When I'm reviewing my apple and billing information, I used a debit card information. After entering all the correct informations including security code, It's showing an error in security code. I tried so many times but no use. Please help me out

Not on that account if you don't have a credit card.     2.  you can reset the passcode by contacting your phone carrier.  usually means you have a voicemail.

  • Issues with iTunes Match on iPhone

    I am having some frustrating issues with iTunes Match and my iPhone 4 iOS 5.
    1) When using cellular data (3G), the songs simply do not play from the music app. It works fine when connected to wifi.
    Under settings, cellular data has been enabled for use in the music app.
    2) iTunes match constantly switches off spontaneously on iPhone. I need to go back to the settings to enable it every single time I use the app.
    I feel that iTunes Match was a total waste of money, considering the only reason I invested in it was to have my library accessible from my iPhone.
    Any help would be much appreciated!

    iTunes match doesn't work like that and if you don't like it then your best option is to turn it off and go back to syncing. However if you make sure that your device has a good Wi-Fi connection, re-downloading all your content shouldn't really be a big issue.

    "Security code"?  you seen to mean the iTunes Store password.  "correct three number code" - the passworkd can't be "3 numbers" - This is the minimum requirments for an Apple ID password:
    "Your password must be at least eight characters long. It must contain at least one number and two letters, one upper case and one lower case. It cannot include three consecutive and identical characters. It cannot be the same as your Apple ID or be any password you have used in the past year."
    If you mean the "security code" of your credit card, make sure your address was entered correctly unsing USPS specifications

    Due to an issue with my computer, I am forced to buy my songs from my iPod Touch. But when I try to purchase new songs, I get a message saying I need to enter my billing info and it takes me to a screen that says I need to insert my security code, and when I do, it says the number I put in is invalid.

    I am having the exact same issue. The card in the system is the same card I have been using for the past year. Nothing has changed. Live in the same place. Have the same name. Card is the same. I have been able to download songs and apps and books for the past year. About a week ago it started telling me I had an invalid security code but when I tried to enter the code it keeps telling me it is invalid.I called the support line and they told me that a lot of other people are reporting the same issue but that the only two fixes that they have been given are not working for people. They emailed instructions to select "none" as the payment method but there is not a "none" option. I tried de-selecting the "use this card" box and that did not work either. After a while on the phone trying different things the system comes back with a message that "Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." At that point he told me he could no longer help me. ugggghhhhh.

    To troubleshoot this issue where you're not seeing the entire keyboard in iTunes on your iPhone, please force close the iTunes app and then reset your iPhone.

  • Cannot rent & buy a movie from Apple TV but no problem on MAC iTunes_ Security Code issue

    I cannot rent or buy movies from Apple TV while my credit card details are correct and exactly the same as on iTunes. I am getting a security code request it's 3 digits but doesn't go further unless i insert 4 digits... as a result I get an invalid security code error...

    When you view the main page on the Apple TV and select the movies option you should see the rental on the top shelf. There is also a rental section at the top of the page once you enter the movie section.

  • Security Code Issues!

    So there has been nothing wrong with my account. Ever. I've been make occasional purchases everynkw and then, no problem right? Well today every time I try download an app or song (free or not) it sends me to my billing information where it tells me I need to put in my security code. It's never asked me to do this before but I put it in anyways and it tells me it's invalid. I try a few more times, still nothing. So I check my bank account and have plenty of money and I went back to my billing information and tried again and it still tells me it's an invalid security code. This all just came up out of the blue so I don't have any clue what to do.

    This happened to me once. Turns out, my card had some problems. Check with the bank. Have you used your card to purchase anything in real life? Also, make sure the complete code is correct, not just the security code.

    You can change the number on a trusted device as follows:

  • Playback issues with iTunes Match on iPhone 4 (iOS 5.0.1)

    I'm running into several odd issues when playing songs on my iPhone with iTunes Match enabled. The problems I've experienced are:
    A song partially plays, then skips to the next song.
    Sometimes songs will not pause, pause after a 2-3 second delay, or pause, then start playing again when I press the pause button.
    Sometimes there is a 3-5 second delay when playing songs that have already been downloaded.
    Sometimes a song will play distorted, it just sounds like static.
    Once, I pressed play on my iPhone and it just started playing random songs, some that had not even been downloaded before.
    A few times, when I pressed play on already downloaded songs, nothing happened.
    Now, some notes about these problems I've been having: I have a mix of matched, uploaded, and purchased songs. I haven't found a pattern as far as the type of songs that any of the issues occur with. With problem 1, I can kind of understand this happening if the song hasn't completely downloaded, but this happens even for songs that I've downloaded. It doesn't always skip the song in the same place and I can even go right back to the same song and play it all the way through again with no problems. With problem 2, it seems like maybe I'm just being impatient here, however, I'm not sure why there's a delay when these are downloaded songs and the artwork has already been downloaded. Sometimes if I just wait about 10-15 seconds it will finally start playing, but again, that seems odd since I've already downloaded the song. Problem 2 and 3 are kind of similar. I've noticed that sometimes when this happens that I can see the "network processing" indicator in the status bar, but sometimes not. It's a little odd to see my iPhone going out to the network to play a song that I have already downloaded and have the artwork (assuming metadata as well) for the song. Problem 4 has happened just a few times, but usually happens immediately after I unpause the song or start playing a song. Again, I can go back and play the same song normally and have played the same song before previously. Once, it caused the Music app to just crash entirely. Not much to say about problem 5 other than I checked shuffle and it was off. Just a little odd. Not much to say about problem 6 either other than it hasn't happened in a few weeks now.
    Sorry for the wall of text, but it just seems that there are a bunch of odd issues going on that I haven't seen anyone else have aside from problem 1. I've already tried turning iTunes Match off and on. I've deleted all songs twice. I haven't jailbroken my phone or anything. I can't find a pattern because it happens with matched, purchased, and uploaded songs. Sometimes it will happen to 1 song, I will try it again some other time on the same song. I listen to music for about 6 hours a day using WiFi and at least one of these problems happens about every 2 days.
    Aside from the problems I've been having, the service is great. I do understand it's fairly new and even with all of that, I still think the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for just $25.
    I'm lost, though. Anyone have any ideas?

    When I went to restore my phone, I may have found the cause of these problems. I never deleted all of my original synced songs before enabling iTunes Match.
    When I just went to do the restore, I figured I'd delete all of my songs, then disable iTunes Match. After deleting about 3.5 GB of music and disabling iTunes Match, I ran the sync to backup my iPhone. It said there was still 2.2 GB of music. I checked my phone just in case and there was 2.2 GB there, probably the original synced songs that I never removed.
    Anyway, I'm doing the restore now just in case and will respond tomorrow with how everything is working.

  • Having issues with iTunes syncing to iPhone 5...

    Both are up to date, iPhone has 7.0.4 and iTunes 11.1.3. Not all of my songs will sync onto my phone, only 63 out of about 500. Anyone else having this issue? Or solved it? Ahhhhh so frustrating!!! I've tried
    -Turning off my find iPhone
    -Selecting playlists instead of syncing all songs, all songs on playlist still don't show up
    -Restarting phone
    -Restarting my Mac
    -And doing these in about every order you can think of for the past 3 hours
    Help!

    So I had the same problem with what you are having except I have an Iphone 4S but heres what i did to resolve.
    1) Check the box for manually manage your music
    2) Uncheck all songs you want.
    3) Sync
    4) Check all songs you want, after the 1st sync
    5) Sync again but this time with all the music you want checked
    6) Now your inforamtion bar for the GB reading will be weird, dont worry about it. After the sync check all songs on your phone. All should be playable.

    Domain Wide Security Settings > Anonymous Admin Lookup Enabled
    The above checkbox is disabled. When i enabled, it worked. I talked to my company "Security" folks and they do not allow this checkbox to be enabled. they are saying fix your code problem......

    I have a couple of UltraViolet digital copies, when I click redeem on Itunes I only get the option to redeem a gift card. I tried entering the UV redemption code to see if it would work but it does not, both movies and Itunes account are from the US. Itunes version 11.0.2. Any advice?

    You get only one download of a movie per purchase, so you need to move the movie from your old computer yourself. See:
