Since I update the latest Firefox download, I do see a secure lock symbol for webpages that have always been secure. Why is this? How can I be sure my info is not exposed to everyone?

Question
I can no longer (since upgrading to the latest firefox) open up multiple tabs of the same page (something I need to be able to do when emailing and referencing multiple emails while writing one email). The only option it gives me is to 'switch to tab'.I'll try to make this clear. I USED to be able to left click on a hyper link and the hyper link would open in a NEW tab. Now for some unknown reason the hyper link by default opens in the same tab (window). I have to right click the hyper link in order for it to open in a NEW tab. (Yes, my 'tools'> 'options'> 'tabs' are set to "open new windows in a new tab." (Please no answers telling me to get rid of the Ask toolbar because I don't have one.) Thank you.

I have Roboform Pro, I don't want to down grade to Lite. Roboform is working, but I can't get the full Toolbar to display all that shows up is the Show Toobar icon and nothing happens when I click it. So I can't fill in log on forms. Isn't there a way to get the pro version to work?

Did the update to OS 5...synched all my apps..then only 11 pages of apps are visible..the others are invisible..If I move an appfrom the 12 plus pages in itunes to a lower page...It becomes visible....WHY?..How can I get all 20 plus pages visible?
OK....First,you are right, OS 5 has the 11 page limit....you must create folders of Apps until you get below 11 pages of combined folders and apps...NOTE.....the upgrade to OS 5 killed all of my old folders and folder organizations...this may be an issue for all????.....I have over 300 apps so when the old folders went away...I was left with 20 plus pages....only 11 visible....It took me awhile to find out what happened....Since I have 64G it seems that 11 visible pages is a silly limit since the apps are on the machine...

Best regards.I'll add my problem to this list as it sounds similar. First a little background. This is a problem I think we will see from a lot of long term users, so here is my story. When .Mac was first made available I signed up and was given a new apple ID [email protected] At this point I already had an Apple ID that I was using for just music purposes (apps didnt't exist yet) but was told by apple I would have to give it up. They could not merge IDs and would not change them. The end result was getting a new Apple ID and having to redownload all my purchased music over P2P or burn it and re-rip to remove the DRM. Fast forward a bit to a time when Gmail is getting bigger. I'm invited to try it out and I decide that I'm going to stop paying $100 for email, as I never really used he other features iDisk, photo sharing etc, and syncing contacts, calendars and mail was just as easy through gmail. Now years later we have iCloud. I have to sign in with my outdated .mac ID, at this point I have for too many apps/music/shows to drop that ID. When I sign in with that .mac Apple ID I get the automated iCloud message telling me my new email address is [email protected] However when I go to send email from my iCloud account it is using .mac as the sending address and the mail will not go through. I can't change it in the mail app or in settings. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to go next. I'm stuck with a defunct email address as a username that is more or less a key to thousands of dollars worth of content, and a new email address that won't function and nobody at Apple can press the right buttons to help clean it up. Some kind of system should be in place to change a user ID. Maybe once a year or once every other year. **** at this point I would even pay a one time fee just for my user name to be rid of that old .mac extension.

I have no new pluggi-ns and no add-ons. I have also scanned my cpu for viruses and none was found. What is causing this issue, which is driving me crazy, and how can it be fixed?

I've installed bridge and they don't open in that. I cleaned up my programs and removed a bunch of unnecessary junk, could I have removed something I needed? The camera raw files are CR2 from a Canon D6.
I've spent far too much time trying to figure this out, so any suggestions are much appreciated.

When trying to sync my ipad i see that I have 10.6 gb of video on my device. When i looked at my itunes under rentals i see that is where all the video space is coming from. I updated to Firefox 14.0.1; my Operating System is Windows Vista on my Compaq Presario C700. I have taken it to the computer repair shop and they said they found a Trojan and removed it. It was still operating VERY slowly, so I took it back in. They said they could not find anything more. I removed MANY of my desktop icons and eliminated some of the programs from my start up menu. It is still taking up to 5 minutes to load some pages even just send an email!
