Serial number LR5 lost

Hello,
due to a harddisk issue I recently had to re- install all my programs, including PSE and LR5.
When asked for my licence key, I realised I haven't written that down for LR5.
So I went to My Adobe products but suddenly all the products i ever downloaded don't fugure there.
When checking my mails I found the confirmationmails for LR4, PSE11 and 12 but not for LR5 upgrade which I certainly have ordered and payed for.
Is there a way to recover that serial number in some way since i really would like to continue using LR5?

Presumably you’re not a CC Photography Plan subscriber, right, just the standalone LR5 w/o PS.
If so, then you’ll have to talk to Adobe, directly, probably via Chat to more the Mumbai accented English from the communication.
To get to the chat function you can go to adobe.com, click menu, then learn & support and Contact Support, then jump through the hoops of specifying your issue is with LR , installing and then click Still Need Help and you should see a Chat selection. LR doesn’t afford as much free online support as PS, so if you get to a placed where you’re only offered the Community Forums as the option you’ve made selections that indicate you’re having trouble understanding how to use LR which does not have a free support option, rather than trouble installing it, which Adobe does support for free.

Unless you can locate it via Find My iPhone on another iOS device or http://icloud.com then you won't be able to try and find it and or lock/remotely wipe it - it can't be done via the serial number nor IMEI number. With iOS 7 it should be harder to remove from your account.
If the phone was registered to your account then you should be able to get the serial number from your support profile : https://supportprofile.apple.com/
Or if you still have the packaging or have a backup of your on your computer's iTunes then you can get them from there : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061
You've contacted your carrier ? You should also change your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

I need to download CS5 Design Premium, have serial number but lost disc

Awhile ago I purchased the CS5 Design Premium but have recently moved and can't find the discs. I assume they are either still packed up somewhere or got lost during the move. I got a new computer as well and need to be able to download it. I still have my serial number. Is there a download link you can possibly send me? Thanks.

I would like to install the product I just bought: CS6 Design Standard. My current version is CS5 Master Collection, but due to employee changes we are unable to retreive the serial number. The e-mail address on which the product was registered on does not exist anymore. I also tried requesting a serial number from our system administrator, but the number they replied with does not work. I need the correct serial number to continue installing.

Go to iTunes on the computer you. Normally back up to. Open iTunes click on edit then preferences then the devices tab and hover mouse over the back up your iPhone and it will reveal the info you are looking for

Uninstall the serial-number LR5, the one you have installed, now, then quit the CC Desktop application (gear/quit or right-click quit), then restart the CC Desktop application, which will rescan and see that LR is no longer installed, and will offer LR in the CC Desktop apps list with an Install button next to it, so install that version.

Berndh38291059 what version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you installing? Do you receive any specific error messages?

Adobe offers the tryout for only for the current version, in this circumstances, Photoshop Elements 12 and/or Premiere Elements 12.
You may be looking at an older link which is automatically converting to the latest version. Be that as it may....

I have laptop with OS 7 64-bit so user have not serial number and lost factory CD-s so how I can find original Windows serial number from my computer easily way. On back a little kid damaged a serial number. And when I wrote 7 and upgraded it I have message error like that: YOU HAVE NOT LEGALY WINDOWS....

Serial number that you can find on Windows sticker belongs to preinstalled Win7 that you got with your notebook and cannot be used for other Windows installation.
Sorry but if you want to install some own version you must pay for the licence.
One more thing: Create recovery CD/DVD using preinstalled Toshiba recovery media creator tool. It is very important.

I have recieved a new ipod with a new serial number. i lost my old cd which installs the ipod onto the comp with the new serial number ect. and ofcourse ints not enough to just have the new ipod updater and itunes. HOW do i install the ipod? anybody? how do i get that program?

account from which it was originally installed, or
installing a higher version of the software in a
different user account. (haven't seen a report
strongly suggesting this was going on for a while
with an ipod updater install, but it's been reported
every now and then.)
Just so you know, nothing was done with the original installation, on the original user's account (let's call it UserA. My account, UserB was already in existence when all the software was originally installed to the root directory in C:\programs. Both accounts are administrators. This is getting so frustrating that I think I'll bring my external drive that has all the stuff I want to put onto the Ipod, do it in the office, and that will be that!

Go to the folder it says, and open the .lrreg file with a text editor, like Notepad or Wordpad, and look for the serial number that will be 6 groups of 4 digits beginning with 1160. Don’t post the serial-number here, of course, as this is a public forum.
If you have had more than one LR version on your computer, e.g. LR3 or LR4, there may be more than one serial number to determine, as you’ll need an older serial-number if your LR5 one is an upgrade.
