    how can i fetch shopping cart creator name from work item id ?
    how can i fetch shopping cart creator name from shopping cart number?

    Hi,
    1) how can i fetch shopping cart creator name from work item id ?
    a) You can use the Function module - FM "BBP_PDH_WFL_OBJECT_VIEW_GET" to get the reqd details.You can pass the Workitem ID and get the SC details.
    Re: Function Module for Approval deatils
    b) Also, You can call the function Module BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE . Fill IV_OBJECT_TYPE with 'BUS2121', IV_OBJECT_ID with SC number, keep IV_OBJ_CHANGED empty.
    SWL SC only considers partial amount of Internal Order
    c) For getting the approval date,you will have to use the FM "BBP_PDH_WFL_PARAM_APPLET_FILL2".There you get all the witem details.
    IV_START_TASK = Workflow no(e.g. WS14500133)
    IV_START_WI_ID = Workitem ID(you can use FM 'BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE " to get the Witem ID)
    IV_DB_WORKITEM_ID = Witem ID(Same as above)
    IV_OBJECT_TYPE BUS2121
    IV_OBJECT_ID = SC number
    IV_GUID = SC guid
    IV_ITEM_GUID = SC item guid
    2) how can i fetch shopping cart creator name from shopping cart number ?
    a) Using the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H, give the shopping cart number there for object type - BUS2121, and get the shopping cart creator name.
    b) using transaction - BBP_PD, give the shopping cart number for object type - BUS2121, and get the shopping cart created by person name from there.
    c) Also, you can use the SRM Function module - BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL --> give shopping cart number as input ---> in the output result --> go throough header table for shopping cart creator name
    Hope this will help.

    Hi,
    Using  BBP_PD transaction can find out all the tables related to shopping cart. Go to transaction BBP_PD select the object_type BUS2121 and enter any shopping cart number in object ID. Select the item shown and then you will be able to see all the tables used in SC.
    Also see these tables.

  • How to Disable/Customize Search Help in Shopping Cart tables?

    Hi,
    Is there a way to disable/customize the search helps associated in a field within the Shopping Cart detail/items table? Eg. G/L Account field. I already tried disabling the Input Help in the Attribute associated with the field in the COMPONENTCONTROLLER but the seach help is still showing up.
    Please advise.

    Hello again,
    Prasanna is right: the easiest way to change the search help for certain fields is to use the WD-Exits, in this case use of the WDDOMODIFYVIEW exit by creating an enhancement implementation.
    Here can dynamically change the help-value for certain fields. I will give you a sample for accounting field G-L-Account:
    METHOD pst4es1711jmkl7v3y2nb6isgkme . "Exit of WDDOMODIFYVIEW (in ZENH_ACCT......
    data .....
    *--- set value_help
        lo_node1       = wd_context->get_child_node( 'COMP_CONTEXT' ).
        lo_node2       = lo_node1->get_child_node( 'ACCOUNT_DETAIL' ).
        lo_node_info   ?= lo_node2->get_node_info( ).
        CALL METHOD lo_node_info->set_attribute_value_help
          EXPORTING
            name            = 'G_L_ACCT'
            value_help_mode = if_wd_context_node_info=>c_value_help_mode-application_defined
            value_help      = 'USG_ACCTF4'.
    Hope this will satisfy your request. Have success!

  • Shopping Cart table fields

    Hi,
    Can anyone tell me where which table holds Shopping Cart information? I need to find out details like 'Completed By, and 'Completed Date'.
    John

    Hi John,
    please check the transaction BBP_PD. Here you can find the tables of the SC.
    You can see the changes 'completed by' either if you scroll down in the BBP_PD to the 'Versions' part. Here you can see the when and by whom the SC was changed.
    Other possibility is to check the fields:
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H-CHANGED_AT
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H-CHANGED_BY

  • Tables to link Shopping Cart to Workflow

    I have a request to report on total dollars for shoppng carts that are sent to a particular inbox and total dollars for shopping carts that were rejected in that inbox.  I've written dozens of Quickviewer queries to report on shopping cart data however I've never linked the shopping cart to workflow items.
    Can this be done without writing an ABAP program to extract the workflow data?

    Hi Nancy,
    You may want to form joins between the following Shopping cart tables and workflow tables.
    Shopping cart tables
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    CRMD_ORDERADM_I
    Workflow tables
    SWWWIHEAD
    SWW_CONTOB (The field Object key in this table will have shopping cart number)
    SWWUSERWI
    SWW_CONT(Workflow container table which will store whether workitem is approved or rejected)
    Hope this helps.
    Please reward points if hint is foud useful.
    Thanks
    Venkat

  • Shopping Cart Delete

    Hi Experts,
    We have created a Shopping Cart.But the WF doesn't activated for the SC.The status shows waiting for approval.
    Now we tried to delete the SC and create a new one.But it is not allowing to delete.It gives below error
    "Document is still being processed in the background,please try later"
    Could any one advise a solution to delete this SC ?
    Thanks

    Hello,
    You have some options:
    A)
    1. go to transaction SWO1
    2. enter "BUS2121" for shopping cart in Object/interface type and click "Test" button.
    3. on the next page, click on the "Instance" button and enter the S.C .
    4. on the next page, scroll down to the method with name "SETRELEASED" and click on right hand side icon indicating execution.
    Doing this, document will be released and afterwards you can try to delete it.
    However, doing this procedure, follow-on document would be generated if you have such configuration.
    B)
    Trigger a new workflow using transaction SWUE.
    C)
    Delete the shopping cart manually updating the database tables.
    - At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
    - At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
    - At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo

  • How can I delete a shopping cart.

    Dear All,
    I'm trying to delete a shopping cart but till now nothing works.
    I have been using bap CRM_status_update, but it does not place a deletion indicator on the shopping cart.
    Can somebody tell me which program/bapi I have to use to get the job done.
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Alexander

    Hi,
    You can update database tables manually.
    If shopping cart has not been approved yet:
    - At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
    - At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = blank;
    - At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
    If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete all items:
    - At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
    - At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
    - At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
    If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete only one item:
    - At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
    You can find these tables in BBP_PD transaction.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo

  • Which table holds the Shopping Cart Approval Manager Name

    Can any one  please let me know which table holds the Approving Manger Name. Please find the scenario below.
    Employee creates the Shopping  Cart and forward the SC for Approval to Approval Manger. But approval manager will take some time to approve the shopping cart. I need to extract the approving manager's name who has still not approved the shopping cart into SAP BW.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards
    Venkata Agraharam.

    Hi,
    This is not answer. Just feedback from my project experience.
    I know some customer developed this kind of report which shows approver but they used the report only the first 1 month after go live. Approval monitoring was fun but you need someone who monitor it. Finally they realized high monitoring admin cost. Final solution was Alert Notification with BBP_ALERTING BADI which sends email to approver and admin when deadline is reached.

  • How to get Shopping Cart Name from PO number in EBP ?

    Hi,
    If I have the PO number how I can get the shopping cart name related to this PO? I need technical fields and table relations.
    Regards,
    Achirangshu

    I'm not sure if this will work. I posted an answer to a similar question a while ago, but it didn't work well in the posters system. So maybe we can try this in steps. See if you get results from this:
    REPORT ztest   MESSAGE-ID 00 LINE-SIZE 80.
    TABLES srrelroles.
    PARAMETERS: po_no(10) DEFAULT '3000001977'.
    DATA: xobjkey  LIKE srrelroles-objkey,
          roleid(22).
    CONCATENATE po_no 'X' INTO xobjkey.
    * use PO to obtain the role id
    SELECT * FROM srrelroles
      UP TO 1 ROWS
      WHERE objtype EQ 'BUS2012'
        AND roletype EQ 'BBP_TARGET'
        AND ( objkey >= po_no
        AND   objkey <= xobjkey ).
      roleid = srrelroles-roleid.
      EXIT.
    ENDSELECT.
    You'll have to use a PO that you know exist in your system.
    If you get no results, try removing the WHERE on objtype and/or roletype and see what values are returned for these fields.

  • Shopping Cart approver list table

    Hi Experts,
    When we change the approver in the Shopping cart which table/structure will have the details of new(Changed) approver.
    I want to pass the new approver details into the BADI *BBP_WFL_APPROVAL* .
    Thanks in advance for your quick response.
    Regards,
    Murali

    Hi Prabhu,
    Currently the logic in the BADI follows the standard flow meaning From the requestorid determines the next approvers details.
    Nowhere the changed Approver name is appearing the BADI. Now we want to break the standard flow and pass the changed approver details in the BADI for fetching the next approvers.
    Please let me know how we can achieve this.
