Servicing Add On

We are looking into moving our old in-house servicing system across to SAP B1.
On looking at the the standard Service module inside SAP this has a number of limitations that would cause us to change our working processes.
Briefly what our requirements are:-
We sell / rent equipment to customers
Using a set schedule we send customers letters informing them that the equipment needs servicing, the customer can if they wish to book a service. We also offer phone support and if a fault is identified a chargeable call out option to the customer
Call out and Service jobs are sent to PDAs used by our Field Engineers. On completion of a job the engineers update the details on their PDAs with amount time, parts used and general comments. This is then returned and used to update our records and generate any required invoices and update stock levels held by the engineer
Our large multi-site customers have a habit of moving equipment from site to site, but also customers do sell on older equipment when they upgrade. The new owners of the machine will normally come to us for servicing and repair of the equipment, wherefore we need to change the ownership of the equipment and KEEP the service history of the machine.
Is there a Add On out there that better matches our requirements?
