Consequently, because of those processes were timed out, XI cannot be started, successfully. As a workaround, I am restarting java servers, manually. So, anyone has a suggestion about this problem?
Thank you
Hello Orkun
Ensure that the MaxThreadCount parameter is set to 350 as per note #937159 XI Adapter Engine is stuck. This will help the overall system performance.

I'll tryed many times. I searched this form (for 3 secret questions) in iTunes and on apple.com. There are only one question form that already filled long time ago. What i gonna do and why this happends?
I have the same problem... I thought this only happened with MICROSOFT???
Have rebooted and attempted to download a New app... But can't get past the New "Security Questions"... Even though I've done everything Correct, and answered all prompts Correctly, Always get the ..."Service has Timed Out" response.
MAYBE Apple will address these MANY Problems with iOs6... As soon as they Realize we Can't BUY any apps ????
Unfortunately for me, I'm relatively New to the Apple world, and had Very Few apps already downloaded Before I Upgraded? To iOs6... Therefore my iPad2 is about as much use to me right now as a BOAT ANCHOR....
Does ANYBODY at Apple hear me ???????? -
Logout has timed out because the app (program name) failed to quit
Hi,
I've been having an odd problem with my Mac since I did the last software upgrade.
I upgraded to 10.5.8 and this problem has been occurring sporadically ever since.
Basically, 7 times out of 10, when I try and shut the computer down, I get the following message: "Logout has timed out because the app (program name) failed to quit."
The program apparently causing the problem varies - sometimes it's Photoshop, sometimes iTunes, OpenOffice, etc. Today it failed because Software Update (which I'd just run, in order to install the latest update) failed to quit!
The only way I can get the computer to shut down in this case is to press and hold the power button.
My Mac is a 20 inch 2.66 GHz with 2GB of RAM, and is about 18 months old. Up until the last upgrade I had no problems with it.
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix it?HI,
Open Activity Monitor (Applications/Utilites)
Click the pop up menu and select: My Processes
You can Force Quit any of the apps you mentioned from that window befoe you shut down.

Logout has timed out because the application Mail failed to quit.
Hello world... (Mac world that is)
The message says more "Logout has timed out because the application Mail failed to quit. To try again, quit Mail and choose Log Out from the Apple menu."
I tried everything. Still does not let me shut down.
Other programs will not shut down at this time, including Finder. I also know that the Time Machine icon has been spinning for over an hour. So I imagine we are in a loop of sorts.
Unfortunately, I have had similar troubles before that I did not record. So I figure I start now and see if somebody out there can help me.
Peace!
ChopoI'm having the same problem (can't logout, shut down or restart), but the referenced solution doesn't seem to apply. I do not get a "Cannot connect to server" message, I just get a "Logout has timed out" message. It seemed to happen after an automatic software update that was supposed to involve a restart, but it hasn't been able to restart since.
Can you please clarify, what is meant by "delete the AutoLaunchedApplicationDictionary, which is located under the root node" (with reference to file loginwindow.plist)?
This is what the loginwindow.plist file looks like now:
bplist00Ñ!AutoLaunchedApplicationDictionary¢ÒTPathTHide-/Library/Printers/hp/hpio/HPEventHandler.app/Ò _N/Library/Application Support/Hewlett-Packard/Software Update/HP Scheduler.app//27
I was at the genius bar earlier, and they said I need to 'archive and install' in order to 'reset the OS'... but there's got to be a better answer than that, no? Perhaps this plist thing? I'm surprised that even powering off the imac doesn't reset anything... it just comes back the way it was. I'm supposed to bring the 25 inch imac in to the mac store for surgery (archive and install), but seeing several similar cases on this discussion forum, without archive and install identified as the clear solution, I'm in search of a second opinion... or any suggestion for how to simply make this work the way it was before? Is it 10.5.4 that is causing this? Should I go back to 10.5.3?
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you. -
The query locator has timed out on the server side.
Hi
I am getting the error:The query locator has timed out on the server side.
What to do now?
AGHi
Are you using Salesforce.com for creating reports?
When joining large-sized tables, you may run into a query locator time out
error. The query locator is a server-side cursor generated by Salesforce.com
and is used to navigate the query result. It will automatically expire in 15
minutes without any activity.
In the case of joining two tables, the report processing engine will read one
table partly, and then it will process the other table. If the processing time is
longer than 15 minutes, the Crystal Reports Salesforce.com Driver will try to
read the rest of the records in the first table and the cursor in that query will
time out. In the case of joining multiple tables, the chance of running into a
query locator time issue is higher as the report processing engine might have
to return to handle the first table after finishing processing other tables,
increasing the possibility of a query locator time out error in the first table.
If you run into query locator time out issue, we recommend that you add
filters into your report to reduce the amount of records you fetch from
Salesforce.com.
However, if that is not possible, you can try to reverse the link order in the
case of joining two tables. For example, you linked table A to table B, then
you can try to link table B to table A.
Hope this helps!!

Logout has timed out because the app MirrorAgent failed to quit
I get this error message at logout.
"Logout has timed out because the application MirrorAgent failed to quit. To try again, quite MirrorAgent and choose Log Out from the Apple menu"
Has anyone experienced this?I am a long-time computer geek and former Mac developer. I am clear that several problems still exist with the syncronization of my computer with .Mac. MirrorAgent, in particular, seems to grab the computer at the root level and get fouled up such that it drags down performance and will not complete its task (whatever that might be). Since the problem is somewhat subtle and leaves few clues as to what is going on (e.g. no action on the sync progress icon in the menu bar), many users are left with nothing to do but reboot.
Since most users don't know how to discover which task is screwing them, Apple gets few reports about MirrorAgent. I hope that Apple will awaken to the poor job of sync'ing that they have implemented and fix the system. I have seen amazing errors in months past and I keep hoping that somebody at Apple is awake to the problems. -

You can try to reset (power off/on) the router.
Another possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.
In the lower right corner of this page is a 'contact us' link. Click on that and you'll see a page full of info and links, one of which is iTunes support. -
Question about EWS - The operation has timed out
hi everyone,
I'm developing a solution which uses public folder database in Exchange Server to store tasks:
- We use 1 account to access to public folder database by using EWS.
- Currently, this public folder database contains 60000 tasks and they are being accessed by 700 users, they always have the following exception:

PhucThanks Glen for your reply.
Here is a code block which retrieve the number of task of some groups
foreach (var bu in request.BusinessUnits)
SearchFilter businessUnitFilter = new SearchFilter.IsEqualTo(BusinessUnitAliasProp, bu);//, ContainmentMode.FullString, ComparisonMode.IgnoreCase);
SearchFilter[] filters = new SearchFilter[] { actualOwnerFilter, statusFilter, businessUnitFilter };
var filterCollection = new SearchFilter.SearchFilterCollection(LogicalOperator.And, filters);
GroupedFindItemsResults<Item> taskResults = this.exchangeService.FindItems(_publicFolderId, filterCollection, itemView, groupByApplication);
if (taskResults != null && taskResults.ItemGroups != null)
foreach (var groupItem in taskResults.ItemGroups)
if (!dict.ContainsKey(groupItem.GroupIndex))
dict.Add(groupItem.GroupIndex, new Dictionary<string, int>());
if (!dict[groupItem.GroupIndex].ContainsKey(bu))
dict[groupItem.GroupIndex].Add(bu, groupItem.Items.Count);
Please let me know if it's too complex and might affect to the performance of Exchange Server -
This is the message i get after a few seconds of trying to connect:

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

I have tried to update the operating system on my ipad several times without success. Each time it reaches 353.2mb of 353.3mb and starts to process the file. Nothing happens and then I get a message saying the network connection has timed out. The network is still connected.
Have you tried temporarily turning off your firewall and antivirus software whilst the download is happening ? A number of people on here have had success downloading it after doing so.

Surfing the web I constantly get a dialog box popping up that says "The connection was rest" or " Server not found" or "The connection has timed out". The panel gives me three possible causes, none of which are correct and tells me to "Try again". Sometimes when I try again the site appears, sometimes it does after several tries and sometimes it never does. I called my IP, Cox and they told me it is a result of something Microsoft put out in their updates to IE (presumably to discourage people from using Firefox). Can you help me get rid of this problem?

WSRP - InvalidCookieFault: The Producer environment has timed out.
class com.bea.wsrp.faults.TransportException
oasis.names.tc.wsrp.v2.types.InvalidCookieFault: EJPWC1104E: The Producer environment has timed out. The Consumer needs to invoke initCookie() again.
Consumer: Weblogic Portal 10.2
Producer: Websphere Portal 6.1
Would really appreciate if some one can provide some info on this problem. Occuring almost randomly. Thanks in advance
SidHello Sid,
This error message is generated when the producer's session has timed out. The consumer (WLP) should automatically create a new session by calling initCookie(), but this error message will still get sent to the console.
If the session timeout on the producer is causing problems, such as lost navigational or portlet state, try increasing the session timeout settings on the producer.

Is there any way to make all the inputComponents readon-only in a page
