Sending a 3DES encrypted zip file as one fields in the SOAP request xml.

Dear All,
We have a requirement to
- to create a text file, after mapping and content converisons, out of an IDoc xml file,
- zip this file
- encrypt this file using 3DES
- send this encrypted file as one of the tags of an xml request file to a webservice
Could one of you please help me with any pointers to how we can do this, mainly on how to send the encrypted zip file as one of the tags of an xml file?
Please write back to me if you need more details/clarity on my query.

That's a kernel panic and indicates some sort of problem either with the computer's hardware or software. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on diagnosing kernel panics. It would help to post the panic log: Mac OS X- How to log a kernel panic.
Meanwhile, try booting the computers into Safe Mode then restarting normally. If this is simply a disk repair or cache file problem then this may fix it.
You can also try creating a new admin account on each computer then booting into the new account. This would help determine if the problem is related to a bad file in the user accounts.

Panagon and MGETDOC Application:open a doc, the doc goes to .zip file instead of going to the doc directly

Application: FileNet content SG (Panagon) and MGETDOC(Web application)
Issue: when open a doc, the doc goes to .zip file instead of going to the doc directly. Only this issue happens for .xlsx,docs and pptx document.
Note: On all client machine, we are using office 2007 and IE8 browser
Cause: On 16<sup>th</sup> July 2013, . Net framework 4.5 is install on all our GI-D desktop machines. There after the issue is started .
Application Background: Applications built on .net framework 1.1 and it can support up to 4.0 version on client machine to view the documents through panagon and MGETDOC application. Panagon (Filenet content services) is
not supported in .net framework 4.5 and above.
Work around: After I had troubleshooting and tested with one of our system which has .net framework 4.5, IE8 does not support with HTML5 and tested with IE9 and Chrome, documents were able to open successfully.
I had removed .Net framework 4.5 uninstalled and able to open the documents w/o any issue. And also we had give the work around as if the doc goes to zip file, they open the doc by removing the . zip extension and they can save it as .xlsx or docx file and
they can able to open file.

Presumably you're using Safari?
You can change that in Safari Preferences (at least in 5.0.3, might be different in 5.1.x)
The checkbox at the bottom will do that for you. However! I strongly advise against permitting that; there have been, and no doubt will be again, malware that uses that to bypass authentication.
Just select Desktop as the default download location so you don't have to dig for the files.

Puttin the name of the file in one tag of the xml message

does anybody kowns how to put the name of the file in one tag of the xml message in the adapter, without using a java mapping to get the file name.

You can use ASMA( Adapter Specific Message Attributes) for acccessing the file name, along with Dynamic Configuration. You can follow the following blog for that. If you do not want to use the same file name for the reciever, dont select the File Name check box.

I want to copy a log file from one server to the other server , the database is Maxdb and i don't know how to do it. I want to do it through command prompt, (set of commands required) the front end tool which we are using is DBM ( database manager). Please help.

Basically, the process is of log shipping. Transferring logs from DC to DR system.
For that, you can check HowTo - Standby DB log shipping - MaxDB - SCN Wiki
This is script based. I have not done it but the idea remains the same.

Binding is the linking of data from one container to the other for making data available all across the workflow.
But you can get values from one container to another container like this
Container(Con)
1. WF Con to Role, Wf con to task con, Wf con to event
and
2. Event con to wf con, task con to wof con
and
3. Method con to task con
and
4. Task con to method con
So, we don't have direct possible binding from task con to task con.

In BDCs, after adding one field to the screen, which one is the better proc

My client requirement In BDCs, after recording the legacy data by using MM01, After some time adding one field to the screen, How can we record the for the new field.
If any one knows pls help me total process.

Identify the screen in which this new field is added and simply add one more line to add the bdc record for this field in that screen.
If the screen is also entirely new, then you have to identify the previous screen, the okcode to go to this new screen and finally the next screen and the okcode to go to the next screen along with the field BDC record.
I don't think it is necessary to redo all the recording as long as you can follow the existing code.

Sending the SOAP request back in the SOAP response

I have a requirement in which I need to update a database from the information I receive in a SOAP request. Now my database will respond back with the number of records that are updated. Now I need to send back a SOAP response which should have the details that I received in the SOAP request.
Can anyone help me on how to send the SOAP request details back in the SOAP response again? I don't want to use a BPM to do this. Also I know that I can use a select statement to get the records that are updated in my response mapping program. Any options other than these?

I do have exactly the same need, just with the difference that I'm sendind data from JDBC as sender and RFC as receiver, the RFC receive an ID fot example and return some data as a response and I want to update the DB with that response but I dont know how to merge the ID from the request and the data from the response in order to send it back and update the DB. I'm willing to do it with BPM but I don't know how to keep the request and the response and then merge them into the new message that will be sent to the JDBC, can you give me some specific steps?

There was a discussion last year (https://discussions.apple.com/message/12429143) saying that there were none at the time, but I'm hoping for some progress since then. GoodReader, Filer LIte, and USB Disk Pro all failed to read files encrypted with either algorithm. Thanks,

Sending Downsized Images to Zip File Problems

I use Adobe Elements 5.0 and have been uploading images to the organizer for a couple of years without problems, until just recently. Here is how the process used to work. When images are uploaded they are saved to a new file folder under C drive/ Public Photos/ specific folder with date and subject matter; I fix the images in adobe then go to the specific folder and create a subfolder within that folder called "downsized". I then use Adobe to "process multiple files" and downsize for purposes of sending to Pbase. Once the files have been downsized the images end up in the specifc folder, inside the downsized subfolder. I then rt click and select "send to" 'compressed (zip) folder'. From there I would open Pbase and upload the zipped folder to a new gallery.
Recently everything has been fine until I get to the send to zip folder. Instead of sending to the familiar yellow zip folder it is being sent to the adobe photoshop editor in the form of the adobe icon. I click on that and it promts me for filename, width, height, resolution and color mode. I am unable to upload this zipped file version to Pbase. Previously, when things were operating correctly, I would have a folder, with a subfolder under that called downsized. Within the downsized folder would be the zipped file for sending to Pbase. Something has happened recently so that I am ending up with a folder, a subfolder called downsized a sub 'folder' under that which is the adobe elements icon and a downsized file under that which is a copy of the downzied photos in the first downsized file. In checking out all of my 100 or so folders all of them have been 'converted" to the same organization pattern. What has happened and how do I fix the problem so that I can send the downsized folder to a zip file for importing to Pbase? Thank you.

You should realize I am just making wild guesses at your problem. And I am assuming you actually have a Microsoft Word document that you are sending. If you do, then following menu options "Insert, Picture, From File..." should work. But if you are just writing out HTML and telling the browser it's actually a Word document, I have no idea.

$ unzip -P Marketintelligence2 file.zip

has anyone of you successfully decrypted a password-protected zip file with pure java code?
if so, please give me some advice or maby some sample code that I can figure out how it works.

sorry, I think I didn't express myself the right way.
the problem is the following:
a zip file is created with winzip and is also encrypted with it. this zip file is the input for the tool that I write. my tool should now be able to decrypt and uncompress all the encrypted files in the zip file.
as far as I know winzip uses different encryption algorithms, so I have no idea where to start.
I have already read about this bouncy castle stuff but didn't bring my any further
