hye ,
here, some code for your reference ,
LOOP AT it_empall WHERE pernr EQ stru-pernr.
SELECT SINGLE SUM( abwtg ) FROM pa2001
                          INTO absdays
                          WHERE pernr = it_empall-pernr
AND   endda BETWEEN p_begda AND p_endda
AND   begda BETWEEN p_begda AND p_endda.
"FOR RESIGN
select single begda from Pa0000 into enddt where pernr eq it_empall-pernr
                                                   and massn eq 'H6'.
"FOR HIRING
select single begda from Pa0000 into begdt where pernr eq it_empall-pernr
                                                   and massn eq 'H1'.
     totdays = p_endda - p_begda.
      totdays = totdays + 1.
if enddt GT p_begda and enddt LT p_endda.
                       X = ( p_endda - enddt ) + 1 .
                       workdays = totdays - x - absdays.
                       stru-kaltg = workdays.
elseif begdt GT p_begda and begdt LT p_endda.
                      X = ( begdt - p_begda ) .
                      workdays = totdays - x - absdays.
                      stru-kaltg = workdays.
     else .
                      workdays = totdays - absdays.
                      stru-kaltg = workdays.
     endif.
  ENDLOOP.
Note : here p_begda AND p_endda are month start and end date.
and begdt and enddt  (  these are  employee joined and resigned date)

  • Current Workday SAP EXIT variable not aligned with correct work days

    Hello,
I am trying to use the Current Workday variable within a report so that the data will only be refreshed when the calendar day is Monday - Friday. Users look at this report every day, but when they get the report on Monday we would like for the date to be restricted to the previous Friday, and then switch back to Monday's date when they view the report on Tuesday. In order to do this we have placed the Current Workday variable from the Calendar Date characteristic with an offset of negative 1, but it is showing Sunday's date when they look at the report on Monday.
    My questions are:
-Does this variable use the factory calendar that can define the work days?
-If so, which Factory calendar does it use? I have gone to the Tcode SCAL but I can see there are many different factory calendars and I have no idea which calendar this variable pertains to. I have also transferred the global settings for the factory calendar from the source system, and I see no change within the variable.
-How can I see the program name behind this SAP Exit variable? My thinking is that I could at least look at the code to see if perhaps I can find out the factory calendar ID the variable refers to from there.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Until this is fixed I have to manually adjust this report every Monday and Tuesday morning!! Not ideal.

    Hi Kelly,
I am not sure whether this can be done by an SAP Exit variable.
But you may try this using a Customer exit variable by using the Function module DATE_COMPUTE_DAY.
The function module "DATE_COMPUTE_DAY" will return the day by 1 to 7 when you input date.
Monday : System will return value = 1
Tuesday : System will return value = 2
Wednesday : System will return value = 3
Thursday : System will return value = 4
Friday : System will return value = 5
Saturday : System will return value = 6
Sunday : System will return value = 7
So input sy-datum to this FM and find the number of day. If it is Monday, the number will be 1.
If output is 1, then offset date by -3 to that of Friday, else offset by -1 to previous day.
    Hope this helps,
    Regards,
    Hari

  • Display data for last working day of month

    Hi
I am trying to chart values for the last six years but only to plot the value for the last working day of the month, except for the current month where I am taking an average of the month so far. Everything I've tried has so far failed spectacularly. Has anyone resolved a similar problem?

If I understand your dilemma correctly, you may want to create a cross-tab and then create the chart off of the cross-tab. Is the data in your tables that you want to chart on something like this:
             4/30   5/30   6/30   7/31   8/29       Sept.
    Row 1    20      30      10      25      20    (avg for month)
    Row 2    5         10      8       15     15    (avg for month)
    etc.
If so, 1) can you show an example of the data and 2) what kind of chart do you want to create?

  • Finding number of working days during query execution

    Hi ,
We have a requirement to calculate number of working days during query execution. In the cube we got "received date", this will be used as a variable in the query. Based on the received date value entered, query needs to display number of products received from past 1, 2,3,4 days (working days should include weekends or public holidays).
    1day     2 days     3 days     4 days   5 days
    10         12            20            15          20
to me it appears as I need to create virtual key figures.
    Regards,
    Ramz

    Hi ramesh,
First try to create formula variables for start data and end date to calculate the no of working days.
Create a Variable ZSTDT --of type replacement path.
    Type of Variable = Formula
    Variable Name = ZSTDT
    Characteristic = <info object>
For Intervals Use = Select From Value
    Offset Start = 0000 Offset Length = 0000
    Replacement var with : key
use the same steps to create one more formula variable to get end date.
Now create a formula to get the No of days.
once after getting no of days you can create buckets as per your need.

I'll assume not. I'll also assume you have a column d (a DATE) that is the date of the holiday.
    >
Please adviceThat's quite a different problem from what you first posted.
Instead of posting a question x, waiting for someone to answer it, and then saying that the problem is really y, don't you think it would be better to post question y in the first place?
You can do something like this:
    WITH     prev_days     AS
SELECT     TRUNC (SYSDATE) - LEVEL     AS a_date
         FROM     dual
CONNECT BY     LEVEL <= 4     -- worst case (see below)
    SELECT     MAX (a_date)     AS previous_work_day
    FROM     prev_days
    WHERE     TO_CHAR (a_date, 'Dy', 'NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE=''ENGLISH''')
                   NOT IN ('Sat', 'Sun')
AND     NOT EXISTS ( SELECT  1
                   FROM    lt_list_holiday
                   WHERE   d     = prev-days.a_date
;Where I work, holidays are never consecutive, in fact, they are always at least 7 days apart, so I can be sure that a period of 4 consectuive days will always contain at least one work day. (There may be two weekend days plus one holiday; that's the worst case.) If you can have two or more holidays in a row, or holidays spaced 3 days apart (so that one might fall on a Friday, and the other on Monday), then increase the "magic number" 4 in
CONNECT BY     LEVEL <= 4     -- worst caseto something appropriate. If you put it too high (say 10), no serious harm is done.

  • Add number of working days

I have to subtract a number of 'working days' of a date field in my message mapping.
I wrote a user defined function. I used cal.add(Calendar.DATE, -3); on the instance cal of the class Calendar. It subtracts 3 days, but I have to subtract 3 'working days'.
Has anyone a suggestion how to achieve this?
    Kind regards
    Frank

    Frank,
Since you said that there is FM available in R/3 DATE_CHECK_WORKINGDAY. I would suggest you to do RFC Lookup and get the response if it not working day, then subtract 1 from the current day, and again do lookup to check whether its working day or not. Finally if you get the response as Working day, then subtract 3 from the day(not from the current date, instead the subtracted date , in my previous step).
But  it will not solve your issue. The above I said is an approach. Because, consider the below example.
Current day is Saturday, you r doing RFC lookup and getting response as not-working day. Hence on subtracting 1 you will get Friday, now again you are doing RFC look up , this time you will get response as working day , immediately you will subtract 3 from friday, Finally you will get the result as tuesday!!!!
Do you think its correct? Yah sometimes, because while subtracting 3 from friday we have to make sure that thursday & wednesday must not be holiday. I think you got my example, If I'm wrong , please reply me back.
    Hope it clears.
The above is an approach, its not the solution. If you look its good we have to apply logic to ahieve the result.

    raj.

  • Weekly schedule line should pass to last working day of the week in SAg

    HI,
In a scheduling agreement when we have weekly or monthly schedules the system displays the date in the screen as 12/2010 or 13/2010 for say a weekly schedule.
However when the data is stored in the table the delivery date is always the first working day of the week. In this case when the week is 13/2010 the data is stored in the table as 22/03/2010.
Is there any way to change this to the last working day of the week?
We have some config related to define delivery intervals in IMG--> Sales and Distribution --> Sales --> Sales Documents --> Scheduling Agreements with Delivery Schedules --> Define Delivery Intervals. Will this help solve my issue? If it solves what is the procedure behind this?
Request you to provide your inputs.
    Thank You, Lakshmikanth

    Hi,
Seems the delivery split concept is different from this requirement. Can Delivery intervals concept help us or not? IMG--> Slaes and Distribution --> Sales --> Sales Documents --> Scheduling Agreements with Delivery Schedules --> Control EDI Inbound Processing --> Define Delivery Intervals.
What is the procedure and assignment details for delivery intervals concept?
    Thanks, Lakshmikanth

  • How to enter a Absence on a Non- working day?

    Hi All,
In our company we dont have exact work schedule rules. So we have the need to be able to enter a Absence on a Non- working day for Salaried employees. when i try to enter an absencen on-working day, the number of hours are zeroed out.
What configuration settings I need to do So that the system will take a Absence on a non working day.
    Thanks in Advance!!!

    Hello,
I am having the same problem currently.
When an absence that is less than one day is entered on a non-working day with a given start time and end time (we are using CATS for entering the times) along with some attendance records, there are collisions as the system tries to create the infotype 2001 record as a full day record, and the start time and end time is not taken into account, so we are not able to transfer these hours correctly to SAP HR.
I checked all the settings regarding the day types, but could not find the trick..
The days we are trying to create the absences and attendances for are not public holidays, just ordinary weekends with no working hours, so I don't think Holiday Class is relevant here at all..
If anyone has a solution, please update the thread..
    Best regards,
    Nihan

  • Airplay mirroring on Mac Mini (late 2012) doesn't work, extended display does...

Airplay mirroring on Mac Mini (late 2012) doesn't work, extended display does... What's going wrong here?
    Details: OS X Yosemite 10.10
Apple TV 3rd generation, version 7.0
Switching Airplay on on Mac Mini works. It goes automatically on extended display mode. Switching to mirroring works for about 1 sec and then it switches back to extended display mode. On my tv screen i see my second desktop. Funny detail: it has the desktop background i used previously. Another funny detail: I had exactly the same problem when i used the previous versions of OS X and the Apple TV software...
    Who can help, please!

I also have been having problems with Airplay on my 2014 Mac Mini see Mac Mini 2014 Airplay Display Disconnect Bug?
I"ve also noticed that my Apple TV (3rd Gen) does not appear in the iTunes Airplay list on my Mac Mini whereas it does on my MacBook.
I've booked a call with Apple Support for next Sunday to discuss the issue.
If I get any useful info I will pass it on.

  • How to set the payment Due date calculation as per working days.

how to make changes in the vendor Payment terms so that while calculating the Payment due date as per Payment terms, system calculates it based on Working Days & not the Calender days ?
    Help is much appriciated.

  • Payment terms should calculate Payment due date based on working days

    Hi Experts,
As we know that standard SAP calculates Payment due date= base line date + number of days maintained in payment terms. In this payment days are considered as calendar days and not the working days.
Example: If base line date is Thursday, payment terms says 3 days then payment due date is calculated as Sunday ( which is not a working day as per the factory calendar I use). The requirement is that payment date should be calculated as following Tuesday considering Satuarday and Sunday are not working days as per the calendar.
Can you please suggest how can we achieve this?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

You can not acheive from config pooint of view but you can use BADI and get the solution
use BAdI MRM_PAYMENT_TERMS to set terms of payment
You can use this Business Add-In to change the following fields for the
terms of payment in the invoice document header:
o  ZFBDT: Base date for due date calculation
    o  ZBD1T: Discount days 1
    o  ZBD1P: Discount percentage 1
    o  ZBD2T: Discount days 2
    o  ZBD2P: Discount percentage 2
o  ZBD3T: Deadline for net condition
o  ZLSPR: Key for payment block

  • Sales per Working Days

I have a requirement to report the average sales per number of working days in the period. I have created a function module that can access the factory calendar and compute the number of working days in a given year/month and have populated a key figure on each record with the number of work days in the period the transaction took place in.
When I display the number of working days by year/period in a report of course it adds up the days from each transaction and gives false numbers. This seems like it should be a no brainer, but I can't find an easy solution. Can anyone help me with displaying the correct number?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
    Try this logic:
create an avarage Working Days KF1.
its the working days / Rec Count.
This KF if you group on CalYearMonth will show the sum
of the numbers for that motnh.
then if you want you can take KF1 and create another KF,
lets say KF2 that is total Sales / KF1.
    I hope it helps.
