Service Group is blank after transporting into IST system

Hi All,
We have 2 CE 7.2 systems as DEV and IST which are well connected to NWDI. In DEV NWDI track, we have many WDJava components which consume web services available on DEV system. For these services, we have created a Service Group which has all these services inside it. IN DEV, I have assigned the local system to all these services inside the service group and it works fine.
Then we released all our components to IST system and this service group also got deployed in IST. I configued the service group also in IST to point it to proper system. Then some how after releaseing some new activites, all the references in IST service group are valished but the consumer proxies in IST for these services show they are part of service group.
We released new activity for service group also from Dev to IST but still the service group in IST is blank.
Can anyone explain why this could have happened and any solution for this?

Hello Panda,
Please make sure that all the report elements are collected while transporting, because some elements might have got missed or not collected in the transport request. You can collect the same report again in a new transport and check it.

Replicate the Data source in BI and install the Infosource through BI Content activated and transport them to Test system.

Hi,
1.First transport the data source from R/3 dev to R/3 quality
2.Replicate the data source in BI Quality ( make sure you that in the data source tab, you are searching the data source below the appropriate source system ---otherwise you data source may not appear)
3.goto rsd1in BI development for activataing the info objects which you have added extra in the info source (z info objects )
activate these info objects and collect in another request
4.transport these info objects from BI dev to BI quality
5.transport entire data source to bw quality.

Applet fails to load after loging into the system

I'm developing a web application for playing multi-player games. The game is played in an applet. I've written the applet and all worked well when embeding it in an ordinary jsp page. The problem starts when I try to start the applet as after logging into the system - it doesn't load and in java console I get:

The connection is ok but I figured out that it's not about the logging in.
The applet stops loading when I add jsf to an ordinary jsp page. (in jsp it works fine)

answer is Yes for the STMS and also you need to have a system defined as single type within maintenance cycle you re working in. Solman will be using your tasklist structure to understand which system is supposed to receive the import
Since a couple of stacks it became possible to actually define the role type of system that is supposed to receive the import of TR. I mean by role type the kind of system like you define in STMS when declaring a logical component

Blank page after logged into portal system

Hi,
After logged into our portal system, we are getting blank page with white space. This is not quite common for all users, few users able to view screens at portal systems.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Srinivas,
Looks like the users not seeing anything have roles which does not have any content in them. Take any of these users and look for assigned roles in 'User Administration'. If there is no content assigned to these roles then assign some relevant content, else make these users part of the group that other users seeing content are part of.

the condition doesn't work after the workflow transported to QAS system. the workflow designed has a constraint that only the creation of the document of Type M4 can trigger the workflow, but creation of Type M5 document can also trigger the workflow, could you please tell me the possible reason?

Once Try checking as pavan suggested whether the Customizing requested is transported.
To Maintain Workflow start conditions you can also maintain through SWB_COND and ensure its transported.

Workflow issue after transport to QA system

Greetings,
After transport to QA my workflow does not execute the job I've assigned to my step.
I have a program assigned as a background job in a step that gets triggered by a typical workflow event.
I believe this is the first workflow for their system... and it's definately my first as well.
I can see the workflow executing using the trace.... but my job never runs.
I'm beginning to suspect I need to refresh the workflow buffer... but perhaps it's an authorization issue

First refresh the memory of the workflow to take the new changes ok, transaction SWU_OBUF.
Just to be sure, check the transaction SWU3 and check if everything is OK.
The posible authorization problem is for the User WF-BATCH, so check the authorizations for this user.

Emails show as blank after organising into mailboxes

I have created some mailboxes in mail (ON MY MAC > archive), and moved some emails into those boxes to organise them.
However when I look at the emails, they appear to be blank.
Worse still, I have tried rebilding mailboxes, but when I do that, the emails just disappear from the list in the mailbox
However if I look in the finder at the folders in my library>preferences>mail, all the messages (.emix) seem to be in the correct mailbox and have the body text if I click on them there.
Can anyone help please?

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
A folder window will open. Inside it there should be files with names as follows:
          Envelope Index
          ExternalUpdates.storedata
Move those files to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have longer names that begin as above. Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is damaged and that Mail has to quit. Click OK. Typically, the process takes a few minutes, but it may take hours if you have gigantic mailboxes. In that case, you may be able to speed things up by temporarily adding your home folder to the Privacy list in the Spotlight preference pane. Remove it when Mail has finished importing.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the files you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

After transportation into prod datasource showing under DEV client

I am transporting a cube with data flow before. After successful transportation of the objects Datasource showing is under DEV client not under Prod client.
What might be the problem? Whether Am I missing any steps?

There should be 2 Columns: 1) Orginal Logical system: Here you should enter the Source system's Logical name of BI DEV System( i.e DEV R/3 )
2) Target Source system :Here you should enter the Source system's Logical name of BI Prod System( i.e Prod R/3 )

Page blank after logging into B2B Partnershop

I am facing with an issue, where an Internet user is unable to see the B2B partnershop with the assigned username and password.
He is able to login to the partnershop (where product catalog is present) but just getting a blank page.
Not all users are facing this problem.
Catalog variant is matching with the user language,
Sales Org. is assigned correctly
what might be the possible errors?

I cant use http://localhost:port/useradmin/index.jsp page as it throws me a page not found error.

UNABLE TO IMPORT TRANSPORT INTO QA system.

I am trying to load Transport Request (Customizing) from DEV to QAS.
The Request has been released in DEV system using SE10, But the released request is not showing up in QAS queue.
I have performed all 3 test (TP, Transport Directory etc) , and it does not show any error (All Success).
Central Transport Directory is accessible from both System.
When both DEV , QAS are part of same Transport Route, its not allowing me to import, its not even showing up in the import queue of QAS and even If I try to add the request manually to QAS queue then still it's empty.
Then I went into Transport Route on Domain controller and make it as Single Standard System and then went to QAS import queue and added that request and it shows up then.
How can I correct this issue, what part am I missing.
I already searched the forum, but did not find a solution to this. Need to resolve this soon.

It's depend on the way you configure your transport management system. If you define a consolidation route between DEV-QA, it will come on the QA queue when you release any request from DEV. While generating any request in Dev system what you found as target system SID ? You have to check these things.

BADI not found in QA System after transporting from DEV system

Hi,
I had created a new implementation ZHR_IN_CALC_PTX_AMT to the BADI: HR_IN_CALC_PTX_AMT in the DEV system with Request ID. But when i had transported that request, i am not able to find that BADI implementation in SE18 and SE19 respectively in Quality system.
Please suggest me on this, as this is urgent.

Can you pls repeat the BADI Definition name? I couldn't find HR_IN_CALC_PTX_AMT in SAP versions 4.7, 5.0 and 6.0. Which is the version you use for development?

Local class invisible after transport to test system

Hello,
i face the following strange problem:
I have a local class within another class, and in the development system, i can access this local class via its entry in the object tree in object navigator. My class has a subnode "Local Classes" there, which also has a subnode for my specific local class.
I transported the coding to the test system and it works well there too, but for some reason i cannot see my local class in the se80. The class is apparently transported, the programm works, and if i execute my programm in debugging mode, i can even go through the code lines of the local class, but i can't find it in the se80.
Does anyone know why this happens?

Problem after transport to Quality system

I've done the transport of my SWCV from DEV to QLD and everything works fine. I've check all the components in the IR and ID and make the necessary adjustments. But when i try to realize a test from RW with my interface all that i can get is a red box with an exclamation point inside and above this a red cross line and no message appears in XI monitor. Also i've look at Message monitoring and no message avaiable either for Integration Engine or Adapter Engine. Although when i test my interface in IR using the option Tools/Test configuration I get the following error:

Corrupted pages after transporting

When we transport the page Project Details from our DEV to our QAS portal environment the lay-out is destroyed. After the transport we have to setup the lay-out of the page in the QAS environment manually. Also the difference between hide or display of individual iviews is not transported to the QAS portal.
All described content is standard SAP content from Business Package for Projects 50.3.

We need to activate the process chain after transporting into target systems.
Try to activate once,if any errors were there its going to point at.
Based on that you can re transport the chain again without leaving any objects,
