SAP Certification Solution Consultant SCM u0096 WM & LE with mySAP ERP 2005

Hi Sap gurus,
I have a quick question. i'm preparing for this exam using SAP Warehouse management functionality and technical configuration (SAP press book). Is this sufficient to successfully crack the exam or is there anything i need to do? Also can anybody please tell me what will be the exam format? quick reply is appreciated and will be rewarded

Hi Anusha,
SAP press book should be okay,
more you should prepair on the business process and integration question.
Question will be like multiple answers and single answers, means they will give some case check box and some case radio button for question.
you should also know integration of MM,QM, PP,PS BM and so on...
they will be question like can we do this not this is not there for TO,
... can we change the Bin when we confirm, yes which relevant setting we should do?
so on.....

No partial marking exists in the new pattern now.
You wll have to mark ALL the correct options in order to gain that one full mark for a question.
And yes, pass marks is 55%. You are right.

For Functionality Differences pls refer to the below site -

After opening the site, please select the Source Release Version which is 4.6 b Then Select the Target Release Version which is "mySAP ERP 2005" or ECC 6.0
Select the Solution Area like Financials, Human Capital Management, Sales....
Select module like MM, PP, SD, QM.....
Click on Search
Then it displays the Release Version and the Delta Functionality. which can be downloaded to a word document if required.
and also check the release notes of ECC 6.0 in service.sap.com.

Upgrading ISA 4.0 to "SAP E-Commerce for mySAP ERP"

We currently have a Internet Sales (R/3 edition) environment connected to a R/3 4.6C backend. We are upgrading the backend to mySAP ERP 2005. This has necessitated an upgrade of the Internet Sales environmet, too.
Has anyone does this or had any experience with the ISA side of this upgrade?
Currently the ISA 4.0 environment is running on a NW2004 SR1 framework with a SAP Web AS JAVA 6.40 (J2EE 6.40, too).
I know after this upgrade is completed, my environment will change to the following...(I think)
Internet Sales (R/3 Edition) will become "SAP E-Commerce for mySAP ERP"
NW2004 will become NW2004s SR1
J2EE 6.40 will become J2EE 7.00
I guess I'm looking for anyone who has been through this type of upgrade and how best to tackle it (aside from looking at the upgrade guides).
What to watch for? What to double-check? Anything noteworthy would be of value to me.
Should I even bother running through the upgrade process or should I just flatten the environment and start over with installation media?? Is that path easier and less of a pain?
I'm open for any feedback or thoughts.....

OWB 10gR2 working with SAP Version ERP 2005

My version of OWB is 10gR2 and the version of SAP that I wish to create ABAP scripts for is ERP 2005. This version of SAP is not available from the configuration drop-down list. Is it possible to create ERP 2005 version ABAP scripts?

The scripts that I am creating are SAP 4.7 version, but these require manual modifications for the unicodes character set for the ERP 2005 system. Currently I am creating them in version 4.7 and then having to amend them before executing them in SAP.

I'd like to know, what's the difference between R/3, mySAP ERP, SAP ERP 2004 (or other terms). Sometimes I see R/3, sometimes ERP... I'm a little bit confused.

SAP R/3 is package which is available in different versions 3.1i,4.6c,4.7. mySAP ERP 2004 i.e. ECC 5.0 and mySAP ERP 2005 i.e. ECC 6.0 are advanced versions of SAP R/3.

I understand that Course material is sufficient for preparing for the exam. But, I just want to get an idea about how difficult the exam is.
