Apps that require accessible internet facing endpoints-- this feature already activivated.
but no luck i am unable to add apps on web application.

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you could not add apps on other web application.
I recommend to create an empty-host header Web Application.

In addition, you can create App Catalog and run PowerShell commond to fix the issue.

Hi,
For troubleshooting your issue, please take steps as below:
1. Go to Central Administration -> Manage Web Applications, select the web application and in the Ribbon, select Manage Features, now ACTIVATE “ Apps that require accessible internet facing endpoints”.
2. Go to the Site settings > Regional settings to check if the Locale section is English (United States).
3.Besides, You can try to use PowerShell to add apps. Here is a link, you can use as a reference:

Sharepoint 2013 online mobile issue.

Dear all,
When I try to fill out a form in mobile view on the iphone or android phone, the person or group column doesn't work at all.
And when I try to approve a workflow I created with 2010 workflow, the page is just blank.
basically everything is so broken under mobile view, but works under pc view on the phone.
Anyone has any quick fix to this? I really need the mobile view to work properly. I know I can disable the mobile view, but I have to keep it. Thanks.

Please make sure you configure the mobile view correctly. You can refer to:

IPad 2 App store issues.

I have an issue with my iPad and trying to update my apps. I have over 20 updates for apps but can't update them as when I click app store icon the updates it says cannot connect to iTunes store I have signed out and signed in and so on but nothing is working yet I run the same ID on my iPhone 3GS and have no issues and I can also still download new apps on the iPad no problems.
Can someone please point me in the right direction.

This has worked for some recently.
Settings>General>Date and time. Turn automatically off so that you can change the date to a year or so into the future. You might get a message that your apps need updated. Try to connect and update then and then go back and change the date and time back to automatic.
Whether you get any error messages or no messages at all - go back to the app store and see if it works for you.

Iphone 4 App store issue

While I am able to access the app store using itunes on my pc, whenever I try accessing it on my iphone 4 (using the same login details) I get an error "The application you've requested is currently not available in the Indian store". I made a US and a UK account as well but that does not help either! Tried resetting the network settings but still no success.
The phone logs me in Settings>Store and if I click on my account it provides its details as well but returns an errror when I click on the app store icon on the phone. Even apps that use the app store like ibooks return the same error when they try accessing the store.
I am using a high speed 3G connection. Never tried on a wifi yet.

Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchased them originally. The only way to stop this prompt when updating apps purchased with your older ID is to delete them from your phone.

Purchased apps on iPad, but only a handful appear in purchased section of app store, and I can't get them on my other devices.

I bought a ton of apps on my iPad (First generation), and when I upgraded to an iPad 2 (currently running ios 8.1.2), I was able to re-download those apps and purchase new ones using my same appleID. However, now, when I go to the purchased section of the app store (both on my iPad and on my Macbook Pro) again using my same appleID, the only purchases showing are ones that I made after I upgraded to the iPad 2 (in Feb 2014). Nothing previously purchased shows up in that section. So now, when I try to use family sharing or even just download my early purchases onto a new device using my own appleID, I can't. The app store just prompts me to purchase the apps as if I never bought them before.
So, for example, I have minecraft pe on my iPad (it's still there and works fine, and it's the latest version 0.10.4). A few months ago, I was able to put it onto a new device (my brother's) using my appleID. He then deleted it off his iPad, but now wants to re-download it. Since we're on family sharing, he tried going to the purchased section of the app store under my name, but it wasn't there. When I looked on my own iPad in the purchased section, it wasn't there either. When I signed into his iPad with my appleID, and searched for the app in the store, it prompted me to purchase the app for $6.99 instead of offering to download it from iCloud, like it used to do. I've checked on my Macbook, and, there too, it doesn't show up in the purchased section. I don't have any hidden apps, so I couldn't 'unhide' it either.
At some point, I'm sure I'll upgrade my device, and I'd like to know that all my apps (including minecraft) can be downloaded - especially since I've been using the same appleID for all my purchases. Is there something I'm missing? Any help on how to get access to those apps that I've already bought onto new devices? I'd rather not have to re-purchase everything.

If you are completely confident that you didn't hide it, then you purchased those with different apple id. If you completely confident that you purchases with same apple id then you have hidden it. One of the other or you are speaking about a miracle. While miracles are possible they are not very likely. Remember

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Regretably, none of the above solutions has resolved this problem for me.

So is this the way Apple works now? Not solving customers problems? I'm sure so many users have had this problem. I've had, and I reinstalled Mavericks 3 times. Works fine for some days and then several Apple Apps stop working. Is that a way to force us ti update to Yosemite? (I don't want to) and then pay to update some third party programs (i.e. Pro Tools). Also, there are so many 15" MacBooks Pro with graphic problems and of course the guys at the Apple Service Centers always say: "It's the logic board, you can have it replaced, but it's so expensive I would recommend a new Mac". I really, really miss Steve Jobs!

You cannot.
The entire point of this is that you can redownload any and all of your past purchases.

You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.
