Sales Items not showing up on other warehouses

Hi All
We are having some issues with one of our clients , they use the production module in SBO and all the Items have default warehouses assigned to them.
All raw materials are from store 1 to store 8 then store 9 and 10 are sub assemblies for main items (finished goods) which are automatically transfered to store 13 when they are finished or completed.
Now the problem come in when they want to use the sales items from store 13 and sell them out from the sales stores from store 17 to store 65. Once the items are complete they are transfered to respective stores after production.
So a goods transfer function is used for this task, but when viewing the items list we don't see the other stores 17 to store 65 since they are not default warehouses for items and items are grouped by warehouse on the items list.
What is the best solution to this scenario.

Thanks for the reply , I can do the transfer to all the sales warehouse.
The problem comes in when a user captures a marketing document , the items list is grouped by warehouse and the items on the sales warehouses are not displayed (e.g. store 17 to store 65).

    For PO standard items, when creating an invoice and is unconfirmed, these items still show up in the invoice screen and the invoice gets created with the status 'Waiting for preceding document'. For unconfirmed limit items, these items do not show up at all in the creation of the invoice and displays an error. My question is how will I make the unconfirmed limit items scenario work just like the standard items scenario whereby instead of the unconfirmed limit items not showing up and generating an error, they will show up and have the invoice created with the status 'Waiting for preceding document'?

  • Jdeveloper visual editor do not show images and other component shapes

    I used jdeveloper(10.1.3.3.0) to create an ADF BC application, I create a jsf jsp file and drag and drop components from ADF Faces Core to this file visual editor, but jdeveloper visual editor do not show images and other component shapes.
    Could you tell me how I can fix this problem?

    Actually, I need to make a dummy change to the jsp file and then it will display boxes representing the objects in the visual editor whereas I get an exception in the log:
    javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot find FacesContext
    This does not talk much to me !

  • Specific sales order not showing in VKM1

    I have this sales order that is not showing in VKM1 even the credit status in not approved just wondering because there is other sales order with the sames credit account and credit status which show in VKM1. So there are two sales order with credit status not approved with the same credit account and same credit control area but only 1 of the 2 sales orders shows in VKM1. What are the cause of this scenario?
    I check the 2 sales order in VKM4 the only difference is field OlIt (Status of credit check against oldest open items) the sales order that shows in VKM1 got status approved while the sales order that doesnt shows in VKM1 got status not approved. Is this a possible cause? Please help where I can find this status in the sales order header

    In VBUK you can check Header - Over all credit status
    In VBUP you can check the same at item level.
    VKM1 will show documents with over all credit stats = B Credit check not OK.
    The document which is not shwoing in VKM1, CHECK IN table VBUK for the over all credit status.

    My User create STO and after save it is automatically created OBD and PGI through BARCODE now problem is at the time MIGO it is take partially quantity.when i going to do manually rest quantity it is not showing all line items.

  • Calendar items not showing ONLY in list view on iPhone

    Weird: My Calendar items are not showing in the list view only, on iPhone.
    They show when I search, they show in month, they show in Day views--just NOT in list view.
    Ideas?

    I just had the same problem (calendar information--for eight different calendars--OK on laptop and on Mobile me; on the iPhone only 3 of my calendars were displaying in "List" view, but all eight were appearing in "Day" view); first time I've encountered this problem (and immediately after installing the 11-February-2010 iPhone software update, so I'm suspicious that this might have been the cause).
    Solution described in posting immediately above seems to have worked. I.e.,:
    1. shut OFF MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (from Settings menu);
    2. wait for calendar entries to be removed;
    3. shut off iPhone, and wait 2 minutes;
    4. restart iPhone;
    5. turn ON MobileMe syncing for calendars on the iPhone (again, from Settings menu).
    All eight calendars now appear in List view (and still appear in Day view).

    Sales document blocked for credit check, Status (VBUK) "B" is updated. But sales document number is not showing in VKM1 and VKM3  release t codes.  Header Credit status : Not approved.
    Pricing and documents perfectly completed. No issue logs in sales orders.
    I have tried those correction programs for SD documents : SDVBUK00, SDRQCR21, RVV05IVB still am not getting the document.

    Read the following OSS Notes
    1) Note 400311 - RVKRED77: Reorganization credit data, new documentation
    2) Note 735791 - Composite SAP Note: Credit update incorrect, 500
    3) Note 735163 - Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, Release 4.70
    4) Note 1176872 - Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, 60*
    Depending on the SAP version ,select one from 2-4.
    From note 1), it looks this program takes long time to complete. depending on the selection criteria. So I would recommend you run the program on Sunday during which most of the users would be off the system.
    The difference between 77 and 88 report looks, in the 88 report run the system won't lock SD tables.

    Hi,
    Please check the document type which is used for posting the document. For the document type, the check "Negative posting Allowed" might have been ticked. as a result new line item is not posted. The original line item itself is reversed. May be this is the reason why you are not getting the reversal document.

    Check the Layout of FBL3N Report
    1. Change Layout Ctrl+F8)
    2. Add the Reversal Indicator field
    3. Save the Lay out settings
    Check the Reversal Indicator. If any Key is there It means Reversal document.

    You're speaking of 21 instances of 'image' tags while there are only 20 items available in this feed - maybe the 21st might be the <itunes:image... />-tag (for the podcast art) which is not in need of a closing tag?
    We know that iTunes doesn't like our image tag on item level. However, we do need this tags for other usage of this video-article-feed (f.ex. normal RSS feed subscribing) which is why we cannot remove it. But: do you know of any «trick» of specifically blocking that element for iTunes store since its troubling the latter so much?

    it might be that all services you see in ml81n are considered in one item in the PO.
    did you check that?

    Sales order No. and sales line item will only be transfer to production order in MTO ( Make to Order) scenario.
    If your scenario is MTO and the sales order reference is not getting  transfer, then check your requirement type and  requirement class setting in T.Code OVZH and OVZG.
    In standard SAP 'KE' requirement type  40 requirement class is used  for MTO scenario.
