SaxParseException message problem

Question

I try to validate my xml file with its schema ... The xml file is not valid and a SaxParseException is throwed
(all is ok)
but this exception message is :
cvc-complex-type.2.4.b : Le contenu de l�l�ment '{0}' est incomplet. Il doit correspondre � '{1}'
(Parameters aren't replaced by their value)
I use a DOM parser : org.apache.xerces.parsers.DOMParser
and an ErrorHandler that implements org.xml.sax.ErrorHandler
I indicate I want the xml file to be validated by this way :
     static final String VALIDATION_FEATURE =
     "http://xml.org/sax/features/validation";
     static final String SCHEMA_VALIDATION_FEATURE =
     "http://apache.org/xml/features/validation/schema";
parser.setFeature(VALIDATION_FEATURE,true);
     parser.setFeature(SCHEMA_VALIDATION_FEATURE,true);
parser.setProperty(SCHEMA_NO_NAMESPACE_LOCATION_PROPERTY,schema)
where schema is the absolute path to my schema File that looks like this :

I tried with others DOM parsers and I had the same problem
