioned earlie that AGR_TCODES only shows the transactions that exists in the menu of the role.
    It could also be that the manually entered t-codes contains wildcards specifying a range of values.
    The best option would be to find it out from the AGR_1251 table.

  • Schedule lines are not coming for HALB after MRP run

    Dear All,
    I am not getting schedule line after mrp run, inspite of all required setting only purchase requisitions are coming.
    Material type is HALB and involve a subcontracting process (30). For raw material I am getting the schedule line but in the case of HALB, it is not coming.
    Pls let me know if I am missing something and guide me further on this.

    Hi,
    In transaction OMDT you have to enable the indicator create schedule lines
    In MD02 MRP control Prameter here select the Delivery schedules -3- Schedule line. Processing Key as NETCH and Planning Mode - 3 delted and recreated.
    Maintain source list ME01, in that put MRP indicator as '2' i.e. schedule lines via MRP.Put your agreement no in that.
    If u run MRP properly u will get schedule lines automatically in ME38.
    Make the schedule agreement, make it source relevent in the source list make is FIX and MRP indicator as 3.

    In SOLAR02 txn with IMG Object assignment when I am finding the Objects , that time from the structure all nodes for the configuration is not coming in the active project. How to resolve this?
    I have attached SPRO txn here & If I am doing config from here , Customizing requests are not getting generated with respect to Solman Project.
    I have checked with Other projects , there all nodes are coming  & also I have tried with same road map selection in the active project with the previous, though the problem persisting.

    Hi,
    Navigation to check the "Inversion" Option :
    1) Goto Tcode: RSA6 at the R/3 side.
    2) Go to that Datasource in display mode/double click. U will come across all the fields in ur datasource against which there are options SELECTION, HIDE FIELD, <b>INVERSION</b>, FIELD ONLY.
    3)Check whether the INVERSION option is CHECKED for ur FIELD.

    When opening the Calendar app, I am greeted with a box that says "This calendar can not be refreshed," and after clicking ok there is another box saying "The server responded with an error."  How do I get rid of this.  The calendar functions all right, but just have to close both of those boxes after doing any action in the calendar app.

    Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried, until the problem is resolved. Back up all databefore making any changes.
    Step 1
    From the Calendar menu bar, select
    Calendar ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts
    Choose the affected account from the list on the left and uncheck the box marked
    Enable this account
    Then check the box again. Test.
    Step 2
    Make a note of the account settings, then delete the account and add it back with the same settings.
    Step 3
    If you can't add the account, the settings may be invalid. Verify them. How you do that depends on what kind of account it is. If it's a Google calendar and you've activated 2-step verification, you need to generate an application-specific password in your Google account and enter it in place of your old password.
    Step 4
    Quit Calendar. Triple-click the line below on this page to select it:  
    ~/Library/Calendars/Calendar Cache  
    Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
    Services ▹ Reveal
    from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a file named "Calendar Cache" selected.

  • Front Panel objects do not stay in place after saving, closing, and reopening the VI.

    I have been working with a couple of versions of a main VI. The original VI was given to me so that I could add additional functionalities to it. I had been designing the front panel of the latest version of the VI on a Dell laptop running Windows 7 and LabView 2011 SP1 using a monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080. My booleans, numerics, and plots on the front panel had always stayed in place after saving, closing, and reopening the VI. Once in the field, I connected my laptop to a cRIO9073 and used my laptop screen with a resolution of 1366x768 to operate the VI. I made some changes to the VI, saved it, and reopened it. This time I noticed that the front panel objects had become overlapped, resized, and generally rearranged. I tried fixing the objects but I noticed that they reverted back to the incorrect positions after saving and reopening the VI. I was successful in keeping the objects in position a couple of times, but when I would open the VI at a later time, the objects were again rearranged. This is happening on both my monitor and laptop screen. The original version of the VI, however, does not behave this way and I have opened it on both my monitor and laptop screen. In this version, the front panel objects always stay in place. Both VI's have the same window size properties. Could I have corrupted the latest version of my VI somehow?     It is possible to programmatically set or change the position of front panel objects. (for example: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/4D0DA06B431​95B3F862572F3000AF2D3?OpenDocument) However, if you haven’t intentionally done that, it seems unlikely that it is the problem.
    Have you tried copying the entire block diagram in to a new VI to see if the problem persists? While it is unlikely, you are right that it is possible for VIs to become corrupted. I’ve never heard of a situation like this except in the situation where the settings Tom had you check have been changed. Here is some information about those settings:

    Since there was no rearrangement when you copied the front panel to a new VI, you might try copying the block diagram a little bit at a time to see if there is some particular part of it that creates the problem somehow.

    Hi Prasanna,
    In the Query Designer goto the properties of the required object that you want to display key and text for it, Select the Key and Text Display option. Then you can see in report key and text for that object.

    Hi Dheerendra,
    Are you using Federation by any chance? I mean, your GP runs on one server and you are using the UWL on the other server via federation? If yes then please check if the federation has been configured correctly and is working fine.
    The other thing you can check is that the GPConnector is deactivated by mistake. If yes, then activate it.
    Another check can be done in the System Configuration of the System Alias you are using for the GPConnector. Check whther it is pointing the correct sustem configuration. check whether the connection tests to that system are successful.
    Also check whether the GPWorkItemProvider Web Service is working.

  • Laptop screen not coming back on after closing and reopening lid.

    I remember having this issue before but cannot seem to find the documentation that i used to fix this previously.
    I have a Dell b120 with an intel 915 igp
    When i shut the lid and reopen it, the screen remains blank.  If i recall, it was something i had to set in the power management.

    Upon upgrading to the 2.6.36 kernel, Lenovo S10-3 would not resume after suspend.
    Adding 'intel_idle.max_cstate=0' to the kernel boot options makes it work.
    Tried that because of: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/634702
    May work for other intel graphics cards as well.

  • Screen not coming back on after phone call??!!

    this is a brand new 3g phone. And I have had a 1st Gen iPhone from the original release date.
    However, when I make a call and put the phone to my ear, the screen goes black as it should. But upon the conclusion of the call the screen does not come back on until I have locked it and unlocked it again!!
    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Same thing here!! I was calling my wife and it happened 3 times in a row in a matter of minutes. I rebooted the phone and it went away. Hasn't crept up on me again, yet (knock on wood).
    I don't know whether it makes a difference and whether they are technically the same, but I upgraded the firmware that was released 07/10/2008 that is from Apple's Servers from version 5A345 to 5A347 just to see if this fixed any last minute glitches.
    I hope this problem never surfaces again. We all paid a lot for these and spent a lot of time waiting for activation.

    I have a FMS query in the UDF at AR Invoice header level. I have set the FMS query to auto refresh when tax rate field changes but the UDF doesn't auto refresh when there is a tax code in the document.
    I will need to add the invoice first then open the added invoice and press shift+F2 to get the calculated amount in the UDF to update the invoice.
    How to get the UDF to auto refresh whenever the tax code has changed? Or after the invoice has added?
    The FMS query:
    SELECT sum(T0.[TotalSumSy]) FROM INV1 T0 inner join OINV t1 on t1.docentry = t0.docentry WHERE T0.VatGroup in ('SR','DS','AJS') and t1.docentry = $[OINV.docentry]

    I solved the problem following the steps in SAP note 633285 - Printing the total Vat amounts in each Vat group, https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap/support/notes/0000633285
    In order to print  in the  order  the Vat amount  in each vat group Please perform  the followed stages:
    Go to Tools (in the SBO tool bar ) and chose Manage User Field
    In Marketing Documents (Rows) add new fields according to the Num of the vat groups that you are using in Orders (e.g. A1, A2 ,A4) The type : Units and Totals  - the Structure: sum in the order each column will represent the vat amounts in the line but only for certain  Vat Group
    in order that each column will display the vat amount in the line only if it belong to certain Vat group we attach a query to each column: (e.g. we have 3 columns : A1, A2, A4) .the queries are;
    SELECT $[$38.82.NUMBER]  WHERE $[$38.18.0] = 'A1' FOR BROWSE  SELECT $[$38.82.NUMBER]  WHERE $[$38.18.0] = 'A2' FOR BROWSE SELECT $[$38.82.NUMBER]  WHERE $[$38.18.0] = 'A4' FOR BROWSE Now each column will display the vat amount only if it in the relevant vat group
    in the order document printing template you need to add those Vat column in our example we add 3  data fields : the file: Order - Rows , the Field: A1/A2/A4 - you can hide (un visible ) this columns as needed
    in the Repetitive Area Footer add a calculation field for each vat groupthe Type: Column Total , the Column: Order; A1/A2/A4 in each calculate field you will get the sum amount of the vat in the relevant Vat group. (in  addition you can add text fields with a relevant description for the calculation fields)

    I need to use a barcode font in a PDF document. I installed
    the font in Font Management, but nothing happens when I attempt to
    use it. I've tried to use it both in and out of PDF's, and it
    doesn't work either way. It does work in normal HTML code if the
    local machine has the font installed, but this isn't very helpful,
    as I need it to be served up from the Server with fontembed for PDF
    usage.
    Here is what the Font Manager shows:

    IDAutomationHC39M IDAutomationHC39M TRUETYPE PDF/FlashPaper

    I've tried using it in <font> tags, CSS Styles, etc,

    The Server is the source for any fonts used? This hasn't been
    my experience at all. Web pages don't embed fonts, but rely on the
    clients PC having the requested font face installed.
    My problem is that I have a unique need for a Barcode font to
    be available to clients without having to run around and install it
    locally. In concept I should be able to embed the font in
    Flashpaper or a PDF and bypass the need to make the font available
    on each client's PC.
    Is anyone successfully using the PDF "Font Embed" feature
    this way using fonts installed in the Font Manager?
    Is there any easy way to tell if the font's installed in Font
    Manager are actually working and/or available?
