Since I update to the new Firefox, I am having problems reading my e-mail. When I click on the e-mail sometimes I can't get it to open.
I am not sure what else I can add. I am no longer able to open
all my e-mails. I keep having to go out sometimes and then try
clicking on the e-mail again for it to open. It is getting to be a bit
frustrating. I did not have that problem before.
It is up to AVG to make whatever extension it is you are wanting compatible with the latest release...
What extension/add-on are you referring to?

I recently updated my itunes and for a few days it worked fine. Now when I click on my desktop icon for itunes I'm getting a message box that says "The file "itunes library .itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes. Any help on how to open my itunes?
Tell us some version numbers please, of your Mac OS versions and iTunes versions on both computers (two eMacs yes?).

It is important that I am able to open my PBF FILE. Error message up date to the latest version of flash player. I updated to the latest version and I am still, unable to open my pbf file. Any suggestion? I need to download a test.

A workaround is to open PDFs in the application rather than the plugin. If you open tools -> options then for all the acrobat pdf options select acrobat (default) rather than acrobat (in browser) it will download and open the PDFs.

I have 3 iTunes libraries on my one one computer and since I updated to the new version I can no longer see who's library I am in. It used to show at the top of iTunes the name of the library I was in. Is there a way I can tell which library I am in without closing and reopening?

I cannot type a web page on my iphone5 on the search or enter website name window of safari. as I type w the system brings me back to the phone main screen. This has happened since I updated to the new iOS 8
You haven't mentioned any steps you might have tried to correct this so I'll suggest you try the first troubleshooting step. Reset your iPhone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the buttons and let the device restart. No data will be lost doing this. It's like rebooting a computer.

Since most recent OS update, my iMac intel won't open my HP Officejet 4500 scanner. I have un-installed and re-installed the 10.8.3 update and the dame with HP drivers. I get the essage (HP scanner won't open because of a problem". The printer works, but not the scanner. Suggestions???
It's possible that you need new drivers from HP, in order to be compatible with OS X 10.8.3. Looking at HP website, they haven't released new drivers since last November. You might need to wait for new drivers or contact HP to push for an update.

Whenever I update my iPhone software, it asks me to sign in to iCloud with an old email address. My other devices all have the correct address. How can I get the correct address for my iPhone? The only Apple ID that works for logging in is my new one.
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

why are most of the apps (anything that has to search) on my iphone4 and ipad (1) running very slow (or not at all) since iOS5 update...esp google. Search seems to go quickly, but then when I try to open a link..nothing. I have turned off icloud.
I am having the same problem. Did turning off iCloud work? Did you just turn everything off or did you actually delete the account off your iPod?

Ever since I updated to the IOS 6, I no longer can play my music in the car! It is plug and play! It just sits there saying connecting and nothing happens. A couple of my friends have said the same thing. Any ideas? Help please!
Hello ..do you have a history on the phone? did you get it wet? was it dropped? have you been using an authentic ORIGINAL apple charging cable?
this problem occurs when there is a short circuit in the phone... you most likely got it wet at some point and maybe didnt even realize it? The moisture in the phone hasb probablly oxidized one or several capacitors, integrated chips thereby short circuiting the phone. that is why he phone is acting erratic because these short circuits inadvertently "activates" other circuits.. eventually the phone will not turn on anymore- the heat will stress the citcuit board and you will have discontinuity along your main power lines and the phone will cease to function..i see this alllll the time in our shop
the fact you upgraded to ios6 will even work the phone harder because its a more powerful operating system taking full advantage of the A4 chip..
