Save As when opening new project?

Hi All,
In Logic Express 9 when starting a new project from a template I am presented a dialog box with, among other things, a "Save As" that allows me to name the project and choose where it is to be saved. This creates a Project Folder with asset sub-folders which is handy because after recording I like to bounce files to the Project Bounce Folder for use in other programs. Also, any changes to the project like recording audio are automatically saved.
For the life of me I cannot find a way to do this in Logic X.
It seems I now need to create a new project then do a "Save As" and re-open it to create a Project Folder with the good old "Bounce" sub-folder.
If I forget to do a "Save" or "Save As" until after I've recorded tracks Logic hasn't yet saved anything and will need to do so before it closes and I can re-open the project and bounce my mixes.
Hopefully someone with more experience and better reading skills and help me get X to act like 9. Is it possible?

I just tried: created New project from empty, recorded some audio on 1 track, then did a "Save" (not a "Save As...") and I was presented with the familiar "include assets?" dialog. I selected nothing (no Audio Files), nevertheless I got a Project Folder like this, complete with the untitled audio file I had just recorded.
So I don't understand what it is you can't do in LP X, and if you indeed cannot do it, maybe you need to enable some extra Advanced settings in the prefs? Other than that, it should all work - IF you are on v. 10.0.6
