Save document in Reader. Can this happen?
I have a document I created in LifeCycle Designer that I am filling-out in Reader. Can I ever save this form that's filled-in?

You can only do the same if the PDF that you are using has "Extended rights enabled for Reader". This can be done by editing the properties of the PDF in question via Adobe Acrobat.
If the PDF doesnt have the said rights, you will not be able to save the filled in data along with the PDF.

This is a mean one. I don't have time to try and find the cause, but at least some answers to your questions, to hopefully shed some more light on this.
Where was the original destination? iCloud folder.
On another drive? Tried to Save as... to Hard Drive (also changing name of file), always get the same non-descript short Error "Couldn't auto-save document." (slides down from top with a yellow warning triangle). Status to the right of document name is "Not Saved".
Another Server? No access at this time.
I also tried File, Revert to, Browse all versions, to check what I'd be losing. Saw I wasn't losing much and selected the last version and pressed Restore - same error. In the end I just quit Pages and re-opened. The document opened with the last few edits missing (but with the status "Edited" next to the name). I re-edited and could save. Good old habit of saving often. -
Time Capsule Airport
Hello to all, good day, sorry my english google, but it is the tool I have at the moment. I'm having trouble with my Time Capsule Airport, I made all the settings according to the manual, but there has been a connection problem with my iMac. When I finish my work I turn off the imac and then again when they return to work and care, it can not connect to Time Capsule Airport, making it impossible to remove the files and make back up by Time Machine only works when I turn off and turn on the Airport Time Capsule , but I think this may end up with the unit. What can this happening and how to solve? Thank you.

In the airport utility bring up your Time Capsule.

Click on the Edit button and give us the Internet and Wireless and Network tab..

Please also make sure you are set to ipv6 in your wireless or ethernet .. whichever is used.. and do tell which.
This is wifi in your computer.
The following are important..
DO not use long names with spaces and non-alphanumeric names.
Use short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
eg TC name. TCgen5
Wireless name TCwifi
Use WPA2 Personal security with 10-20 character pure alphanumeric password.
read apple instructions to help with TM and TC.. they did finally admit it has issues in Mavericks.

Mount the TC manually in finder.

When asked for the password .. that is the disk access password and save it in the keychain.

A guess: your friend was standing beside you when this was demonstrated. There are several apps available (all described as "entertainment"). The app was simply showing where your friends iphone was, i.e. Right where you were. Your position cannot be tracked. The apps are meant for joking.

No. There are no known viruses that can affect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
It may ave been copied unknowingly, but there is no virus involved. -
Since converting my mobileme account into an icloud account, my free 5GB of storage has become a paid for extra 20GB without my requesting it. How can this happen, and has anyone else had this happen to them?
To clarify: you are not being charged for the extra storage - it's complimentary to reflect the fact that you had storage in MobileMe. At the end of June it will disappear unless you care to pay to renew it.

CadeThat's part of the problem. We don't have direct access to the database. I don't know what the equivalent of SQL Server's Query Analyzer or SSMS in Oracle. I'm more of a 'NET and SQL Server developer.
What the group I am helping does is extract the data (from a system they don't control) using Focus. They send a SQL statement and then Focus retrieves the rowset and does what Focus calls a TABLE FILE operation to put it in a Focus file. Because the Focus rowset typing appears to be based on what datatypes Oracle represents the columns as having, Focus then attempts to interpret the date and time as valid. But apparently they are so messed up that Focus actually halts/crashes.
So every morning, they notify the group responsible for the Oracle system to "fix" the records that are bad. They apparently do this by copying the END_TIME to the START_TIME, hopefully with a simple UPDATE query, but perhaps manually with some other tool.
I'm also not a Focus expert, but in experimenting with sending different SQL statements (like using to_char() to identify the bad data) we did eventually find out how to identify these records using DUMP. What I helped the MIS group here do was to change their SQL query to be:
SELECT CASE WHEN DUMP(START_TIME) = 'Typ=12 Len=7: 100,99,255,255,0,0,0' THEN END_TIME ELSE START_TIME END AS START_TIME
FROM etc. -

Same machine - many MAC and IP addresses. How can this happen?
Both my machines show (on WakeonLan) as having more than one IP address and MAC address. This resulted yesterday in my wife's Windows laptop which had a fixed ip address not working because the IP address had recently been adopted by the iMac.
How can this happen please and can I clean it up?

I am trying to run Windows and Mac OS on my brand new MacBook Pro. I need to be able to boot to either one. I don't need a lot of hard drive space for the Windows OS. However, the software discs I own for Windows are 32 bit install. Is there a way to run this with what I have? I have the new MacBook 13 in. with retina display. 2.6Ghz i5 with 8GB RAM and 512 GB PCIe Hard drive.

I think you should take it back to the Geeks and tell them what you want, I also think you should backup before you do.
You do not need to reformat or repartition, you need to reinstall Windows from a 64bit copy, 32 & 64 have identical requirements as far as partition and format go, defragmenting has nothing at all to do with your needs. -
I'm working in Pages 4.1. I want to add text to a header but for it to appear only on that page in stead of duplicating itself on all pages of the document. Can this be done?

I've had several pinned apps, tab groups etc that always reappeared when I closed and opened Firefox. I always had history stored without a problem.
Today I opened Firefox, and my pinned apps, tab groups, and history were all gone, and the option to Clear history when Firefox closed was checked. I did NOT do that. How could that happen? I definitely need to avoid this happening again!!

I see in your list that you have some Norton extensions (toolbars) installed that could cause it, but others may do this as well.

PDF Created in LifeCycle 7.0 does not save as a PDF. Can this happen?

I've recently created a PDF document in Adobe LifeCycle Designer 7.0 to keep my office organized. I chose to make a fillable document because doing this in Word would be quite a hassle.
When the PDF is opened in Adobe Reader it only allows me 2 options: 1. to print the document and 2. to e-mail the document. These options are nice, but I'd really like to save the file so that I can return to it and make updates.
Is this even possible?
MReader can't save a filled-in form unless it is reader-extended. You can do this, subject to 500 user limits that you can see in the EULA, with the reader-extensions capability that is in Acrobat Pro in versions 8-10. Since I assume that you got designer with Acrobat, this should be pretty easy to find. If you have problems or are working with another Acrobat version, just note that in yor reply to the post.
