Sales order already shipped but still open in VL10A

Dear All,
As mentioned above, we already created the shipment for a specific sales order but in VL10A the sales order is still in yellow status (meaning it is open). But the sales order cannot be shipped anymore...
Is this a standard SAP bug? What table should be cleared if shipment has already been cretated so VL10 will no longer see it as open?

Hello,
We already found out the cause of the problem. VL10A is cheking in table VEPVG if there are still entries there and if so the sales order will still be shown as open in VL10A. The SD document index should be re-organized by program RVV05IVB.
But why it only started to happen this week is another question that is left for us.

Try to run report SDRQCR21 and have look at sap note 25444
You run the report in transaction SE38.
This should normally be done by your consultant
You can display a SAP note at http://service.sap.com/notes but you need a user and a password.

Sales Order Item rejected but still reflects in Prod. Alloc. Display in APO

A line Item in the SO was rejected but it still reflected in the Prod Alloc display character combination per period in the APO.

I have resolved the problem myself. I have used sap note : 97272 and downloaded the utility/ correction program ZZUNREJE and ran it for rejected sales line item.
The reason for rejection was successfully reversed without touching any of the associated POs.

Sales order from contract: all the items completed but still open

Hi all,
I have a problema with several sales orders created with
reference to the same contract. Most of them have several
items, all completed but still open. An example: there's an
order with three items, two of which with complete delivery e the third marked for cancellation ( code S1 ). Why does the
system show the first two items as not complete, despite the
fact that both have complete delivery? Can the problem refer
to any characteristic of the related contract? Can anyone help me on this topic?

Sales Order is closed, but supply/demand screen shows it as a demand

I have peculiar issue here,
My Item on a sales order is shipped out, but it is still showing as a demand in the supply/demand screen in the inventory.
It is of Demand Type 'Purchasing Supply reservation'.
The supply/demand screen can be accessed through inventory responsibility --> onhand availability --> supply/demand.
The item in question was a buy item and no purchase order was raised as the stock was available.
The inv_interfaced_flag in oe-order_lines_all shows as 'Y' and i ran the following query to find out if the interface is successful. The line shows as successfully interfaced.
I am not able to get the interface trip stop log file for this delivery as the concurrent request table has been purged.

Check in the Material transactions form if 3 transactions i.e. 2 recors for sales order pick and 1 for sales order issue is happend or not..and also check if the respecitve records exist in MTL_RESERVATIONS and MTL_DEMAND.
If everything seems to be perfect, then need to log and SR with oracle to provide the data fix in order to delete the records from MTL_RESERVATION and MTL_DEAMND.

Take a look at iTunes for Windows: "Error 7" message when opening iTunes. Perhaps your .NET Framework needs a repair.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Sales Order Item Shipping point (VBAP-VSTEL) value in APO table

Hi,
I am looking for Sales Order Item Shipping point (VBAP-VSTEL) value in APO.Can I get this info in APO ?
This information is not available in table /SAPAPO/SDORD or /SAPAPO/SDFIELD.
Basically table /SAPAPO/SDORD is completely blank. Table /SAPAPO/SDFIELD has entry for Sales Order Item but not for VSTEL. Shipping point is there in the Catalog table in ECC and I can see that it is getting imported to APO but why it is not avaibale in SDFIELD table.Any idea ?
I cheked table /SAPAPO/SHIPPING also for the guid (Item guid) but not found any entry .
Please help.

Most data in SCM is not stored in tables, it is stored in LC. In general, it is not the best idea to use APO for creating custom reports against transactional data. You do such reporting in the OLTP, and you use the standard SAP programs to keep these systems in synch.
Some SD auxiliary data is sometimes stored in /SAPAPO/SD_DOC.and /SAPAPO/SDFIELD. Check here, you might find something useful. No guarantees......

List of Sales Orders wrt SHIP TO PARTY through T Code VA05.

Hi Experts,
Please let me know how can we extract list of Sales Orders wrt SHIP TO PARTY through T Code VA05. We can select Ship to Party option through Partner function tab in selection screen, but while executing transaction, we get list for SOLD TO PARTY.

Hi,
In the VA05 report selection screen, you have the option of selecting the relevant partner function that needs to be considered. Click on the "Partner Function" button and change it to "SH"
Then given the ship to party number you want to analyze and execute the report.
In the report output screen, you will see the Ship-to Party in the header.
In the detail level, you see the sold to party numbers. Since the report can be executed for one ship to or sold to at once, there is no requirement to see the ship to party in the line level.
If you double click on the line, you can go to the sales order and verify your sold to and ship to details.

Fullfil sales order and deliveries are still appearing in MD04.

After an upgrade Ehp6.4 to Ehp6.6 the fullfil sales order and deliveries are still appearing in MD04.
We runned SDRQCR21 and released the documents from MD04 but when the users create new sales orders and deliveries and completed them the reservation does not disappear from MD04.
My Availability Check is CH
Check.rule (SD order) and (SD delivery)
Somebody could tell me how can I solve this issue.

TABLE/FIELD FOR SALES ORDER'S SHIP TO LOCATION

Does anyone tell me what is the related tables/fields for Sales Order's Ship To Location? Since I want to display the Ship To Location information in the Oracle Report in Oracle Apps R11i.
I tried to use the following SQL select statement to retrieve the Ship to address:-

In Apps, Release Sales Order Form is basically used to move Material from Inventory to your staging area e.g stock yard (pick release activity), at this point the material is still inside your premises..
Shipping Transaction Form is basically used to move material from staging area to customer site..
Your 2nd question is : Pick Release can be done from both the forms.What is the difference.??
Through Pick release form you can do pick release where you don't need any grants... and to do the same through Shipping Transaction form you need to have access rights to do ship confirm and pick release.. In other words, Through Shipping Transaction form you can restrict/allow user to do pick release where as in Pick release form no such restrictions are there..
Shipping Transaction form is basically a combo package :) through which you can control Pick release, Ship confirm, Delivery etc..
For the Grants and Role you can check details under : Setup --> Grants and Role Definitions --> check Grants & Define Roles form..
Roles form will let you what are the actvities can be done and can be assigned to users..

Sales Order Reporting - Shipped Complete

In SAP R3 is there a standard report that shows if an order shipped complete ? i.e. all line items entered on sales order have shipped.

Hi,
You can check the delivery status in T-code VA05 under Status which will show the line items for which deliveries are created. But this won't have any info about goods movements. i.e PGI. Once a delivery document is created agiants a sales order lie item this status field will get updated as delivered/partially delivered.
There is no std report is avail which give you the info abt the line items of SO for which PGI is done. You have to go with the above suggested report development(VBFA with R).

It's a never ending annoying circle. How can I get the song to play?

First make sue you are installing the 64 bit version of iTunes.
Second make sure it is iTunes 10.7 or later.
I would download a fresh copy of the 64 bit version of iTunes 11. After installation reboot your computer.
Before connecting your phone reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
