Search criteria in iweb for podast to be found when searchin for podcast

hello, i have created a video podcast titled mbj's music videos podcast..
im i search podcast in itunes using "music videos" the podcast does not appear? if i search mbj it does appear...but the web address when you go to visit website has a real strange address...any comments?

Short of changing the series title of your Podcast to different keywords, I don't think there is anything you can do in iWeb to control this in iTunes.

Classes not found when compiling for jdk1.3.1_01 on red hat 7.2

I have just installed jdk1.3.1_01 (rpm) on linux red hat 7.2
I have written a small program to test, however, the compiler isn't able to locate the classes.

When compiled it generates the error:

I have the path and classpath set to what I think are the correct directory paths.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Sorry, typo in the classpath... but now when I compile
I get error: "segmentation fault" then nothing else.
This also happens when I execute a precompiled app (eg
"java OldApp").This is to do with GLIBC-2.2, I believe. :/ (Pointed out by Niteen. :)
"ulimit -s 2048" should fix this. Adding this line to /etc/profile or your ~/.profile shall automatically run this command every log in.

From todayâs customer assignment I extract the following recipe â for BC4J, JSP and Struts:
Suppose that on the FindPage of our JHeadstart generated JSP application we would like to add one or more search-criteria that are not directly bound to ViewObject attributes. For example in the context of the ALS application: the FindBookPage contains a field labeled AuthorFirstName. Here, the user may enter the firstname of an author. The application should now only return books in the result set that have at least one contributing author whose firstname matches the one entered by the end-user. The ViewObject underlying the Bookpages does not contains Authorships and Author information. A direct query on this ViewObject can not make use of the AuthorFirstName property. Of course, when no value is entered in this field, the query should not look for authors at all!
When a value for AuthorFirstName is provided, an additional piece of where-clause should be activated that looks from the ALS_BOOKS table via the ALS_AUTHORSHIPS table in the ALS_AUTHORS table. Now how are we going to do that?

Maintaing model's search criteria

What is the best strategy/place to maintain the search criteria of a
model ?
My interpretation, in the context of the "RetrievingModel" interface,
is that the "retrieve" method is responsible for getting the
information from a datasource (database, EJB, etc.).
If the above assumption applies, then:
- the "retrieve" method needs to pass the search criteria to the data
source.
- the model is responsible for maintaining search criteria between
calls (posts/navigation through the model data).
PS: I use a BeanAdapterModel class as model because I want to be able
to change the datasource from a database to EJB's.

(Even our QueryModels don't do this yet.) To do this, you will need to
derive an execution context subclass that has slots for this information,

Otherwise, you can simply set the search criteria on the model directly, if
you don't mind using the type of the model directly.

automatically called back at the end of the request, where you can do things

A different approach might be to consider the View as the arbiter of the
seach criteria. This would lend itself to using page session more easily,
if you needed to be sure to keep search criteria isolated per page
rendering.

Compilation Error for import classes not found in generated Proxy Class

We are generating java classes for the COM dll using JCOM com2java compiler.
We are getting a compilation error for import class not found when compiling the
generated Proxy java source code. It can't find the com.bea.jcom.Dispatch class that
the generated Proxy java source code extends. It also can't find com.bea.jcom.Variant
or com.bea.jcom.Param. These are interfaces or data types or classes used by COM
library.
I added weblogic.jar to my class path and the only Dispatch class i found inside
the weblogic.jar is com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch;
We have com objects for which we want to develop an EJB client to interface with
the COM object using JCOM with Native Mode disabled.
Any help on the compilation error..I tried changing the extends for Dispatch to com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch
but the other errors are still there.
To begin with, I think the generated code should not refer to any of the COM data

Using 'getClasses' for reflection / introspection - not found in Jdev

Hi people,
I am using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.0.4 and I am trying to use some of java's reflection / introspection features.
- I am trying to use the getClasses method, part of the 'Class' class.
However, Jdeveloper is telling me 'method not found.' The getClass method
is found OK, but not getClasses, which looks like a standard method in 'Class' in the java doc. Anyone know how to pull this one in ? I am coding import java.lang.Class; explicitly as well.
Specifically, my need is to determine, at runtime, a list of the lowest-level 'leaf node' subclasses in a specific class inheritance tree. I reckon I should be able to do this with a recursive routine that uses getClasses on each class; when this returns an empty array I know I am at a lowest-level subclass. However it's failing on the first hurdle -

array_of_classes = myHouse.getClasses();
-> method getClasses not found in <current package.class>
on a similar vein, I tried adding
import java.lang.reflect;
- this gives java.lang.reflect not found.

Finder crashes when "looking for networks" - workaround that helps

I've read through most of the messages about finder crashes, but what's going on in my case I haven't seen. As I have a work around, I thought I should post.
If for whatever reason the wireless connection pauses or gets interrupted (for example, by closing the lid), the finder hangs in the process of "looking for networks." Most of the time I can still pull up the dock -- the spinning beach ball only clicks in if I mouse over the top menu bar. Sometimes (but not always) I can quit open applications through the dock before I have to do a hard reset.
My workaround is this: I turn wi-fi off before I close the lid. When I open the lid, I wait a short time -- 30 seconds, about -- and turn the wireless back on, and this way I can avoid the finder crashing. If the wi-fi pauses for some other external reason, when "looking for networks" starts up, the finder will hang again.
It's way past time that Apple coughs up a permanent fix, but this might help somebody who's having the same problem. And maybe somebody has a better workaround, in which case, I'd love to hear about it.

This is not recommended. The install disks that come with specific Mac models do not necessarily install the same things or do all the error checks that the retail Leopard installer disk does. Log in to your account, and move all your files to your home folder. No other users should be able to access them there and they won't show up with a Spotlight search.
Make sure your kids' account(s) do not have admin privileges.

BAdi for Search Criteria in IC

if you want to use your badi to search a object you have to use as a search bol object BuilHeaderSearchNew. If you are using BuilHeaderSearch(sap standard) it's not working.
You can define to use the BuilHeaderSearchNew in spro->CRM->INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC Solution->Utility Industries->Setting for User Interfaces->Identification->Define Identification Profiles. Choose your z-profile and in the row Search By BP select the value BuilHeaderSearch. Check if it saves your value, becouse we had a problem with this.
Or you can use table crmc_iu_md_prof to enter the value BuilHeaderSearchNew directly for your z-profile.

Search criteria for insert/update bdoc

Hi All,
In our set up we have ecc to crm replication of BP. If one goes and checks the extension data of a stuck bdoc it has an Object Task- Insert or Update.
Can someone help me with search criteria so that i can pull out bdocs which have an Insert as the Object task ??
We have search criteria for errored/intermediate state bdocs; for inbound vs outbound; bdoc type etc etc..
Need one based on Insert/Update Task so that any new data replication if stuck with its very first bdoc( Insert type) can be immediately queried.

I do not think that we have such a search criteria to search for BDocs based on the Task Type, which comes under the
data part of the BDoc.
One alternative way is to find out in which table these data gets stored and write a program to fetch the revelent Bdocs.

i have come across problem in sap CRM 7.0 web ui,
it goes here....
when a user opens a webui page and goes to "account management" work center page under "search" work center link group... he selects "accounts"(or contacts or account plan)... there in search criteria fields..(account id,role,country etc ) drop down list is not working for him...he can only see only which is maintained as default but if wants to change it by drop down list selection it is not possible...for me it is working ..can u please suggest what is missing in his case..?
if it is authorization issue please tell which object should i check..?

After updating to 4.0 my library card numbers and my search criteria are no longer be saved. Is there a way for Firefox to save this information?

Before updating to 4.0 I could do library searches and my previous searched criteria was saved as was my library card number. Now these items are no longer being saved.

Has anyone else noticed that iBooks search does not find all information that should be located for a specific search criteria?

I am converting a novel to ePub format. I am currently in the process of adding "end notes" to the book. Each will have a flag embedded at the proper spot in the various chapters that is coded as "[See End Note xx]" where xx is a one or two digit number. Each of the flags has those words surrounded by the HTML that links the flag to the proper end note at the back of the book.
To verify that I have indeed inserted correctly each end note, I copy the book's epub file from my desktop PC to the iPad. I then do a search in iBooks to locate each occurance of "[See End Note" or just "End Note". I should see each of these flags listed. Last night it would list all of them except "[See End Note 28]"! If I did a search for "28", it would appear.
I then copied just the flag itself ("[See End Note 28]") without the associated linkage HTML to the back of the document, and placed the copy just in front of the paragraph that contains it. Neither of the two flags were found.
I then duplicated just the flags for end notes 27 and 29 which the search function had located. I placed the copies surrounding the copied flag for 29. The result was as follows in the text of the book:
[See End Note 27]
[See End Note 28]
[See End Note 29]
Although 27 and 29 were still being shown in their normal places, none of the above three inserted (test) flags was displayed by the search!
It seemed that the iBooks search goes through part of the book, but cannot take the whole book in one piece. It then continues, but leaves a gap that is not scanned per the search criteria. To test that theory, I removed the entire text of several chapters that did not contain any end notes. I then loaded this modified copy of the book into the iPad. When I ran a search using "End Note", all of the flags (including the special test flags) were displayed. The list included the "missing" "[See End Note 28]" that cannot be found if the all of the chapters have their text!
I shall be calling Apple in a few minutes to again attempt to get the apparent "bug" (aka design or coding flaw) removed such that it does not
impact the ability of the iPad to be a useful tool.

Not all movie studio signed up to the agreement with Apple to allow redownloading of movies, only those that did will have their movies available in the purchased section of iTunes.
