Sharing pictures from gallery to facebook

Hi all, got a new 1020 in replacement for my old one which melted while charging, and for some reason can not see Facebook as one of the options under "share", under gallery / camera roll. Facebook app installed and logged in. Anyone knows how to resolve this? Txs!!

You mean streaming then? iPhoto has no such capability.

Sharing pictures from iphoto to NON-apple users

Can you share pictures from iPhoto to people that don't have an apple device? Everything I have found says they must have an apple device. I am trying to share a bunch of pictures to a friend that has a Window-based computer. Thanks

2 - MobileMe has not existed for almost two years

Accessing shared pictures from a NAS

Hello,
I have read many topics of this support before asking this question. I didn't find the answer but I found that many users are very helpful.
_So, my problem is:_
I have a NAS (network attached storage) connected to the airport extreme, and I have my MBP. The NAS is a Lacie UPnP compatible and compatible with bonjour, afp, etc,etc. I would like to see the pics in the NAS as shared pictures when I open iPhoto. I enabled the "search for shared libraries" on iPhoto and have some pictures on the NAS, however I can't see them. Some people mentioned in other posts that they see the name of the NAS...I don't. However, I have to add that this sytem works perfectly with iTunes, i.e. I can access shared music on the NAS from my MBP.
_So the question is:_
Do you have any idea to fix it?

Cannot share pictures from gallery directly

After I installed the new Belle update from Nokia in the beginning of Feb 2012 I face the problem with photo sharing on social networks directly from the gallery on my Nokia 701.
In the new update one of the component belongs to Social alongwith Microsoft Business Apps which some how disintegrated the sharing option provided in the gallery with the social application. Now if I try to share a picture it throws a message "Feature not supported".
Did anyone have the same problem?

yes i've the exactly the same problem i've updated my s/w from nokia care as well but nothing will happen at all,after udating it'd work only for 3 days and after that i got notification to update and install ms apps after doing the same i've facing again the same problem

I used to send pictures from Aperture to Facebook, now it's giving me this error

"An unknown error occurred. Please try again later." What does that even mean?! No error code, I've tried deleting my account and reentering it. I know I have Internet connection and I was able to send photos just last week. What's the deal?

When does this error occur? When you ctrl-click images in Aperure's Browser and use the command "Share > Facebook"? Or when you try to open your Facebook albums in Aperture's "Shared" section?
What is your Aperture version?
When I just tried to visit my Facebook test album from Aperture from the "Facebook" drop-down menu
I also got an error message.
That vanished, after I signed directly into my Facebook account using Safari. Then I opened each album on Facebook and checked the settings.
After that, FB uploaded the albums again correctly from Aperture.

Sharing pictures from i photo library via e mail

Hi,
I have troubles sharing photos in my 'i photo' library via e mail. In the past I was able to send e mails with the pictures I selected but suddenly - without making any change - I am no longer able to send messages. Internet is working fine and I can send message from 'mail' but not form 'i photo'.
This is the answer I get (not only now but I tried for several days)
Check your Internet connection. If the connection is working properly, the email server may be down. Try sending your email again later.
Any idea how this can be solved.

1. I deleted and recreated the accounts but still not working. I really like to use is as I am using very often one of the templates. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
2. So far I never sent photos directly from 'mail'. I am really glad you told me. I discovered something new and for sure some of the templates I plan to use very often.

Download shared pictures from web galleries

Hello everyone,
I shared some of my pictures to friends using this guide:
Share and view feedback on a photo gallery in Lightroom | Adobe Photoshop Lightroom tutorials
Now they are able to see the pictures when I provide a link but not able to download this pictures!
I think this isn't a feature of this website, but I would be happy to learn a trick how to download all pictures.
I am looking forward to some suggestions :-)

Welcome to the discussions. Whilst connected to the Web, in iPhoto '08 you could try clicking on the iPhoto menu > choose +Preferences... > MobileMe+ tab > in +Check for new photos >+ choose +Manually >+ click +Check Now.+

Posting pictures from iphone to Facebook

How the heck do you do this?? I've been trying to post a photo but my iphone 4 doesn't seem to have an option for me to post there. Can someone assist as I'm sure I am able to do this. Thanks.

I have found that the Facebook app can be pretty tempermental at times and photos do not always upload. I find the easiest way is to just email the photo and any text you want included you put in the 'subject' line of the email.
If you do not already have the FB email facility you can get your personal email address to send updates to your profile from the link on your FB home page.

Sharing pictures from iPhone to PC

I have a PC and my brother has an iphone and wants to share pictures with me. Can I get an apple id for iCloud? It appears as thought I need an Apple device of my own. Is there a way around this?

Yes it will erase it.
The iphone is not a backup device. It simply mirrors the selected content of the computer to which you sync.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

Sharing photos from apps to Facebook

I have several photo apps but none of them seem to let me share a photo to one of th pages I admin, only my personal page. This makes no sense so i assume I'm missing something

Try rebooting the iPad and see if that helps.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up

Sharing pictures between IPhoto 9.5.1 and Facebook

I recently updated my IMAC to Mavericks and IPhoto 9.5.1. It seems that since then I have been unable to "share" pictures that are in IPhoto with my Facebook page. In IPhoto, on the left hand side, I can see a category labeled "Sharing" and there I see ICloud and Facebook. If I highlight Facebook, under the Sharing Label, I see all the pictures I currently have on Facebook.
The problem is, if I want to add new pictures to Facebook, when I highlight the picture and select the "Sharining Icon" at the bottom right in IPhoto or if I use the Share Pull Down menu, Facebook is greyed out and not selectable.
I went into Preferences and the Facebook Account is listed there. I even removed it and then re-added it with no change in the issue.
I went into the "Apps Settings" in Facebook and the IPhoto App is there and "on".
If I go into Facebook I can upload a picture from my IMAC that way, it's just an issue when sending pictures from IPhoto to Facebook.

Where is your iPhoto Library stored? Have you tried rebuilding the Library?
