Send/Receive issue- third time in one week

I've been having the same issue for the past week with my phone sending and receiving emails. 
The first time, I had "No Service" for over a day and finally took the battery out and it was okay except for the receiving emails part.
The second time, I called the T-Mobile support line and they walked me through the process and everything worked smoothly.
Yesterday and this morning, same issue.  I couldn't send or receive.  So I took the battery out, resent service books and now everything is fine.
My concern is that this is the third time in one week that this has happened.  When I spoke with the rep, he said there didn't seem to be any network issues.  At first he thought there was a server issue because I'm from the west but now live in the midwest and my phone still "operates" on the west coast network (if you will) but there didn't seem to be any issues out there. 
Has anyone else ever experienced this issue this often?  Any recommendations on additional steps I should take opposed to always taking the battery out and resending service books, etc.?

As far as I know, Outlook 2010 allow up to 5 Exchange accounts to be configured in a single mail profile by default. But the limit can be changed up to 15 accounts by adding a registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Exchange
DWORD: MaxNumExchange
Value: a number between 1 and 15
Please try adding this key and let me know the result.

  • Send/receive issue after adding too many additional mailboxes

    Hello Everyone,
    I am trying to solve a problem with Outlook 2010, together with Exchange 2007 (SBS 2008 server). I am not sure if I should post this in the Exchange forum, or the Outlook 2010 section.
    The inbox (or actually all folders) are not updating when I add too many additional mailboxes via Account Settings>More Settings>Advanced Tab.
    When i keep it down at 4 mailboxes, all seems fine. When I add a fifth mailbox, it no longer syncs automaticly. The user has to manually select send/receive in order to receive mail.
    What i tried:
    1) Fixing OST
    2) Removing OST, create a new one.
    3) Create a new outlook profile
    4) Tried /cleanviews and /safe switches
    5) Checked all Office updates
    6) Tried different Send/receive group configurations (altough it is to my understanding this should not apply for Exchange)
    7) Disabling cache (not an option, outlook crashes a couple of minutes because of the large size of the additional mailboxes)
    8) Disabling "Download Shared Folders" in Account Settings>More Settings>Advanced Tab
    Could anyone assist with this problem? Thanks in advance!

  • EDI message is not sending to the third party for one particular SA

    DearAll,
                   We have the scenario to send the schedule lines to the third party system. for one particular schedule agreement schedule lines not sending to the third party system.
    while processing the messgae it is giving the error as "Message XEDI already processed on 20110317 070042"
    What could be the reason?.. we have checked all the EDI settings maintained for this supplier. some two weeks back there is no problem now only getting this message.
    how to resolve this?..

    Thanks a lot for the help. I have tried with removing the xml namespace, still the same result. I believe, the problem is with MTs tag in response message structure, bank xml data is trying to map with the response structure in PI, but when its finding the MTs tag I believe then its not mapping, and directly its passing the response in SXMB_MONI without any mapping.
    My question is how can I define my response structure without the MTs tagm, I mean same as what I am receiving from bank.
    Also I tried with without any mapping in response structure, I mean I used only one Message type for "response from bank" to "response to ECC" , without xml namespace, in this case I am able to receive the response in ECC, but there is exception called "PARSE_APPLICATION_DATA Error during XML => ABAP
    conversion: Response Message; CX_ST_MATCH_ELEMENT in " while receiving response, and when I go and see the logs, it says "System expected element 'MT_Response_MT940_Test'" , as its try to match with the defined structure in PI.
    Please experts help me, so my question is how can I avoid the MTs tag in my response structure, I just want to define my response structure in PI same as bank is sending me the data in xml tag, without any MTs tag.

    iTunes 11.0.4.4
    QuickTime 7.7.4
    FairPlay 2.4.14
    Apple Application Support 2.3.4
    Using Outlook 2010, pop email addresses, if I edit a email in the outbox, it will get stuck there and not send. No errors. However, when i disable the iTunes outlook com add-in, it works as it should.
    There is a bug in iTunes & Outlook 2010.

    Did he forward emails to his phone with Outlook rules?
    Did he get any error message or the outgoing emails just stuck in Outbox?
    Can he send/receive emails from web access? If not, please contact the user’s ISP to help resolve the problem.
    If web mail works fine, we can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue on Outlook side:
    1. Please check if Outlook shows Disconnect on the bottom of the Window. Hold Ctrl key and right click on the Outlook icon on the tray, click Connection Status to check if your email account is disconnected.
    2. If the user installed any security programs, please temporarily turn off them to check the result.
    3. Try to reset Send/Receive settings to check the result. To do this, go to
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\
    Locate the <profilename>.srs file and rename it to
    <profilename>.old and restart Outlook to check the result.
    4. If above not working, please try to create a new mail profile and setup the email account in the new profile to check the result.

    When my client leaves for the day and his computer is idle his outlook 2010 Professional Plus stops sending/receiving.  Because of this NONE of his emails get forwarded to his phone when he is away from his computer.  I've spent HOURS trying

  • Time Intervals - one week from today

    I need to create a time interval that picks today's date and then adds 7 more days.  Essentially, I want one week's worth of data from today.  I will, eventually, have a date picker for the user and pass the date through the query. 
    I have an interval set up that I thought was easy and straight forward, but when I test this query, I get this error "Unable to parse start or end dates, invalid date format"
    How can I do this?

    Call this query template in the BLS.
    Go to the Link editor, For the Param.1 Link the funtion datenow. It will pick the current system date. Date now function will give you the date in xml format. Change this by using dateformat( datetime, fromformat, toformat )
    datetime - datenow
    fromformat - "MM-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss"
    to format - Change this to the required format.
    In the Param.2
    Link this function
    dateadddays( datestart , amount )
    date start - today date
    amount -7

  • Send/Receive issues after update

    I updated to 3.1
    Phone will sometimes refuse to complete calls, and receive incoming calls.
    It also refuses to send/receive text messages.
    The only fix is complete restart.
    It has happened at least once a day.
    Anyone else have this issue? Or know a way to fix this other than to wait for Apple to release a new update?

    Yes, I receive text messages delayed, and my outgoing messages sometimes fail.

  • N97 mini Email Send receive Issues

    hey, got a new N97 Mini
    I set up emails, the sync sometimes works recently I click Send Receive and it does nothing.
    I sent a test email to my account and it is not showing up
    I have it set up to sync every 15 minutes, all day
    Current Connection Info is
    Connection mode: offline mode
    Connection Status: Connection inactive
    Last sync: 8/4/2010 8.59 (it is now 14.02)
    The sync was successful
    Access Point is set to "internet"
    My internet settings are
    1: Home Wireless
    2: Work Wireless (I am at work)
    3: Contract WAP
    I tried changing the priority so the Contract WAP is first and nothing.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello, I have three email addresses:  Mobileme, Roadrunner and Gmail.
    Sending email to/from any of these addresses from my iphone 4s is 100% received on my mac - but only 50% received on my iphone.
    Sending email to/from any of these addresses from my macbook pro is 50% received on my mac and only 20% received on my iphone.
    This started about a week ago - it seems right around the time I did a software update on my iphone. 
    Sent from iphone:
    All mobile me emails sent from my iphone are received on the macbook but only half are received on the iphone.
    All roadrunner emails sent from my iphone are received on the macook but none are received on the iphone
    All gmail emails sent from my iphone are received on the macbook, but only half are received on the iphone
    Sent from macbook pro:
    None of the roadrunner emails sent from the macbook pro are received on the iphone or the macbook pro - none.
    All of the mobile me emails sent from the macbook pro are received on the macbook pro, but only half are received on the iphone
    Half of the gmail emails sent from the macbook pro are received on the macbook pro, but none of those are received on the iphone.
    Can anyone offer any suggestions on what could possibly solve this problem?  Thank you in advance.

    Fixed it. Changed the connection type from Internet to WAP services

  • June 28 and 29 Email Outage and send/receive issues

    Starting about 4:00 PM EDT I started getting errors when I tried to get emails from the verizon server. The outgoing emails seem to be getting through and I can receive emails on my other account. The error message says:
    Server mail.verizon.net protocol POP3 Server Response -ERR [SYS/TMP] Service temporarily unavailable, Port 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server Error 0x800CCC90, Error Number 0x800CCC92.
    When the request times out there is an error message requesting username and password, but entering them does not help. The popup message to repair email goes into Verizon In-Home Agent which is less than useless because it reports that it cannot obtain an internet connection and asks about resetting the wireless router. That's when it works at all. Sometimes the application just hangs up and I have to close the window.
    If this IS a temporary interruption I wish there would be a web page where status could be seen and updated when service is restored.

    My dowloaded films stopped after a while and disappeared from Video. How come can this happen?

    I cant explain it but this bizarre "fix" works many times if your videos "disappear". I have passed this on to a number of people and it has worked for them. You can try it if you like.
    Go to your home screen and swipe to the right to bring up the spotlight search feature. Type in the name of the movie that you were watching. If the movie appears in the search, tap on it to begin playing. If it plays, let it go for a few minutes and then hit the done button to stop it. Then go back to the Videos App and see if the movies and TV shows have reappeared.

  • Outlook 2013 send & receive is very slow or freezes

    Hello. I recently purchased Office 2013 to install on my new laptop at the beginning of February. Everything was working fine up until a couple weeks ago. I am having issues in Outlook 2013, specifically I am not getting emails or when I send
    emails they show as being sent but the customer never receives them. I have 2 email accounts setup and both are scheduled to automatically send and receive every 1 minute but even if I hit send & receive manually nothing works. Eventually the send/receive
    window will open and freeze, showing "processing" or that there are 60 minutes left in trying to receive a message! I have never had an issue like this before and I need it to be fixed so I can continue to communicate with my customers! Please help!

    Does it throw any error code? Make sure the internet/network doesn't have any issues? Check whether the same mailboxes can be accessed in their webmail interfaces (say, OWA) and see you don't face any send/receive issues with that?
    Do check whether you can repro the issue by opening Outlook in safe mode or not (Outlook.exe /safe)? If issue is not reproduced, then I would suspect one of the Outlook add-in may be causing this above issue.

  • Lync 2013 breaking Outlook send/receive

    We have Office 2010 64bit and Lync 2013 64bit
    When we install Lync, users Outlook stops syncing.  They have to manually click Send/Receive a few times to get it to work, or rebooting the computer a few times to get Outlook working again.
    Are there any known issues?
