Service PO is not picking the condition type defined for services

Hi Friends,
I am trying to create a PO for services.. but in conditions tab..the system is picking standard PO pricing procedure. It is not picking the service Pricing procedure MS0000. request your help in understanding the issue.
Also the PO is picking the Standard PO release strategy, but not the release startegy define for service..
thank you.
Kireeti

Hi Kireeti,
Your condition schemes for services probably have been modified. Please check
schemes MS0000 and MS0001 in your customizing. For a correct price
determination it is important that for example condition type PRS
is in the first position, further the settings for the flag
'Condition determined manually' should'nt be altered.
Actually the standard schema looks like:
4 0 PRS Total Price                       X 5
5 1 PRS0 General Price Compon             X
5 3 PRS1 Percentage of Wage               X
5 5 PRS2 Overheads                        X
5 7 PRS3 Misc Price Component             X
13 0 KR01 Header Discount                 X
14 0 KZ01 Header Surcharge                X
Could you please change your schema and retest?.

  • SERVICE ORDER COST IS NOT FLOWING TO CONDITION TYPE EK01 IN SALES ORDER

    hi all,
    My requirement is that the cost incurred in service order should flow to the condition type ek01.
    we will be running the transaction dp90 to calculate the cost for the resources used.
    the cost are getting calculated at service order level but this cost are not flowing to the billing item being generated from dp90 in the billing request.
    the settings that i have made are as follows: I have maintained the condition type ek01in the sales pricing procedure. are there any other settings required by me to make.
    valuable answers will be be rewarded fullpoints.

    Hi prince
    Check out in Control data of Condition Type--PB00..Enter "NO Limitations" in Manual Entries. and check the 'Amout' and 'Value' and 'Delete' so that u can make changes to that condition type in line item in sales order.

  • Picking up  Condition type.

    Hi,
    In our order (It is a Free Sample with 100% discount). There are two condition type Z001 has got access sequence Customer Hierarchy 02/Material whereas the condition type ZSV1 has got Sold-to/Pricing ref. Material/Document Currency. The condition type ZSV1 is picked up though the condition type Z001 has got the valid condition records and the sequence is also met in the SO.
    The Access sequence acts (More specific to Generic) in a particular condition type but is the Access sequence works even in Picking the condition type also. I want to know why the system picked up Condition type ZSV1 instead of Z001.
    Thanks,
    Jans

    hi jans,
    please check the sequence of condition types in which way they are arranged in pricing procedure.
    that means in pricing procedure - the condition type ZSV1 is first and the condition type Z001 might be second.
    please check and confirm

  • Condition type used for scrap

    hi,
    what is the condition type used for scrap in Standard SAP.?Assured points
    Best regards,
    R.Srinivasan

    Dear Srinivasan
    Follow the below process:-
    1)  Go to V/06, either copy the standard or create a new by naming ZTCS and maintain the following:-
    -  Cond. class::::::::::A
    -  Calculat.type::::::::A
    -  Access seq.::::::::::K004
    -  Manual entries:::::::D
    -  Item Condition:::::::X
    -  Text DetPrc::::::::::04
    2)  Again in V/06, create one more condition type (say ZECT) for Edu.Cess on TCS for which the same values can be maintained as like ZTCS
    3)  Go to OV34, create an Account key for TCS, say ZTC and ZET for Edu.Cess
    4)  Go to VK11, input the condition type ZTCS and maintain the required TCS percentage (the combination which you can maintain is for Sales Org / Dis.Channel / Material or as per the requirement demands you).   Similarly, you have to maintain the required percentage for Edu.Cess also in VK11
    5)  Now go to V/08, create a new pricing procedure exclusively for scrap sales and maintain these two condition types there with respective Account Keys
    thanks

  • Price was not picking from the Condition type for Item Category 'P'  in PO

    Hi Experts,
    I Created one condition type based on Material and WBS which price was fixed based on this
    I used the Purchase Order having Item <b>Category ‘P’ or ‘Q’</b> Price should pick from the condition type where I mapped the WBS Element and Material.
    The Net price was not picking from the Condition type Record.  Why? What should be the Problem?
    Whether my logic is correct or not?
    <u><b>
    The Scenario:</b></u> I want to fix the Material price base on each WBS Element for a Project. For each WBS Element the Price will be various for same material.
    Please help on this.
    Thanks
    Muthukumar

    Hi,
    In standard configuration you cannot set item delivery date as a pricing data.
    Maybe you shoud look at SAP enchancement - in dedicated structures you can pass additional item data (structure KOKMP).

  • Tax value is not picked up correctly for the condition type in SO creation

    Hi All,
    I have a issue in Picking up Tax value correctly for the condition type in SO Creation.
    Actual Issue:
    When creating the sales order manually,
    tax value is picked up correctly for one condition type: ISS3.
    When the Sales Order is created via Idoc using the function module 'idoc_input_orders', tax value is not picked for same condition type: ISS3.
    We need to find out why the value for the condition type 'ISS3' is not picked in this way!
    Can anybody solve this issue!
    What can be the reason which is stopping picking up tax value for condition type: ISS3 when Sales Order is created via F.M 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS'! While it picked up the same while creating Sales Order manuallly.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks,
    Deep.

    Hi All,

    I have debugged the issue from WE19 but upto Conditions tab it is picking up tax value but then it is becoming zero again it remains zero after saving SO.
    But Manually tax value is picked up for condition type ISS3 and remains same after saving order.
    I have debugged it several times fro WE19 but not able to find route cause for the issue.

  • Jin1 Condition type not picking the CSt in the ordre or billing.

    We are in ecc 5.0 version.
    When we create a sales order . the order is not picking the cst /lst from the record.
    I ckecked all the confifuration, Pricing procedure, tax determanation, partner determiantion and all relavant posibilities everything seems to ok from the point of configuration. when we create a condition record. it is not linking to pricing procedure or tax determiantion procedure. the system tells condition record for jin1 not exists. message no 8. when we cross checked from client dev it is picking the record and we cross checked the conf in quality and production server all are same no deviation.
    but when  detailed observation  in dev server which is picking the cst shows Application" S" , statistical and accdet key. but in quality or prod it shows "V" and other mentioned keys.
    What may be the problem.

  • Service entry Sheet does not pick any Condition charges From Service PO

    Hi All
    Service entry Sheet does not pick any Condition charges From Service PO. What could be the reason ?

    HI,
    Please check Sap note 381030
    Along with other thing It says
    "Delivery costs are generally not supported in external services management and in case
    of blanket purchase orders, item category D or B. Instead of representing delivery
    costs via conditions, in case of service documents, freight costs and other, SAP
    recommends to add in additional service lines."
    So that is the reason you are not getting those account entry in the time of service entry sheet
    Use another service line with text ( or service master) for the additional costs as suggested by SAP
    Hope it clarifies

  • Error consuming Web service - content type text/xml;charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding

    Hi all,
    We are trying to interact with Documentum server through DFS exposed WCF which communicates through port 9443 and we are provided with documentum issued Public Key certificates. We have successfully imported the certificates in client machine and configured
    the bindings as below in our .Net web application config file.
    <system.serviceModel>
    <bindings>
    <wsHttpBinding>
    <binding
    name="ObjectServicePortBinding1">
    <security
    mode="Transport">

    clientCredentialType="Certificate"
    algorithmSuite="Default"
    />
    </security>
    </binding>
    <binding
    name="QueryServicePortBinding">
    <security
    mode="Transport">
    <transport
    clientCredentialType="None"
    proxyCredentialType="None"

    <message
    clientCredentialType="Certificate"
    algorithmSuite="Default"
    />
    </security>
    </binding>
    </wsHttpBinding>
    </bindings>
    Also, we set the message encoding as MTOM and the wcf client object initialization code snippet is as below,
    ObjectServicePortClient
    serviceClient = new
    ObjectServicePortClient(new
    WSHttpBinding("ObjectServicePortBinding1"),
    new
    EndpointAddress(UriUtil.ObjectServiceUri));
    if (serviceClient.Endpoint.Binding
    is
    WSHttpBinding)
       WSHttpBinding
    wsBinding = serviceClient.Endpoint.Binding as
    WSHttpBinding;
    wsBinding.MessageEncoding =
    "MTOM".Equals(transferMode) ?
    WSMessageEncoding.Mtom :
    WSMessageEncoding.Text;
    serviceClient.Endpoint.Behaviors.Add(new
    ServiceContextBehavior(Config.RepositoryName,
    Config.DocumentumUserName,
    Config.DocumentumPassword));
    When we execute the above code, we are getting error message as below,
    Exception: The content type text/xml;charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (multipart/related; type="application/xop+xml"). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported

    Then, we changed the bindings as below
    <system.serviceModel>
    <bindings>

    Any pointers on resolving this issue would be highly helpful.
    Thanks

    Hi Dhanasegaran,
      As per your case, the corresponding details which may guide you to resolve this issue:
    1. First of all, you can try to call the wcf service directly from the browser & check where it will point out the correct location.
    2. In config file ,Set IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults to true to enable exception information to flow to clients for debugging purposes .
    Set this to true only during development to troubleshoot a service like below :
    <serviceBehaviors>
      <behavior name="metadataAndDebugEnabled">
        <serviceDebug
          includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"
    />
        <serviceMetadata
          httpGetEnabled="true"
          httpGetUrl=""
    />
      </behavior>
    </serviceBehaviors>
    3. I suggest you to change that <security mode ="TransportWithMessageCredential"> instead of <security mode ="Transport">

  • In sales order for the condition type MWST, **Tax code** is displaying wron

    Hi
    In sales order for the condition type MWST, *Tax code* is displaying wrongly at header level i.e. FF instead of AO (under account determination tab)
    AO tax is 0% but for FF it is 19%
    I have checked with the Access sequence it is picking access 08 correctly according to this it should show AO in tax code field for MWST but it is not so..
    There is a manual change for tax classification for material master in va02 initially it was blank now it is changed to ' 0 ' is any way influencing....?
    Even if I consider material tax classification and customer tax code  should not be FF because  tax code  FF is not maintained for the combination of access sequences for condition type MWST
    Please help me.
    Rajendra Prasad

    Dear Rajendra,
    There is a manual change for tax classification for material master in va02 initially it was blank now it is changed to ' 0 ' is any way influencing....?
    Definitely material Tax classification will influence to determine the Tax code.
    -->So Make sure that customer and material master having proper tax classification indicator.
    -->Have you Update the price after changing the tax classification in the sales order.by going to item dat -->condition tab then click on Update push button bottom of the conditions screen.
    -->Once again the check the condition record maintanence also for your MWST access sequence.
    I hope this will help you,

    Japnese yen is maintained in units of 100. Check the entry in TCURX table for Yen. That is why the value is getting multiplied by 100 and getting displayed.
    JPY (Japanese Yen) and others have a 0 in the TCURR-CURRDEC field which means 0 decumals. SAP applications will process amounts in these currencies by dividing the input value by 100 for storing in tables. Then, when being displayed, it will do a conversion exit and multiply the stored table value by 100 to show the correct amount.
    SAP stores currency values in a data type that has a fixed interpretation of two decimal places. There are some currencies that do not work well with that setting. Usually that is because for some currencies , a fraction o the currency unit is meaningless. That is true of the Japanese Yen, the Turkish Lira, Korean Won and many other currencies whose value is often 10 US cents or less.
    Here's a full explanation of the decimal issue in SAP. It is not just
    limited to BW but is a system-wide situation.
    1. By default there are two decimals on the data base, e.g. 123.45
    2. When there is no corresponding entry in TCURX, these two decimals
    are displayed in the query.
    3. When there is an entry in TCURX, it determines the division factor
    when reporting. (default = 2)
    Example TCURX = NO ENTRY: Database entry = 123.45
    There is no division
    The above number is displayed as 123.45
    Example TCURX = 3: Database entry = 123.45
    There is a division by 10 (because 3 - 2 = 1).
    The above number is displayed as 12.345.
    example INR currency.
    Example TCURX = 0 Database entry = 123.45
    There is a division by 0.01 OR Multiplication by 100

  • PO having Item Category u0091Pu0092 or u0091Qu0092  price not picking from Condition Record

    Hi Guru,
    Purchase order having Item Category ‘P’ or ‘Q’ Price should pick from the condition type.
    Where my condition type against on material and WBS based on this Price will be fixed.
    Now I create the PO for same, which the price was not picking from the Condition Record.
    Please help on this.
    Thanks
    Muthukumar

    The condition record was created and is being picked up in the calculation.  Also, I am now testing with a material that does not have a PIR created, so the PIR does have an impact on my current results.
    My current test has results as follows:  condition P101 = Std. Cost (as expect) $100.00; ZUPP = calculated at 5% (as expected) $105.00.  However, the Net Price in the PO line item is showing only $100.00, not the $105.00.
    A look at table EKPO shows the following: Net Price  (NETPR) $100.00; Net Value (NETWR) $100.00 ; Gross Value (BRTWR) $105.00.
    Can you tell me what I am missing with this setup?
